Micro Porous Insulation Fired Bricks And A Process For Their Manufacture With High Pressurized Micro Porous Foam
Abstract: The present application pertains to a process for making micro porous insulation fire bricks. This process involves making the fire bricks with high pressurized micro porous foam at controlled sintering which helps to achieve a unique micro porous structure. The inventive process simplifies the process of making micro porous insulation fire bricks with improved product features. Pore size of the product obtained from the process is reduced significantly which in turn enhances the thermal conductivity of the final product.
