Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a mobile holding device (1) for two and three-wheeler vehicles. The mobile holding device (1) for two wheeler vehicles comprising a holder assembly (2) moveably connected with a cover assembly (4). The holder assembly (2) comprising a case lower (10), a PCB housing (8), a plurality of springs (11), and a rubber pad (6). The case lower (10) configured to accommodate one or more components of the mobile holding device (1). The PCB housing (8) placed on the case lower (10) and connected with a mobile charging unit. TECHNICAL FIELD
The present disclosure relates to the field of mobile phone holders. Particularly, the present disclosure relates to a mobile holding device for two and three wheeler vehicles. Further, the present disclosure discloses a construction and mechanism of the mobile holding device for two and three wheeler vehicles.
BACKGROUND OF THE DISCLOSRE
In the existing mobile holders for two or three-wheeler including or excluding charging facilities are not designed as per stringent two-wheeler conditions such as high vibrations, water, dust entry, rain and other environment factors etc. Moreover, they are very specific to mobile dimensions and lack multiple size holding. Also, wireless charging is also not integrated in two-wheeler mobile holders. Once the existing mobile holders are mounted in an enclosed holder it is difficult to operate mobile. Also, in conventional holders there is no provision for any cover to prevent from rain, dust, etc. Thus, mobile will be exposed to the environment and there are high chances that the mobile will be damaged.
In view of the above drawbacks, there is a need to develop a mobile holder for two-wheeler or three-wheeler to overcome the drawbacks of existing mobile holder.
SUMMARY OF THE DISCLOSRE
The present disclosure relates to a mobile holding device for two and three-wheeler vehicles. The mobile holding device for two wheeler vehicles comprising a holder assembly moveably connected with a cover assembly. The holder assembly comprising a case lower, a PCB housing, a plurality of springs, and a rubber pad. The case lower configured to accommodate one or more components of the mobile holding device. The PCB housing placed on the case lower and connected with a

mobile charging unit. The plurality of springs disposed between the PCB housing and case lower. The rubber pad placed on the PCB housing for covering a mobile. The cover assembly comprising a case upper configured for covering the holder assembly and a transparent sheet attached over the case upper.
In an embodiment, the cover assembly and holder assembly are connected by a hinge point.
In an embodiment, the plurality of springs is disposed between the PCB housing and case lower for adjusting the holding position in accordance with the various sizes of the mobile.
In an embodiment, an O-ring is disposed on the plurality of springs for covering the PCB housing.
In an embodiment, an adaptor is connected with the holder assembly for holding a bottom side of the mobile.
In an embodiment, a plurality of snap locks is provided on the locking of the cover assembly with the holder assembly.
In an embodiment, a slot is provided on the adaptor for inserting the mobile without opening the cover assembly.
In an embodiment, a mounting assembly is disposed below the holder assembly to the mobile holding device with a handlebar of vehicle.
In an embodiment, the mounting assembly comprises an adjusting knob for altering the position of mobile holding device over handle bar.

In an embodiment, the transparent sheet attached over the case upper for visualizing the mobile features as well as use in the holding condition.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PRESENT DISCLOSURE
While the invention is subject to various modifications and alternative forms, specific embodiment thereof has been shown by way of example in the figures and will be described below. It should be understood, however that it is not intended to limit the invention to the particular forms disclosed, but on the contrary, the invention is to cover all modifications, equivalents, and alternative falling within the scope of the invention.
It is to be noted that a person skilled in the art can be motivated from the present invention and can perform various modifications. However, such modifications should be construed within the scope of the invention.
Accordingly, the drawings are showing only those specific details that are pertinent to understanding the embodiments of the present invention so as not to obscure the disclosure with details that will be readily apparent to those of ordinary skill in the art having benefit of the description herein.
The terms "comprises", "comprising", or any other variations thereof, are intended to cover a non-exclusive inclusion, such that an assembly, setup, system, device that comprises a list of components does not include only those components but may include other components not expressly listed or inherent to such system or device or setup. In other words, one or more elements in the system or apparatus or device proceeded by "comprises a" does not, without more constraints, preclude the existence of other elements or additional elements in the assembly or system or apparatus. The following paragraphs explain present invention.

The present disclosure relates to a mobile holding device for two and three-wheeler vehicles. The mobile holding device for two wheeler vehicles comprising a holder assembly moveably connected with a cover assembly. The holder assembly comprising a case lower, a PCB housing, a plurality of springs, and a rubber pad. The case lower configured to accommodate one or more components of the mobile holding device. The PCB housing placed on the case lower and connected with a mobile charging unit. The plurality of springs disposed between the PCB housing and case lower. The rubber pad placed on the PCB housing for covering a mobile. The cover assembly comprising a case upper configured for covering the holder assembly and a transparent sheet attached over the case upper.
The mobile holding device is required during riding condition for ease of mounting mobile phone over vehicle including charging the mobile and safe usage while riding. The suitable mobile phone mounting structure will enhance other utility of mobile usage such as navigation, call alerts, connecting with vehicle telematics control unit.
Figure 1 and 2 illustrates the perspective view of the mobile holding device (1) in accordance with the embodiment of the present disclosure. As illustrated in the figures the mobile holding device (1) comprises of three assemblies i.e. holder assembly (2), cover assembly (4) and mounting assembly (3).
Figures 3 and 4 illustrates the exploded view of the holder assembly (2) of the mobile holding device (1) in accordance with the embodiment of the present disclosure. The holder assembly (2) comprises of a mobile (5), rubber pad (6), PCB housing cover (8a), adaptor (7), pair of screws (12), a PCB housing (8), an O-ring (9), a plurality of springs (11) and a case lower (10). The case lower (10) acts as a housing for all the components. The plurality of spring (11) loaded wireless mobile charger unit located within through a pair of fasteners. The PCB housing has a provision for the O-ring/ Gasket for sealing the cover assembly with respect to the holder assembly. The plurality of spring (11) is used to keep mobile touch with the cover assembly

