Abstract: The present invention relates to a modular curved metal paneling and partition system for construction of rooms, partitions and for cladding which provides flexibility, ease of installation and cost saving. The present invention comprises of Metal frame structure, vertical upright, connectors, curve guide strip, clamps, curve metal tile, end covers, back cover, thermal insulation and accessories of systems. The present invention is installed by installing the frame structure to the wall with the help of wall mounting clamp. Connectors are fixed with the help of said Slotted up right sections. The panels are then fixed to curved strips using hanging clamp. Said panel in-turn has 3 layers front panel, insulation board and back panel cover.
The present invention relates to modular curved metal paneling and partition system. In particular, it relates modular curved metal paneling and partition system for construction of rooms, partitions and for cladding which provides flexibility, ease of installation and cost saving.
BACKGROUND OF INVENTION AND PRIOR ART:
Walls and or partitions are generally used for separation of portion of area. It can help in making various necessary and other fancy partitions. Fixed wall systems, moveable wall systems, and non-progressive wall systems are very well known in the art.
Various researches have been done to enhance various features and characteristics of the partitions. However, they failed to achieve certain essential characteristics for the same.
The fixed wall systems are as the name suggests the systems of walls which are immovable and permanent. It suffers from following problems:
• the inability to displace and/or move the fixed wall systems once they are mounted;
• the inability to readily install pass through components (wiring, etc.) after the fixed wall systems have been mounted; and
• the inability to readily change aspects and features of the fixed wall systems once they are installed.
Furthermore, fixed wall systems are also disadvantageous because their installation is quite lengthy. For example, for conventional gypsum walls, one must first install supporting studs, then affix gypsum panels thereto, then plaster thereon, wait for drying of the plaster, sanding subsequently and then finishing the surfaces of the gypsum walls. It is well known in the art that the mounting of such fixed wall systems usually extends over several days and requires a great deal of manual labor, which is thus very inefficient and very cost ineffective.
The available moveable systems are useful for temporary or permanent arrangements for making partitions. However, very often, their components are over-engineered (e.g. too heavy), different and specialized tooling is required for assembling such moveable wall systems, and the moveable wall systems generally comprise various different components which are not readily interchangeable. Due to the said facts, installation of such moveable wall systems is generally quite lengthy and cumbersome. Furthermore, it is well known in the art that such moveable wall systems, by virtue of their design, offer generally very poor sound proofing, light proofing and/or vibration proofing.
Some of the problems associated with non-progressive wall systems are the inability to independently change, move, and/or alter a particular component of the non-progressive wall system without affecting the other components operatively connected to said particular component. Indeed, by virtue of their design, non-progressive wall systems generally have several components which are intricately connected to one another and thus prevent one particular component thereof from being changed, moved, and/or altered without disturbing the other components of the non-progressive wall system.
Moreover, it is also known that in some jurisdictions, when components of wall panel systems are permanently affixed to the infrastructure of a building, they become the property of the building owner, which is very undesirable for the owners and/or users of such wall panel systems. It is also known that in large corporations, the different departments need to be restructured on a regular basis, therefore, leading to a frequent reorganization of office spaces, with associated inconveniences. Therefore, it would be very useful to have a prefabricated and modular wall panel construction system that could be assembled without being permanently affixed to an infrastructure of a building, and could be easily moveable and demountable, from one location to another, whether within the same building, or from one building to the next, without leaving any adverse or destructive effects behind.
Other means for partitions includes Gypsum partition, wooden partition, FRP partition and others. However, they suffer from at least one of the following disadvantages:
• They have fixed partition or wall.
• They fail to avoid extra civil work
• Level surface or floor required
• The curve in the partition is required to be prepared onsite.
• There are high chances of human error at site.
• The assembling of the partitions using existing systems is to be done on site and is time consuming.
• They fail to address the quality control issues.
• Wall panel Joints treatment errors can occur.
• They fail to achieve wall panel Joints perfection.
• They are not flexible for integration of wall equipment.
• They impart wavy surfaces which provide offensive flatness.
• They impart Surface Defects.
• They result in fractured, damaged or crushed wall.
• They fail to resist water damage.
• They fail to provide in-built light feature.
• They fail to make use of recycled material.
• They fail to provide back side maintenance once fixed.
Thus, there is an unmet need to develop an modular curved metal paneling and partition system for construction of rooms, partitions and for cladding which provides flexibility, ease of installation and cost saving.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF INVENTION
Referring to fig. 1 to 3; the present invention provides modular curved metal paneling and partition system for construction of rooms, partitions and for cladding which provides flexibility, ease of installation and cost saving.
Present modular curved metal paneling and partition system mainly comprises of Metal frame structure, vertical upright, connectors, curve guide strip, clamps, curve metal tile, end covers, back cover, thermal insulation and accessories of systems.
Said main frame structure forms the means for support for the whole paneling and partition structures for the present invention. Said structure further comprises of Up rights, Connectors, Clamp and supports. The metal tiles and cladding parts includes curved metal tile, back cover and the thermal insulation.
Present invention provides removable type self inter lockable metal panels of preformed textured PVC coated GI sheet panels for above said purpose. It further comprise of specially designed combination of perforated and non-perforated panels through CNC for bending, punching & laser Cutting.
The present invention further provides galvanized metal panel of approved color. Said panel further comprise of micro perforation for making the cladding and partitions acoustically sound. Acoustic grade fire retardant fabric (min 1.5mm thick) is fixed at some parts of the control room.
Panels of the present invention are flexible to ensure and designed to achieve shape and design as per the consultant. Said Panels are fixed using hook on fitting or any other dry cladding system. Panels of the present invention also include provide ASTM-E-84, certified wall class-A panels with powder coat. Earthing is provided if requires; said panels being made of metal.
Panel design of the present invention ensures that when the tiles need to be removed for service maintenance of Lighting & AC ducts and itself cleaning, the risk of tile damage is minimum.
The metal sheet has possibility of being formed mechanically, according to the specific needs of the project. The coating is of 100-150 µm and is able to undergo stretching up to 100% and therefore follow (adhere to)bend with the steel in all its deformation. The sheets have specific fire retardant additives as an important barrier to slow down the combustion processes. It has electrical insulation property due to what PVC material used. It is sustainable and easy to maintain.
Said panel material is selected from the materials such that it becomes eligible for food contact. The coated panel provides better thermal and electrical insulation as compared to normal GI panels. The panels shall have compressed polystyrene as an infill material. The panels are so designed that the operators are not be distracted during routine operations.
Panel are non reflective/glare free. There is provided an insulating material between frame and tile to reduce rattling sound during vibration. Said structure is made from heavy duty powder coated modular steel frame (minimum wall thickness 1 to 1.6 mm). The frame is securely grouted from roof and floor with flexible joints to absorb seismic vibration. Said structure should allow uninterrupted flow of wires/cable/tubes.
WORKING OF THE INVENTION WITH ILLUSTRATION:
Referring to fig. 2 and fig. 3; the present invention is installed by installing the frame structure to the wall with the help of wall mounting clamp. Connectors are fixed with the help of said Slotted up right sections. The panels are then fixed to curved strips using hanging clamp. Said panel in-turn has 3 layers front panel, insulation board and back panel cover. The final structure obtained provides present modular curved metal paneling and partition system.
