Milk Adulteration Through Iot

Abstract: Sustenance security in provincial and metropolitan areas is incredibly important, since it nearly determines citizens' well-being. Late tests reveal that raw milk includes pathogenic life forms that, if consumed, can cause contamination, increasing the risk of infection and lowering personal satisfaction. As a result, establishing apparatus for continuous and astute detection is necessary for quality assurance and to arrive at a reasonable and opportune decision. The goal of the project was to present certain aspects of milk quality and quantity estimation. Users can continuously know the groups of gases in crude milk thanks to an Internet of Things (loT)-based solution. As the milk is held for several days, the growth of bacteria increases, resulting in an unpleasant odour, style, and taste.

Specification

l.TITLE OF THE PATENT:
Milk adulteration through IOT
2. FIELD OF INVENTION:
Here we have to use IOT, Data Analytics and Sensors to detect the adulteration of Milk.
3. OBJECTIVE OF THE INVENTION:
The main objective of the invention is to avoid any compromise to the human health, milk adulteration monitoring system can be used to detect the presence of adulterants in the milk product.
4. SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION:
Milk is a nutrient-dense beverage that can help you stay healthy in a variety of ways. It's high in calcium, phosphorus, B vitamins, potassium, and vitamin D, among other nutrients. It's also a great source of protein. Drinking milk and dairy products can help you avoid osteoporosis and bone fractures, as well as keep your weight in check. To satisfy their avarice, people add adulterants to milk products in order to profit financially by selling low-quality milk at a higher price. The Internet of Things (loT) technology has been integrated into the system in order to turn it into a smart device. It is possible to prevent consuming low-quality milk by using this technique. Furthermore, the system's simplicity can benefit everyone (commoners, food inspectors, and others).
7. DETAILED DESCRIPTION:
There are 4 sensors in our product one is to measure pH, one is to measure lactose content that is lacto meter and also reading colour of milk as it plays vital role in determining the quality of milk, temperature sensor that checks quality of milk at different temperatures. We then integrate all these together in microcontroller unit and analyze the data, then we grade the milk as A,B,C,D.
