Mobile Solar Powered Popcorn Vending Machine Cart

Abstract: ABSTRACT Mobile solar powered popcorn vending machine is a device which is used to pop the popcorn using solar energy. It fries the corn with help of resistive heating method which is powered by solar PV panel with battery charging attachment. In this investigation related to construction and working of popcorn machine using solar energy. The solar powered cart is designed by conventional tricycle and allowed to move all streets and routes for selling the popcorn with less running cost. The conventional process of popcorn machine like roasting, agitation, heating, drying and popping are done automatically by electronic module. This machine also designed to operate the coater unit for coating the popcorn without oil and mix with salt. The novelty of this invention relates to popcorn machine mounted on tricycle cart with solar PV panel roof and systems and methods are powered by solar energy. This mobile solar powered popcorn vending machine cart fulfil the all requirements such as economic, social, eco-friendly, energy efficient user friendly and less running cost.
