2. APPLICANT:
Name: ENERTECH BUILDING SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED
Nationality: INDIAN
Address: Plot #66 to 77, Cherlapally Industrial Park, Phase-III, Hyderabad-500051
3. PREAMBLE TO THE DESCRIPTION:
The following specification particularly describes the invention and the manner in which it is to be performed:
4. DESCRIPTION:
Field of the invention:
[0001] The present disclosure generally relates to the technical field of a heating system, and in specific relates to a multi-purpose 3-IN-ONE HEATING SYSTEM, which serves as a continuous burning stove intended for providing heat to interior area of tents, cottages, prefab shelters, houses etc., cooking of food, and boiling of water using waste heat energy.
Background of the invention:
[0002] Generally, nowadays Migrant Labour and Military Personnel carry their own equipment, often for extended periods of time. They need their equipment to be lightweight, suitable for compact storage and easy to set up and use. Heating, cooking food, and heating fluids in the field has been a big problem. The campers and hikers have only limited space and weight which can be devoted to the cooking equipment, yet such needs are essential if the person is subject to severe environmental conditions. Many outdoor areas now forbid the use of open campfires because of fire danger and the damage to the environment. In many cases the open campfires leave large burnt spots and piles of ashes that seriously affect the appearance and use of the area.
[0003] Most of the users now require cooking stove for heating, cooking food and heating fluids which is cost-effective and easy to carry. The household gas stove is costly and bulky/heavy to carry. In certain situations, such users would also prefer that the stove, which is light in weight and portable.
[0004] A portable stove is a cooking stove specially designed to be portable and lightweight, used in camping, backpacking, or other use in remote locations where an easily transportable means of cooking or heating is needed. Lightweight portable cooking stoves that can be dismantled and packed in a flat configuration are in usage. Dismantling entails disassembly of the stove into multiple separate and distinct components. These flat packed stoves therefore often require multiple steps by the user for full assembly.
[0005] Various types of portable stoves and heaters that can be partially disassembled, folded, or otherwise reduced in size to enhance their portability. The use of these devices, however, is commonly fraught with problems and disadvantages. For example, some of the stoves or heaters of this general type are undesirably bulky and/or heavy, some require the use of tools, and occasionally specially designed tools, to assemble and disassemble their component parts, and some fall short in the strength and rigidity necessary for their intended use.
[0006] In considering the weight of a portable cooking stove, the weight of the cooking vessels and fuel required to heat water or food must also be considered. To limit the weight of the cooking vessel, the user must often purchase cooking vessels made from specialist materials that are heat-resistant and lightweight.
[0007] In addition, there is a problem of supplying fuel for the cooking equipment if it is to be used for an extended period of time. In general, the extra fuel must be carried by the Military Personnel.
[0008] In general, outdoor Migrant Labour and Military Personnel carry their own cooking tools, like a stove for cooking and kettles for boiling water, which are heavy to carry. The outdoor enthusiasts, migrants and military personnel also require an external source and equipment to provide heating in the interior area of tents/Prefabricated Shelters/Cottages, which causes cumbersome effects to the user due to assembling and dissembling of the external source and equipment. Heating and cooking devices for use by Migrant Labour & Military Personnel should be easily transported in a form that does not require a great deal of space and which is not unduly heavy. At the same time, these devices should be sturdy even in severe weather and terrain conditions, as a stove collapsing can be dangerous. These requirements are made even more difficult by a further requirement that such devices be easily and quickly assembled and disassembled in the field so that relocatable tents/Prefabricated Shelters/Cottages, set-up and break-up can be efficiently and conveniently carried out.
[0009] Heating and cooking devices for use by Migrant Labours & Military Personnel should be easily transported in a form which is an Integral Assembly, does not require a great deal of space, and which is not unduly heavy. At the same time, these devices should be sturdy even in severe weather and terrain conditions. Also, the requirement of carrying three devices i.e., heating system, cooking stove and water boiling unit separately would be difficult for users.
[0010] By addressing all the above-mentioned problems, there is a need for a multi-purpose 3-in-one heating system with continuous burning stove which can be used for providing heat to the interior area, cooking of food, and boiling of water by using excess waste energy from the said system. There is also need for a multi-purpose heating system that is fast and easy to setup. There is also a need for a multi-purpose heating system which is sturdy even in severe weather and terrain conditions. There is also a need for a 3-IN-ONE MULTI-PURPOSE HEATING SYSTEM which performs multiple activities with inbuilt fuel system. There is also need for a 3-in-one multi-purpose heating system which is enclosed with heat resistant material. There is a need for 3-in-one heating system which will operate for extended time without refuelling.
Objectives of the invention:
[0011] The primary objective of the invention is to provide a MULTI-PURPOSE 3-IN-ONE HEATING SYSTEM, which also serves as a continuous burning stove intended for cooking food, boiling water, and providing heat to the interior area of snow tents, cottages, prefab shelters, houses etc. using heat energy.
[0012] Another objective of the invention is to provide a MULTI-PURPOSE 3-IN-ONE HEATING SYSTEM that is light weight and handy for carrying with the help of handles.
[0013] Yet another objective of the invention is to provide a MULTI-PURPOSE 3-IN-ONE HEATING SYSTEM with a maximum hot input air supply which is used for heating space, cooking food on its surface and boiling water using excess waste heat energy.
