Method Of Producing A Micro Dose Of Potentized Culture Of Mycobacterium Tuberculosis For The Treatment Of Various Ailments

Abstract: The present invention is a "method of producing a micro dose of potentized culture of Mycobacterium Tuberculosis for the treatment of various ailments" in which:- An adequate quantity of a virulent strain of Mycobacterium tuberculosis (M.T.) extracted from the sputum of a Pulmonary Tuberculosis patient is mixed with about 10ml of distilled water in a bottles and is throughly shaken. Then 5ml of the contents is mixed with about 95 drops of distilled water, and the bottle is given 15 powerful strokes with a mechanical device to give Mycobacterium tuberculosis 1c. Again 1ml of M.T. 1c is mixed with 99ml of distilled water and given about 15 powerful mechanical strokes to Mycobacteriaum tuberculosis 2c potency. The same procedure is repeated to reach to 3c,4c... 30c... 1000c... up to 5 million c potencies of N.T. The proportion of water containing th M.T. to distilled water can be varied from 1:99 tp 50:50. The mediacation preparaed is a administered orally.

Specification

FORM - 2
The Patent Act, 1970 (39 of 1970)
(Section 10; Rule 13)
1) "METHOD OF PRODUCING A MICRO
DOSE OF POTENTIZED CULTURE OF
MYCOBACTERIUM TUBERCULOSIS
FOR THE TREATMENT OF VARIOUS
AHJV1ENTS".
2) DR. RAJESH SHAH (Indian National),
having office at Life Force Center, 415,
Krushal Commercial Complex, 4 Floor,
Above Shopper's Stop, M. G. Road,
Ghatkopar (East), Mumbai - 400 089, India.
The following specification particularly describes the nature of this invention & the manner in which it is performed:

The present invention relates to a n ethod of producing a micro dose of potentized culture of Mycobacterium tuberculosis for the treatment of various ailments.
There is no conventional method comparable to the present invention since potentized Mycobacterium tuberculosis, prepanco from the actual pure culture of the Mycobacterium tuberculosis has never been used in the history of medicine in general and homoeopathy in particular. More precisely, no prepration of potentized form of the culture of Mycobacterium tuberculosis has ever been used in allopathy or homeopathy for the treatment of disorders like loss of appetite, inability to put on weight, frequent upper and lower respiratory tract infections, allergies affecting the respiratory tract, acute Tonsillitis, malnourished conditions, etc.
The medication prepared by the present method has been developed with certain objectives, which are explained below.
The medication prepared by the present method should be effective against a wide range of infections as well as allergies.
Also, the medication prepared by the present method should be free from side effects and not cause any harm to the patient.
The present invention will now be described in detail as follows.
A patient of suspected of Pulmonary tuberculosis was sent to the laboratory for culture of the sputum with an eminent pathological laboratory. A cultured media, which has confirmed growth of organism called Mycobacterium tuberculosis (M.T.), with multiple colonies of the said bacteria, is used for the medicine preparation. With sterile precautions,

Adequate quantity of a pathogenic and virulent strain of Mycobacterium tuberculosis is mixed with about 10ml of distilled water. After thorough shaking of the bottle, 5ml of this water, containing the Mycobacterium Tuberculosis organisms, is mixed with 95 drops of distilled water, and the said bottle is labeled as M.T. (Mycobacterium tuberculosis). The bottle M.T. is given 15 powerful strokes with a mechanical device. This mechanical process of administering strokes is called potentization in the science of homeopathy. The liquid thus prepared is labeled as Mycobacterium tuberculosis 1 c (which means Mycobacterium tuberculosis with 1 centesimal potency).
Again, approximately 1 ml of Mycobacterium tuberculosis 1 c is mixed in a separate glass vial with 99 ml of distilled water (or alcohol), to undergo potentisation with about 15 powerful mechanical strokes, to arrive to Mycobacterium tuberculosis 2 c potency. Likewise, the procedure is repeated to reach to 3c, 4c... 30c..50c...100c, 1000c, 50000c, up to 5 million c potencies of Mycobacterium tuberculosis. The medicines prepared are called as Mycobacterium tuberculosis lc, Mycobacterium tuberculosis 2c, etc. upto Mycobacterium tuberculosis 5 million c.
It may be noted that the proportion of water containing the Mycobacterium tuberculosis organism to the actual base of water (or alcohol or any such medium), can be varied from 1:99 to 50:50.
The medication prepared by the present method is administered orally in the form of sugar pills saturated with the potentized Mycobacterium tuberculosis.
The advantages of the present invention are mentioned below

The Mycobacterium Tuberculosis, which is prepared by the present method, can be used for the treatment of a wide range of infections as well as allergies as follows:
Loss of appetite;
Inability to put on weight;
Frequent upper and lower respiratory tract infections;
Allergies affecting the respiratory tract, especially Asthma in children;
Acute, chronic and frequent Tonsillitis;
Malnourished conditions;
It can be used as a preventive and curative for frequent infection, especially affecting the respiratory tract such as Cold-coryza, Tonsillitis, Bronchitis, Sinusitis, Pneumonitis, Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD), Bronchiectaisis etc. Further, it can also be used to enhance the over all immunity of the patient.
In a clinical study conducted by Dr. Rajesh Shah, the efficacy of potentized Mycobacterium tuberculosis for the above conditions has been established in over 200 case studies.
The medication prepared by the present method can be used orally and is completely harmless and free from side effects.
There are no contra-indications even in patients with malignancy, patients on immunosuppressive drugs, hypersensitive patients, etc.

I CLAIM ;-
1) A method of producing a micro dose of potentized culture of Mycobacterium tuberculosis for the treatment of various ailments wherein a pathogenic and virulent strain of Mycobacterium tuberculosis (M.T.) extracted from the sputum of a patient suffering from Pulmonary Tuberculosis, is mixed with 10ml of distilled water in a bottle and the bottle is thoroughly shaken; 5ml of the contents of the said bottle is mixed with about 95 drops of distilled water, and the said bottle is labeled as M.T.; wherein the said bottle M.T. is given 15 powerful strokes with a mechanical device to give Mycobacterium tuberculosis 1 c; wherein approximately 1 ml of M.T. 1 c is mixed with 99 ml of distilled water and given about 15 powerful mechanical strokes to arrive to Mycobacterium tuberculosis 2 c potency; wherein the above said procedure is repeated to reach to 3c, 4c... 30c..50c...100c, 1000c, 50000c, up to 5 million c potencies of M.T.; wherein the proportion of water containing the M.T. to distilled water can be varied from 1:99 to 50:50; and wherein the medication prepared is administered orally;