(4) to easily use of mobile function on holding condition. The rubber pad (6) is provided to seal the mobile (5) on holder. Wireless mobile charger unit is a separate unit and it is placed in center according to mobile (5). It is floating device. Also, the provision with or without cap on below or above the case will provide wired or USB charging facility without compromising in IP67.
The plurality of spring (11) is positioned in the case lower (10) to adjust the holding position in accordance with the different sizes of the mobile (5). The PCB housing (8) is having an arrangement of wireless charging unit and also have provision of charging the mobile phone with the cable. The mobile charging unit is attached to the battery of the vehicle to provide the electrical supply to charge the mobile (5). The adaptor (7) acts a holder which is used to hold the mobile (5) at the bottom end. Further, a slot (23) is also provided in the mobile holding device (1) which is used to insert the mobile (5) without opening the cover assembly (4) again and again. The mobile (5) can be easily inserted through the slot (23).
Figure 5 illustrates the exploded view of the mounting assembly (3) of the mobile holding device (1) in accordance with the embodiment of the present disclosure. The mounting assembly comprises of set of ball clamps (15; 18) that are clamped together by pair of brackets (14;16) through adjusting knob (13). The adjusting knob (13) is used to adjust the mobile holding device (1) position over handle bar. It also applicable for any kind of adjusting means or any kind of interlinking means.
Figure 6 illustrates the perspective view of the cover assembly (4) of the mobile holding device (1) in accordance with the embodiment of the present disclosure. The front portion of the cover assembly (4) is transparent which is capable to visualize the mobile feature as well as use. The transparent part (19) of the cover assembly (4) is having thickness in between 0.1 to 2.5mm which is capable to use mobile function in holding condition. Also, in future, gesture (without touching) based mobile interface will also applicable with efficient mobile holding and interfacing capability. The mobile is fully covered by cover assembly (4).

Figure 7 illustrates the illustrates the exploded view of the mobile holding device (1) showing mobile with cover in accordance with the embodiment of the present disclosure. The figure illustrates the slot (23) through which the mobile is inserted into the mobile holding device (1) assembly. Figure 8 illustrates the enlarged corner view of the of the mobile holding device (1) showing the rubber (6) present at the corner which seals the mobile complete and does not allow any dust or other foreign particle to enter the mobile. Figure 9 illustrates the perspective view of the mobile holding device (1) assembly showing cover assembly with mobile phone according to the embodiment of the present disclosure. The cover assembly (4) is connected with the holder assembly (2) by a hinge point (21). The cover assembly (4) is hinged at the corner of the holder assembly (2) through a pin so to that the user is able to open and close the cover for inserting and removing the mobile (5). Figure 2 illustrates that a plurality of snap locks (22) is provided on the case lower (10) for locking of the cover assembly (4) with the holder assembly (2). In accordance with the embodiment of the present disclosure the mobile holding device (1) with or without wireless charger and with or without solar panel combination are constructed for two-wheeler.

a mobile charging unit;

(5); and the cover assembly (4) comprising;
a case upper (20) configured for covering the holder assembly (2);
a transparent sheet (19) attached over the case upper (20).
2. A mobile holding device (1) as claimed in claim 1, wherein cover assembly (4) and holder assembly (2) are connected by a hinge point (21).
3. A mobile holding device (1) as claimed in claim 1, wherein the plurality of springs (11) is disposed between the PCB housing (8) and case lower (10) for adjusting the holding position in accordance with the various sizes of the mobile
(5);
4. A mobile holding device (1) as claimed in claim 1, wherein an O-ring (9) is disposed on the plurality of springs (11) for covering the PCB housing (8).
5. A mobile holding device as claimed in claim 1, wherein an adaptor (7) is connected with the holder assembly (2) for holding a bottom side of the mobile
(5).

6. A mobile holding device (1) as claimed in claim 1, wherein a plurality of snap locks (22) is provided on the locking of the cover assembly (4) with the holder assembly (2).
7. A mobile holding device as claimed in claim 5, wherein a slot (23) is provided on the adaptor (7) for inserting the mobile (5) without opening the cover assembly (4).
8. A mobile holding device (1) as claimed in claim 1, wherein a mounting assembly (3) is disposed below the holder sub assembly (2) to the mobile holding device (1) with a handlebar of vehicle.
9. A mobile holding device (1) as claimed in claim 8, wherein the mounting assembly (2) comprises an adjusting knob (13) for altering the position of mobile holding device (1) over handle bar.
10. A mobile holding device (1) as claimed in claim 1, wherein the transparent sheet (19) attached over the case upper (20) for visualizing the mobile (5) features as well as use in the holding condition.
