FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The invention relates to a device for restricted communication through mobile phone between predefined number of users to avoid misuse of mobile communication and to provide convenience to less able people, such as aged, blind and less literate/illiterate who have problem in reading numbers and alphabets. The Invention, more particulariy relates to a mini mobile for communication between predefined communicating parties.
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The existing mobile phones and services are Increasing with technology rich features such as SMS/MMS, Camera, Ring Tones, Video Clip, Music, Multimedia, Notepad, Time Clock, Calendar and many other features. Most of theses features are rarely used by the majority and many times cause great deal of confusion and inconvenience for the basic purpose of communication. The SMS, MMS, Ring tones, etc. also cause great deal of discomfort and inconvenience to educational institutions, classrooms, meeting places, etc. Many of the unwanted calls from marketing personnel also cause inconvenience and are expensive while user of the mobile phone is traveling outstation or abroad.

Under the prevailing social context where mobile phones are increasingly being used by a large number of population Including children, the easy access to the advanced technology Is leading to the abuse of the technology by many users, in particular the children. This is very much evident from the misuse of SMS, MMS, and ring tones etc. Which are compelling the Authorities to take harsh decision of banning the mobile phones In particular premises. Such abuse by the children leading to banning the use of mobile phones in the school premises results into increasing anxiety among the parents for not being able to be in touch with their children under emergency. It can generally be concluded that there has been more misuse than use of the mobile phone by the children at present.
In an existing cell phone, a plurality of modules are integrated to each other such as RF signal, ASIC module, keyboard Input, display output. Audio module including a power module. The basic operation of the system is to receive radio frequency signal from the antenna and send it to the Application Specific Integrated Circuit (ASIC) module to decode the signal and then take appropriate action as programmed In the inbuilt feature of the cell phone; like ring tone, vibration, key activation, number display on LCD, then acknowledging the attended switch for further communication. Similarly, whenever one wants to sent the message either by voice or SMS, one has to enter or activate the

keyboard for the desired contect. After recognlsation of the key, the ASIC will take action to pass the information to different modules for further task. Thus, restricting the communication between pre-defined communicating parties is not feasible with the existing mobile telephone sets. Further, such a restriction would require compatibility and permeability in respect of technical features adapted by the service provider.
OBJECTS OF THE INVENTION
It is therefore an object of the invention to propose a Mini Mobile which provides restricted connection between pre-determined numbers of communicating parties which could vary from 3 to 10.
Another object of the invention is to propose a mini mobile which ensures communication with privacy.
An yet another object of the invention is to propose a mini mobile ensures communication between restricted numbers of communicating parties while roaming.

A still another object of the Invention is to propose a mini mobile which Is capable of dialing only pre-determined numbers for communication by holder in case of an emergency to pre-selected communicating parties only.
A further object of the invention is to propose a mini mobile which eliminates the possibility of theft, as the device would become useless to other parties, thus proving unattractive to criminals.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
The proposed mini mobile ensures restricted communication only between the selected parties. Thus, this may be quite useful to the children or blind person to communicate to people concerned with minimum operation with comfort, and further eliminate misuse and time wasting including unnecessary switching of the device. Accordingly, the device is cheap to manufacture since a substantial reduction in number of parts and components like many switches, LCD's, audio beeps etc. can be achieved. Thus it minimizes time and cost.

After receiving the signal, according to the prior art, the ASIC will command to activate the button and acknowledge the calling number. In contrast thereto, in the present case, no switch activation takes place. A micro controller is provided to recognize the incoming digits of the caller ID. The micro controller will compare the digits with the pre-coded number, if the digits are matching with the stored digits, it will further activate audio module to communicate, otherwise not Similarly, just by pressing one of the front panel buttons, the micro controller will generate the code number then it will pass to the ASIC for transmission. Thus just by adding a small chip in the form of a pre programmed memory, the pre-selected code digits and operation of the device can be controlled. The device makes use of the wireless technology in a restricted way for means of communication.
The invention provides a miniature communication device with atieast 3 buttons, assigned to atieast 3 pre-determined numbers and on and off buttons. Since the device has no LCD screen, it avoids SMS, MMS. The device is characterized in that ft has an inbuilt filter which allows atieast 3 predetermined numbers to receive calls or make calls from this mobile phone.

