Thereafter, all these steps are repeated till the desired aesthetic pattern is obtained. Thus, desired aesthetic patterns of varieties are obtained with precision and strength ensuring longevity, by various combinations of rotational steps of stitching. The rotational steps may be longitudinal and/or lateral and/or angularl simultaneously with sewing operation. More preferably, the folder shifts the sewing item through an angle of 90° as and when required during the course of sewing operation to obtain the desired aesthetic pattern. The item to be stitched may be jeans/apparel.

To illustrate how the present invention is effective in achieving its objectives, the following non-limiting comparative example is provided below which is based on results obtained from trial performance.
COMPARATIVE EXAMPLE :
A jeans/apparel was stitched applying a conventional sewing machine assembly and a stitched product P1 was obtained. Several such products (all named P1 for convenience) were obtained for comparison by running the operation several times.
A sewing machine assembly was designed according to the present invention by operatively connecting a sewing machine with the folder means. A jeans/apparel was fed by virtue of the folder means. The jeans/apparel was stitched at one place in a particular direction, this being the first step of stitching. Then the direction of the whole jeans/apparel was moved with the help of the folder to angle of 90° and the first step repeated. The whole process comprising of these two steps was repeated several times. The stitched product P2 was obtained. Several such products (all named P2 for convenience) were obtained for comparison by running the operation several times.
It was found that P2 were far more aesthetically appealing, more strong ensuring longevity and also had high market value and more public acceptability than PI. Not only that, cost of production of P2 was found to be reasonably less. Furthermore, the pattern in P2 could not be obtained by running the conventional sewing machine assembly despite repeated efforts. Also, succinct operation and high productivity were noticed in running the sewing machine according to the present invention and the number of products(P2) were also high from the same number of operations.
The aforesaid comparative example illustrate by way of example how effectively the present invention achieves its objects. The surprising technical advancement and economic significance achieved by the present invention was hitherto not conceived or achieved by persons skilled in the art from existing knowledge.

By way of example the sewing operation according to the present invention is done as follows as will be understood by persons skilled in the art:
a)The power switch is turned on. The foot lifter pedal is depressed and the work is pressed under the pressure foot. Thereafter, the foot lifter pedal is released. The machine starts running when the treadle is stepped down.
b)After sewing the work, the work is moved to the thread trimmer to make blank stitches and the thread is cut with it.
c) The upper thread tension is adjusted by turning the tension nut. Then, the lower thread tension is adjusted by turning the tension nut.
d) The pressure foot pressure by turning is adjusted by turning wing nut so that the pressure is not just enough to feed the work positively and keep the work from slipping. If the machine is being used with the puller attached , depending on works, the puller pressure can be adjusted as appropriate to the work by turning the pressure adjust screw. Further, the actual stitch length will vary depending on the type and thickness of material being used.
