For girls it becomes more cumbersome to use the common bathroom. Usually common bathrooms in a community-oriented lodgings, doesn’t have soap dispensers, tissue papers and hooks for hanging clothes. Sometimes even there is no clean mug. User are expected to share bathrooms or stand in waiting queue. Users of these bathrooms take bath once in many days to avoid chaos of using common bathrooms. This puts a threat on health and hygiene of users.
There have been many efforts to address this issue, however, no effective solution has been provided for bathrooms and/or washrooms in community-oriented lodgings.
Apparatus for Tool bucket organizer are disclosed in US Pat. No. US8127965B1. The apparatus of Tool bucket organizer provides holes in two upper discs to hold hand tools such as screwdrivers, pliers, wrenches, hammers, utility knifes enabling a user to quickly find a desired hand tool.
Further, US Pub. No. US4896452A describe Improvements in the use of solar cell panels providing power for aerators used in water containing live bait held in bait buckets or containers with battery being rechargeable and also rechargeable from energy provided by the solar cell panel array.
There are many bucket organizers, however no prior art solves the problem of users of common bathrooms in community-oriented lodgings such as hostels who face everyday morning struggles such as hygiene issues, toppling of bucket, carrying toiletries and seat to sit. Also, use of electric immersion rod can cause accidents and damage.

As shown in Fig. 1, the multipurpose bucket (100) of the present invention mainly comprises a bucket (1), a seater cum storage structure (2) and a solar heating device (3).
The bucket (1) is an ordinary bucket with an open top and closed bottom (12). The bucket may be with a lid or without a lid. The bottom (12) rests on the ground surface or any other platform to put the bucket (1). The bottom (12) is shaped in a way to maintain the centre of gravity to prevent the bucket from topple down. The shape of the bucket (1) is such that the upper part of a frustum (25) of a seater cum storage structure (2) detachably fits with the lower part of the bucket (1) through a push button (27). Fig. 1 also shows a handle (16) connected to a rim (17) of the bucket (1) by screw(s) (18) to lift the bucket (1) or multipurpose bucket (100).
The seater cum storage structure (2) comprises a seat base (21), side walls or frustum (22) in various geometrical shapes, and a baffle plate (23) with a rubber rim (24). The upper part of frustum (25) is corresponding to the lower part of the bucket (1) in shape and size. The seat base (21) is fitted at or inside the lower part of frustum (26) at a desired depth. The upper part of the frustum (25) is detachably coupled to outer surface of the lower part of the bucket (1) through a push button (27) fixed on the upper part of the frustum (25). The push button (27) is a spring-loaded button mechanism. The baffle plate (23) is placed inside the frustrum (22) to provide a storage space (28). The edge of the baffle plate (23) is devised with a rubber rim (24) to keep the baffle plate (23) stable at a desired location/depth inside the frustum (22). The baffle plate (23) can be a uniform sheet of a light material or it can have vents on its surface. The vents allow the air and gas to transmit but do not allow the components to come out which are placed in the storage space.
The water in the bucket is heated by using a solar heating device (3), which is capable of being installed with or removed from the bucket (1) or multipurpose bucket (100) as and when desired. The solar heating device (3) comprises solar device (35a) and metal immersion rod (35b).
In an alternative embodiment, as shown in Fig. 2, the bucket (1) has a space between the bottom (12) of the bucket (1) and the ground surface or any other platform to put the bucket (1). The boundary wall of the space is being referred as bucket base (11). The bucket base (11) has a hole (19). The shape of the bucket base (11) is such that the upper part of a frustum (25) of a seater cum storage structure (2) detachably fits in the hole (19) at the bucket base (11) from the outer surface of the bucket base (19) through a push button (27).
The solar heating device (3) is solar power operated device with rechargeable batteries (31) to heat the water in the bucket (1). The solar device (35a) comprises one or more solar plate (32) to collect solar energy from the Sun. The one or more solar plate (32) is placed on to a carbon-material plate (33). The carbon-material plate (33) has wires inside and connected to the solar plate (32) with wires passing through wiring holes (34) on the carbon-material plate (33). The metal immersion rod (35b) is connected to the solar device (35) through the carbon-material plate (33), thereby enabling heating of water in the bucket (1). The metal immersion rod (35b) is preferably made up of steel.
A handle (36) is connected to the carbon-material plate (33) for easy handling, i.e., ease of insertion and removal of solar heating device (3).
The carbon-material plate (33) is devised with a rubber rim (37) at the edge such that it fits inside the bucket (1) in a manner to hold solar heating device (3) in accurate position to allow the water in the bucket to heat. The carbon-material plate (33) comprises one or more rechargeable battery (31) and LED bulb (38) connected to a switch (39) to indicate working status of the device (3). The rechargeable battery (31) is mounted at the bottom of carbon-material plate (33) and connected to the solar plate (32) through wires.
The seater cum storage structure (2) is detached from the bucket by pressing the push button (27). The detached seater cum storage structure (2) is placed inverted and the seat base (21) is used as a seat to sit, wherein the frustum (22) keeps holding the items placed inside the storage space (28) due to presence of the baffle plate (23).
Fig. 2 shows the multipurpose bucket (100) in assembled form. The seat cum storage structure (2) is detachably attached with the bucket (1) through push button (27). The solar heating device (3) is placed on the top of the bucket (1) to heat the water contained in the bucket (1).
In an embodiment of the present invention, the bucket (1) is detached from the seater cum storage structure (2) by pressing push button (27), removes baffle plate and take the items in the storage space out, as and when desired.
In an example of the present invention, the user sits on the seat on the inverted seater cum storage structure (2), i.e., the seat base (21). The user takes bath, and thereafter flip the inverted seater cum storage structure (2) to put the seat base (21) down, and removes the baffle plate in order to take out the items kept in the storage space (28).
The baffle plate (23) is easily removed with finger and act as supporting structure for items stored inside the storage space (28). The solar heating device (3) is placed on top of the bucket for water heating. When the switch (39) of the solar heating device (3) is on, LED bulb emits bright colour to indicate “ON” status of the device.
Solar energy is captured on the one or more solar plate (32). The solar plate (32) converts solar energy into heat energy. The heat is transferred to water in the bucket through the immersion rods (35b). The excessive solar energy is stored in the rechargeable batteries (31) so that the solar heating device (3) can work in the absence of Sun.
The present invention also provides a method to make a multipurpose bucket (100) of the present invention. The method comprises:
(a) selecting a bucket (1) of desired capacity with an open top and closed bottom (12),