The mobile phone will have a particular code number which will only be accessible to the Main owner, i.e. Father or owner. The predetermined numbers can only be assigned by the Service Provider in the presence of the owner.
The Mini Mobiie phone of the present invention does not have display system and has only three keys. Three pre-designated numbers can only be stored by the guardian, who could be connected to the child, e.g. mother, father and teacher. Because of this unique feature, even the school authorities would not have any objection to the children using this icind of a Phone. This Innovation of Mini Mobile phone would be a great help during the time of emergency.
Non toxic material is used for the body of the Mint Mobile phone so that it does not harm the user and children in particular.
Other than children, this type of phone would also be very much useful to the domestic help. Who would be taking care of the children as they are connected with three numbers only that is father, mother and school or grand father.

This Phone facility could also be very much useful for vehicle drivers as they can be connected to pre-designated numbers of the office and vehicle owners/managers.
The service provider via the code number on the mobile phone will allow access to atleast three number only. The phone will always be the property of the senior communicating party and bill may be charged directly by him.
The device can be used by aged/less able/disabled people to get in touch with their son/daughter/doctor/security person immediately with the touch of a predetermined number.
The device can also be used by an Executive/Businessman while traveling to enable him receiving important calls from business partner/office whom the numbers are assigned.
The device is further usable by Wind persons for calling and receiving calls from pre-designated numbers by introducing vibration mode in keys.

To make the device user-friendly, the number of components has been minimized by eliminating those which are not required to child, old or blind persoh; like large switch matrix and LCD. Also, unwanted call numbers, rings, SMS, etc. has been ignored to avoid complication of the operation.
The proposed device is configured to communicate with atleast three important persons, for example mom or father or else.
The current explosion of technology is offering all kinds of features harming the society by misuse and sometimes can also become a potential threat to the national security.
The mobile phone of the invention will certainly help the anxious parents who want to communicate with their children or aged parents and vice versa with a press of a button and even with the doctor in case on an emergency.

Figure 1 shows the minimum buttons 1, 2 and 3 and ON / OFF buttons indicating clearly the mode of operation of the narrated invention with minimum operations but operating by receiving and making calls in wireless mode thus avoiding all complex version and components such as large switch matrix; LCD and also unwanted call numbers, ring, SMS etc in modern mobiles.
Figure 2 represents the back of the mini mobile showing the removable cover for access to different components of the mini mobile. Figure 3 represents in block diagram the operation of the simple circuitry of the mini mobile.

Similarly, just by pressing one of the front panel button, the micro controller will generate the code number and pass It on to ASIC for transmission. Thus, just by adding a small chip as pre programmed memory one can deal with the coded digits and operation.

WE CLAIM
1. A micro controller based mini mobile device for restricted communication between predefined number of communicating parties while roaming or in indoor comprising:
- a micro controller with a small chip as pre programmed memory, a miniature ASIC Module with inbuilt filter, front panel buttons and audio module wherein after receiving the incoming signal, ASIC will ask to activate the button to acknowledge the number without any Switch activation;
- the micro controller is adapted to recognize the incoming digits of the caller ID;
- then comparing the digits with the pre coded number on matching with the said digits;
- activating audio Module to conimunicate or otherwise not; and
- generating the code number and pass it on to ASIC for transmission by just pressing one of the front panel button.

2. A mini mobile device as claimed in claim 1, wherein the restricted connection between pre determined numbers of communicating parties vary from 3 tp 10.
3. A mini mobile device as claimed in claim 1, wherein the device ensures communication with privacy and elimination of possibility of theft due to making the device useless to other parties in case of theft.
4. A mini mobile device as claimed in claim 1, wherein the device provides a miniature communication with at least 3 buttdns assigned to at least 3 pre designed numbers and ON and OFF buttons, the device having no LCD screen and avoiding SMS, MMS, unwanted call numbers, ring etc.
5. A mini mobile device as claimed in the preceding claims, wherein the mobile phone will have a particular code number which will be accessible only to main owner i.e father or owner, the predetermined numbers being assignable by the service provider in the presence of the owner.

6, A mini mobile device as claimed in preceding claims, wherein the mobile
phone has no display system, the pre designed numbers being stored

owners / managers or can be used by aged / less able / disabled people

Immediately with the touch of a designaj number or can be used by
executive / businessmen while traveling connected with predetermined
business partner / office or can be used by blind persons for calling and
receiving calls from pre designed numbers by introducing vibration mode
in keys.
