Microwave Heating Radiation Device
Abstract: This microwave heating radiation device is provided with: a reactor furnace (1) which has an opening and which heats an internally housed sample by irradiating microwaves from said opening; one microwave emission source (3) which is arranged on the outside of the reactor furnace (1) and which irradiates microwaves; a rotary secondary curved mirror (4) which is arranged above the reactor furnace (1) and which reflects microwaves irradiated by the microwave emission source (3) into the opening of the reactor furnace (1); and a lid (a dielectric plate (2)) which is provided in the opening of the reactor furnace (1) and which forms from a dielectric body the portion to be irradiated by the microwaves reflected by at least the rotary secondary curved mirror (4) and which allows passage of the microwaves to inside of the reactor furnace. The microwave emission source (3) and the rotary secondary curved mirror (4) are arranged such that in the microwave irradiated portion formed by the dielectric body of the lid the incidence angle allows passage of polarized waves of the microwaves reflected by the rotary secondary curved mirror (4).
