Abstract: "Mounting provisioning for installation of Servo Motor of Auto Pilot system on Transport category Aircraft" is related to design and development of mounting Servo Motor of Auto Pilot system. Mounting Bracket Assembly(!) formed the torsional box through joining of sheet metal parts(6,7,8,10) and machined parts (4,5,9) by using rivets(ll) ensure the structural integrity and stiffness to withstand high dynamics and cyclic loads. Lever Arm(2) provides the movement to aircraft control surfaces through linkage to control surfaces( 40). Servo mount bracket(3) is designed to ensure that aircraft linkages and servo motors out put through Lever Arm(2) are aligned during the dynamic conditions. Stopper(9) riveted with Mounting Bracket Assembly(!) using rivet(11) ensure prescribed limits of movement of control surfaces by stopping the movement of Lever Arm (2). Fasteners(12,13,14,15,16,17,18,19,20,21,22,23,24,25,26,27,28,29) are used for connecting Mounting Bracket Assembly(!) to aircraft structure, Servo mount bracket(3) to Mounting Bracket Assembly(!), Lever Arm(2) to capstan (refer Figure-01 to Figure-10).
