Abstract: ABSTRACT MILK PURITY CHECK DEVICE To gain profits nowadays milk traders and dairy farmers tend to sell adulterated milk in the market that contains hazardous chemicals that is fatalto drink, not just that products formed by such milk also affects the health of the consumer adversely. The device being introduced helps to keep a check on the quality of the milk on three major parameters that are freshness of the milk, starch content, presence of any added compounds like urea and presence of soap or detergent in the milk. The milk purity check device checks the quality of the milk on four parameters at the same time.This device would help to keep a check on the trading of adulterated milk in the market preventing various health hazards that could be caused by consuming such type of milk. The device can gather information regarding the quality of the milk that can be easily accessed by the user through website or mobile app designed with it. Multiple such devices could be collectively used to check the quality of the milk coming from the different from the dairies at the same time that could prove beneficial to large scale industries producing milk-based products. Milk testing kits present currently in the market are of use and throw types while our device can be used multiple times by replacing the used strips.

Background of the Invention
US7234414B2:The present invention relates to a device and method for the detection of mastitis or other disease from a body fluid of a mammal for example from cow's milk. The device and method is related to a wedge microfluidic chamber for using a minimal amount of fluid and being able to use the device to observe leukocytes in a mono-layer for the purpose of disease detection, cell counts or the like.
CN106483166B:The invention discloses a kind of methods that cow's milk fat content is quickly detected based on dielectric spectra technology. The present invention obtains dielectric spectra of a collection of cow's milk sample within the scope of a certain RF/Microwave using network analyzer (or impedance analyzer) and coaxial probe (relative dielectric constant spectrum and dielectric dissipation factor are composed), the feature dielectric variable of expression cow's milk fat content is extracted from dielectric spectra, the linearly or nonlinearly detection model of detection cow's milk fat content is established based on the dielectric spectra within the scope of entire RF/microwave or the feature dielectric variable of extraction, and test to model, using the smallest model of forecast set root-mean-square error as the best model of detection cow's milk fat content. The dielectric spectra for measuring the unknown milk sample of fat content, the numerical value of feature dielectric variable, which is substituted into best model, can calculate the fat content of the sample. The present invention has the advantages that detection is convenient, rapid, easy to operate, precision is high and can realize online and real-time detection.
None of the prior art indicate above either alone or in combination with one another disclose what the present invention has disclosed. Present invention is on milk purity check device.

The invention will be described and explained with additional specificity and detail with the accompanying drawings.

The device being introduced helps to keep a check on the quality of the milk on three major parameters that are freshness of the milk, starch content, presence of any added compounds like urea and presence of soap or detergent in the milk. The milk purity check device checks for the impurities in the milk rather testing for any sort of diseases related to it. The device is more consumers oriented rather than cattle focused. The device is not just restricted to extent of fat in the milk but it also checks the freshness, starch content and presence of any other harmful chemicals in the milk like urea, soap or detergent. The device works on the principle of certain chemical reactions while the prior device introduced works on spectroscopy through microwaves.
BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS
The illustrated embodiments of the subject matter will be understood by reference to the drawings, wherein like parts are designated by like numerals throughout. The following description is intended only by way of example, and simply illustrates certain selected embodiments of devices, systems, and methods that are consistent with the subject matter as claimed herein, wherein:
Figure 1 depicts a 3D outlook of the device that contains a cubical chamber installed with a movable (in and out) tray compartment system. The tray consists of 4 different compartments each of dimension 6x2cm.Each compartment would contain a color changing strip that would measure the quality of the milk on four different parameters. The first compartment would be testing the freshness of the milk, the second would measure the starch content in the milk, third would check for the presence of urea in the milk and the last one would be a test for the presence of soap or detergent the milk.
Figure 2 gives a 2D look of the device as well shows the position of main milk purity checker device in the cubical chamber.The cube further has an antenna on it that can transmit the useful information on a time span basis (weekly, monthly and even yearly) to a cloud server by the means of internet and then this data could be easily accessed by the user through mobile app and website.
Figure 3 depicts the block diagram of the main milk purity checker device that consists of Raspberry Pi CPU (14), Intel neural stick GPU (18), OLed(15) and TFT display (17) and a camera (16) the entire system is powered by an adaptor-based power supply (19). The data on the system can be easily monitored by the keyboard (13) and mouse (12).
A small sample from the entire unit of the milk to be tested could be taken out and then filled in each of the four compartments already installed with color changing strips for the test of the presence of chemicals being mentioned earlier. Now as the tray is moved inside the camera monitors each of the four compartments and notices the color change in each of it as soon all this data is transferred to the Raspberry PI CPU (14), which further transfers Intel Neural Stick GPU (18) that is basically designed for color sensing/recognizing and transfers this information back to the CPU that is programmed to in a way that for each color there is specific command to give to the oled(15) and TFT display (17) .

1. Milk purity check device system is comprises with most of the milk testing kits present in the market are not reusable this problem is now addressed by our device as it could be used again and again just by changing the strips.
2. The system is claimed in claim 1, in which the device offers to keep a record of the milk quality on a time span basis that is yearly, monthly and weekly basis that is not offered by any device in the market.
3. The system is claimed in claim 1, in which the introduced device checks the quality of the milk on four parameters at the same time.
