Molded Stator Molded Electric Motor And Air Conditioner

Abstract: A molded stator of the present invention includes a stator and a substrate on which a rotor position detection circuit is mounted and has an outer casing formed of a molded resin. The molded stator comprises: a doughnut shaped lead wire wiring component (1) that is attached to one axial direction end of the stator and wires a power supply lead wire up to a stator winding and a sensor lead wire up to the position detection circuit; a bush component (6) that is provided on the radial outside of the lead wire wiring component (1) and leads the power supply lead wire and the sensor lead wire to the outside of the molded stator; a power supply lead wire holding component that is mounted on the bush component (6) and holds the power supply lead wire; and a sensor lead wire holding component that is mounted on the bush component (6) and holds the sensor lead wire. The bush component (6) is connected to a locking portion (26b) for locking the sensor lead wire holding component and equipped with a projection (17) on the radial outside said projection (17) being a planar portion that is substantially vertical to the radial direction of the stator.

Specification

1. A molded stator (60) including a stator (10) and a substrate (11) having a position
detection circuit of a rotor mounted thereon and an outer frame thereof being formed
from mold resin,
the molded stator comprising:
a donut-shaped lead-wire wiring component (1) that
is attached to an end of the stator (10) in the axial direction, wires power-supply lead wires (8) to a winding wire of the stator (10), and wires sensor lead wires (7) to the position detection circuit, and a lead-out component (6) that
is provided on a radially outer side of the lead-wire wiring component and leads out the power-supply lead wires and the sensor lead wires to outside of the molded stator, wherein
the lead-out component (6)
includes a projection (17) that has plane parts, on the radially outer side, that are substantially perpendicular to a radial direction of the stator (10),
characterized in that the lead-out component (6) is spaced a predetermined distance away from the lead-wire wiring component (1).
2. The molded stator according to claim 1, wherein
the lead-wire wiring component includes a plurality of attachment legs (13) for attaching the lead-wire wiring component (1) to the stator (10) on an outer circumference thereof,
each of the attachment legs (13) includes a hole (13a) through which a fixing pin provided in the stator (10) is inserted, and
among the plurality of attachment legs (13), two attachment legs (13) provided in the vicinity of both ends of the lead-out component (6) respectively include a wall part (16).

3. The molded stator according to claim 2, wherein the plane parts are provided at a position away from the wall part (16).
4. A molded electric motor (70) that uses the molded stator according to claim 1.
5. An air conditioner (100) that includes the molded electric motor according to claim 4 incorporated therein as an electric motor for an air blower.
