4. DESCRIPTION.

Technical field of invention:
Present invention in general relates to design and implement a multi blade mixer grinder jar use for both grinding and juice making and in particular to design a multiple blade system in a single jar for multiple functions.

Prior art:
The Mixer becomes an integral part of our day to day life. It is become a friend of house wifes and Chefs. The modular and compact kitchen is concept which come from Western countries and become popular in India also. The theme of this concept is to make kitchen modern as well as compact. So the house wifes thinks to use as less as cutlery, pots, containers and multiple instruments like food processor.

US 7641380 B2 discloses blender/food processor blade arrangement for small throated blender jars. A blade assembly suited for both blending and food processing in small throat blender jars is provided. The blade assembly comprises a plurality of blade forms each designed to perform a specific blending or processing task while simultaneously working together and with the geometric restrictions of the jar to optimize the assembly's capability to crush ice, blend or mix liquids and/or semi-solid materials, and to chop, cut, or slice solid food items without the need for user interaction to clear compacted items from the blades and/or the walls or bottom of the jar during its operation. The improved performance also serves the beneficial side effect of improved bearing and motor life in the blender/food processor.

US 20140246531 A1 discloses a blender with added blades that are stationary. A blender for breaking down food at an averagely faster rate, it comprises of; a jar with a tubular body with outer treading on one end; having a screwed on bottom portion which has a set of rotatable blades built in. The bottom portion of the jar has a cavity of its base along the inner circumference, said cavity includes: at the bottom; a gasket, then a stationary blades assembly which is a continuous structure made up of; a ring base; on opposite side of its inner circumference of said ring are vertical extensions that each have a portion at the top curved inwards at right angle with one edge sharp, these curved inward portions serves as the actual blades, another gasket is then places over the ring base of the stationary blades assembly, and the rim close to said outer treading, of the body of the jar, sit on the gasket on top. The bottom portion of the jar is screwed on tight to the body of the jar so the gaskets and seals all gaps between the bottom portion of the jar, the ring of the blade assembly and the body of the jar in order to prevent leakage and also to keep the stationary blades assembly in a fixed position.

US 7419111 B2 discloses multi-blade food processing apparatus. A multi-blade food processing apparatus having two independent blade assemblies, each of which blade assemblies having two opposed horizontal cutting blades, wherein the upper of two independent blade assemblies is selectively removable from the apparatus, the cutting blades are spaced apart in elevation, and are offset in orientation 90 degrees for improved cutting efficiency. The blade assemblies are positioned at 90 degrees from each other but may include additional positions for orienting the blades at any angle with respect to each other.

US 6981795 B2 discloses multiple blade blender apparatus. A multi-blade blender is disclosed having a drive shaft, a gear system, and at least two blade assemblies. Each blade assembly includes a blade affixed to an end of a blade shaft. The blade shafts of the first, second and third blade assemblies are angled from the vertical position toward the container wall. The gear system engages at least one of the blade assemblies. The drive shaft engages the gear system and causes the blade assemblies to rotate in operation.

US 7267478 B2 discloses blender container with off center blade assembly. A container for a blender includes a bottom surface having a non-symmetrically shaped perimeter. A side wall extends upwardly from the perimeter of the bottom surface. A mixing blade assembly having a plurality of blades is located above the bottom surface and is rotatable on an axis which is displaced from the center of the bottom surface. Non-uniform spaces are thus created between the ends of the blades and the side wall. The bottom surface is inclined at an angle relative to the plane normal to the axis of rotation of the blade assembly, and it, as well as the side wall, may be provided with a plurality of spaced vanes.

US 20100147163 A1 discloses hand-held food processor and blade assembly. A blade assembly for use with a food processor includes a hub configured to be coupled to a drive shaft of the food processor, a first blade rotatably coupled to the hub and configured to rotate with respect to the hub at least up to a predetermined angle with respect to a second blade, which is fixedly coupled to the hub. The first blade is rotatable between a first position in which it is in phase with the second blade for receiving a blade guard protecting both blades, and a second position, in which the first blade is out of phase with the second blade for optimally processing a food item in the food processor, the blade assembly also including a biasing member for returning the first blade to the first position after use.

Thus to prevents the disadvantages of the conventional system of blender/mixer there is need to develop a novel technique and mechanism of mixer grinder jar for grinding and juice making purpose. Hence the present invention designs and develops a multi blade mixer grinder jar.

Object:

1. Primary object of the present invention is to provide a multi blade mixer grinder jar.

2. Another object of the present invention is to provide a multiple jar or pot which can be used for both works for grinding and for Juice making.

3. Yet another object of the present invention is to use the multiple blades for individual operation and can be easily removed from the jar whenever its cycle gets over.

4 denotes Power input shaft.

In order that the manner in which the above-cited and other advantages and objects of the invention are obtained, a more particular description of the invention briefly described above will be referred, which are illustrated in the appended drawing. Understanding that these drawing depict only typical embodiment of the invention and therefore not to be considered limiting on its scope, the invention will be described with additional specificity and details through the use of the accompanying drawing.

Detailed description:

The Mixer becomes an integral part of our day to day life. It is become a friend of house wifes and Chefs. The modular & compact kitchen is concept which come from Western countries and become popular in India also. The theme of this concept is to make kitchen modern as well as compact. So the house wifes thinks to use as less as cutlery, pots, containers and multiple instruments like food processor.

So we are proposing a mixer having single Jar which can be used for multiple functions like mixing, grinding, Juice making etc. In this concept we concentrate on blade design. We propose to use the multiple blade for individual operation which can be easily remove from the jar whenever its cycle get over.

Methodology:
The mixer runs on the blade mechanism. Now days these blades are permantly fixed in their resp. Jars. Therefore to make a single jar this can be used for all functions like mixing, grinding etc. We are proposing a multiple blade system in a single Jar.
Problem Statement:
Day to day our kitchen become compact & compact. The mixer is an integral part of kitchen. The conventional mixer occupies more space as well as it requires more cost If we make the mixer compact by providing a single multifunctional jar instead of using 3 to 5 jars by simply altering the blade arrangement then our kitchen to become compact. Also the cost of mixer will also be minimized.

Additional advantages and modification will readily occur to those skilled in art. Therefore, the invention in its broader aspect is not limited to specific details and representative embodiments shown and described herein. Accordingly various modifications may be made without departing from the spirit or scope of the general invention concept as defined by the appended claims and their equivalents.
