Claims:We Claim 1. A saddle type vehicle (100), said vehicle (100) comprising: a frame assembly (200) for skeletal support to said vehicle (100); said frame assembly (200) includes head tube (201), upper tube (202a, 202b), side tube (203), downward portion of main tube (204); an engine (114), a cylinder head (303), throttle body (302) is mounted on said vehicle (100); the mounting means (205) is mounted on either side of said upper tube (202a, 202b), between said downward portion of main tube and said cylinder head (303) overlapping at least partially with the throttle body (302) and said mounting means (205) mounts the electrical components. 2. The saddle type vehicle (100) as claimed in claim 1, wherein said electrical components includes ISG controller (403). 3. The saddle type vehicle (100) as claimed in claim 1, wherein said electrical components includes R&R unit (404). 4. The saddle type vehicle (100) as claimed in claim 1, wherein said mounting means (205) includes the curved regions (504a, 504b) in the middle portion (505) of said mounting means (205) and said mounting means (205) have a projected portion (502) and depressed portion (503) in said curved regions (504a, 504b). 5. The saddle type vehicle (100) as claimed in claim 4, wherein said mounting means (205) has an offset L1 is a direction orthogonal to the mounting surface of said mounting means (205) and vertical height of a mounting arm portion of said mounting means (205) is of a predetermined length L2. 6. The saddle type vehicle (100) as claimed in claim 5, wherein said predetermined lengths L1 and L2 have the predetermined ratio in the range of 0.4 to 0.8. 7.
