This invention is related to the water level indicator, cum auto start/stop controller of the water feed
pump for the steam boilers. It is two in one apparatus as one is the water level indicator by the magnet
and other is the pump controller in the boiler at high pressure and temperature.
The will work on the pressure up to 16 KgIcrn2 and temperature up to 250*c.
It operates as follows> as the water comes in to the neck no2, the condensate chamber-10 start to fill and
the SS float-6, tend to uplift by the bouncy. The link rode-7, also rise upward and the connected actuator
magnet-5, raises upward direction, it is seen in the sight glass tube-4 as the red colored free magnet-3,
and it shows the level of the water in the boiler.
At the lower position of the actuator magnet, the lower magnet switch attached to the opposite side of the
sight glass. At this stage, this switch is at "ON" position and the starter of the motor is also "ON", so the
water pump also starts to feed the water to the boiler.
As the water feeding going on, the float tend to rising upward and at near the upper water neck-1, the
actuator magnet actuate the attached 2nd magnet switch, witch cut-off the supply of the water feed pump
and the water has stopped to feed. In the boiler and at other side, the flying loose red colored magnet
shows the level of the water at full position.

WE CLAIMS:-
1. 1 clamed and clams, that the "Mono magnetic boiler water level gauge with auto switch" is my
absolute invention.
2. That the flying colored magnetic indicator runs in the un-pressurized and without watertsteam in the
longitudinal sight glass tube with the magnetized ONtOFF switches.
3. That the viscous and transparent or colored fluid may be filled in the sight glass tube.
4. That the revolving ball may be used for the level indication, either any color.
5. That in the float, the light gas may be filled to reduce its size.
