Preamble to the Description :
The following specification particularly describes the invention and the manner
in which it is to be performed.
"METHOD FOR manufacturing tailor made Molded door by using
PU Chemicals"
Field of the invention
The present invention relates to the field of filling technology and in
particular to the door & windows.
Prior aft
It is known to use pu Chemical to produce solid foam in side
the tailormade framework. The fused pu chemical inside the framework
is mixed with blowing agent inside the framework at high pressure
and pressed through a shaping hollow portion of framework.
The shaping is provided by a tool which is located in hole of the
framework which entered the pu chemical. After filling the pu chemical,
the blowing agent decompresses and a foamed mass is formed
which solidifies as a result of the foamed mass being conveyed into a
space whose temperature is significantly below the melting point of
the PU Chemical, for example, at room temperature. As a result of
the cooling, the cell growth is ended, where in particular during the
production of closed-pore products the ending of the cell growth by
cooling prevents the cells from bursting. The solidified mass is filled
in the framework and the product is obtained.
For numerous applications, possibly for foam products for
sound and heat insulation, it is however desirable to have a foam
product available which has a lower density that can be achieved with
conventional methods. It is therefore an object of the invention to
indicate a possibility whereby a foam product having a lower density
can be produced.
Disclosure of the invention
This object is solved by the subject matters of the independent claims.
It has been identified that direct filling and cooling of pu chemical
in hollow framework in particular a lower density convert in the mass
is held in completely solidified state in order to homogenize the cell
size in the cross-section of a foamed mass. It was further identified
that a subsequent expansion of an already-solidified mass certainly
leads to a reduction in the density where however a specified delay of
the solidification directly after exit from the extrusion tool leads to
lower densities. Since the cell structure of the product can be specifically
influenced, the desired foam product properties are maintained
despite the lower density.
DESCRIPTION
Field of the Invention
The invention relates to a method for manufacturing of tailor
made Molded door by using PU Chemcials. Filling of mixed P(J
Chemical in hollow frame of wood is guided through wooden
framework. After the Filling of mixed pu chemical s i n hoi 1 ow of wood
framework by the blowing agent in order to create a foamed mass.
Surface edge layer or complete hardening of the foamed mass inwooden
framework within a temperature control zone adjacent to
Lhc framework isprevented by the temperature control of the foamed
mass within the temperature control zone. The invention relates to
tailor made door/ windows by performing said method.
The present invention relates to a method of manufacturing an
environmental friendly Molded Door product, which saves tree and
envoirment and the like, the method including filling of liquid mixed
pu chemical in hollow space of wooden frame, and the like.
Generally, wooden pices or wood waste, all comes from trees,.
are filled in Molded Door. Our invention filled the PU Chemical in
tailor made Molded doods / windows. However, as the environmental
problems have been worse recently, it is urgent neccssaty to develop
an environmental friendly products to SAVE Till III AND SAVE
l-NViRONMENT.

Claim:
!. A method of manufacturing a hollow frame of tailor made door, the
method comprising the steps of providing hollow of a (rame wood
composite having a density of at least about 550 kg/m3; Put three
hole on top loaf of frame
2. A method of manufacturing an environmental friendly Molded Door
product, which saves tree and envoirment and the like,, the method
including filling of liquid mixed pu chemicaJ in hollow space of
wooden frame, and the like.
3. A method of.manufacturing a termite free Molded Door product,
which increase the life of Doors / windows.
. 4. A method of manufacturing a light weight, sound proof, Fire Retardent
and unbrealcable Molded Door product, by the filling of I iquid mixed
pu chemical in hollow space of wooden frame, and the like.
