Abstract: [Problem] To provide: a plasma treatment apparatus capable of uniformly and reliably performing plasma treatment on the outer peripheral surface of an inner layer; a multilayer tubular molded body having excellent adhesion between the inner layer and an outer layer due to the plasma treatment of the outer peripheral surface of the inner layer using the plasma treatment apparatus; and a method for manufacturing the multilayer tubular molded product. [Solution] The plasma treatment apparatus (100) has: a cylindrical dielectric (200) including an inner cavity part (210); a coil-shaped internal electrode (300) disposed on the inner peripheral surface side of the dielectric (200) and wound along the axial direction; an external electrode (400) that is disposed on the outer peripheral surface side of the dielectric (200) and applies an AC voltage between the dielectric (200) and the internal electrode (300); and a gas supply part (500) that supplies the inner cavity part (210) with a gas for generating plasma by applying the AC voltage.
