Abstract: In the present invention, a cover-side terminal of a motor cover, in an extending direction of a motor terminal of a motor case, is press-fit and fixed electrically to the motor terminal at a first position separated from a base part by a first length. In contrast, a fixed part of the motor cover, in the extending direction of the motor terminal of the motor case, is press-fit and fixed to a projecting part at a second position separated from the base part by a second length different from the first length. In this case, for example, the second length is longer than the first length.
