"Multipurpose Kitchen Apparatus"

Abstract: A multipurpose kitchen apparatus (1) comprises an electronic control unit (2) provided at one corner of outer casing (3) of the apparatus such that to control functioning of the apparatus. An inlet port (4) to allow the entry of the water into a water filter (5) is provided to filter the water. A water container (6) to store the filtered water. A sensor (7) is provided in the water container to sense level of water contained therein. A water flow control unit (8) is provided to supply water to nozzles (9). Multiple water containers (10) are connected to water flow control unit (8) to receive water and supply the same as and when required. A heater (11) is provided to heat water and supply the same to nozzles (9) (12) provided to supply water for cleaning purposes. Mechanical linkage (13) is provided to connect a motor to control the linkage (13) provided to connect to the nozzle. A soap dispenser is provided to dispense soap to the nozzles. A drainage pump is provided to drain out the water from the apparatus.

Specification

FIELD OF THE INVENTION
This invention relates to a multipurpose kitchen apparatus. Particularly this invention relates to an apparatus for use in the kitchen for washing dishes, fruits and vegetables and provides filtered water.
STATE OF THE ART IN THE FIELD
Now a day multiple appliances like dishwasher, vegetable washer, and water purifier are used. All these appliances have two things in common i.e. water inlet and water outlet. All of these appliances require space in the kitchen and are handled separately.
There are disadvantages associated with the conventional apparatuses. One of the disadvantages associated with the dishwasher is that it can only be placed under the slab and most kitchens don’t have that much space.
Another disadvantage associated with the conventional dishwasher is that the rack design is complicated and fragile.
Yet another disadvantage associated with the conventional dishwasher is that it is unable to remove greasy stains, spices and oils spots present on the dishes.
Still another disadvantage associated with the conventional dishwasher is that the soaps used are highly expensive and toxic in nature.
A further disadvantage associated with the conventional dishwasher is that the customers can not select the soap of their choices.
Another disadvantage associated with the conventional dishwasher is that these are highly expensive and can be afforded by common public.
Yet another disadvantage associated with the conventional dishwasher is that washing the dishes then drying the dishes and placing the dishes back in the storage rack is a very tedious task.
OBJECTS OF THE INVENTION
Therefore an object of the present invention is to provide a multipurpose apparatus which obviates the disadvantages associated with conventional kitchen appliances.
Another object of the present invention is to provide a multipurpose apparatus which is capable to be installed in small kitchens and can be wall mounted as well.
Yet another object of the present invention is to provide a multipurpose apparatus which is capable to custom designing and fabrication thus helping in reducing the cost.
Still another object of the present invention is to provide a multipurpose apparatus which is capable to be used as a fixed rack design which would be more reliable, sturdy and easy to use and the users don’t have to bend down to load the dishes.
A further object of the present invention is to provide a multipurpose apparatus which is capable of using high temperature steaming solution which would help us in melting the greasy stains on the dishes.
Another object of the present invention is to provide a multipurpose apparatus which is capable of storing the dishes in itself.
Yet another object of the present invention is to provide a multipurpose apparatus which provides a separate container for liquid soap (the liquid soap can be homemade or any available liquid soap available in the market).
Still another object of the present invention is to provide a multipurpose apparatus capable to provide all water-related need like (Washing the dishes, washing vegetables and fruits and proving RO+UV filtered drinking water).
A further object of the present invention is to provide a multipurpose apparatus wherein waste water received from RO / water filter can be used for washing dishes and vegetables.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
According to this invention, there is provided a multipurpose kitchen apparatus comprising an electronic control unit provided at one corner of outer casing of the apparatus such that to control functioning of the apparatus, a inlet port to allow the entry of the water into a water filter being provided to filter the water, a water container to store the filtered water, a sensor being provided in the water container to sense level of water contained therein, a water flow control unit being provided to supply water to nozzles, multiple water containers being connected to water flow control unit to receive water and supply the same as and when required, a heater bring provided to heat water and supply the same to nozzles provided to supply water for cleaning purposes, mechanical linkage being provided to connect a motor to control the linkage provided to connect to the nozzle, a soap dispenser being provided to dispense soap to the nozzles, a drainage pump being provided to drain out the water from the appratus.
BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
A multipurpose kitchen apparatus, according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention is herein described in the following description and illustrated in the accompanying drawings, wherein:
Figure 1, illustrates the componets of the appratus,
Figure 2, illustrates the plan view of the appratus,
Figure 3, illustrates the full apparatus, and
Figure 4, illustrates the side view of one of the mechanical linkage.
DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
A multipurpose kitchen apparatus is herein described with numerous specific details so as to provide a complete understanding of the invention. However, these specific details are exemplary details and should not be treated as the limitation to the scope of the invention. Throughout this specification the word “comprise” or variations such as “comprises or comprising”, will be understood to imply the inclusions of a stated element, integer or step, or group of elements, integers or steps, but not the exclusions of any other element, integer or step or group of elements, integers or steps.
Referring to the figure 1, the apparatus (1) comprises an electronic control unit (2), the electronic control unit comprises LCD panel / LED panel, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and multiple microprocessors and microcontrollers so as to control the functioning of the apparatus. Th electronic control unit (2) is provided at one corner of outer casing (3) of the apparatus such that to control functioning of the apparatus. An inlet port (4) allows the entry of the water into a water filter (5) being provided to filter the water, the water filter (5) comprises reverse osmosis (RO), ultraviolet (UV), charcoal / carbon filter and other filters so as to filter water. The residue water form the filteration process is then supplied to another water containers (10) via a water flow control unit (8). A water container (6) is used to store the filtered water and water outlet (14) is provided on water container (6) to dispenses the filtered water. A sensor (7) is provided in the water container to sense the water lever in the container (6). The water flow control unit (8) being provided to supply water to nozzles (9) (12). The water flow control unit (8) comprises solenoids valves, one or more DC/AC pumps used. (e.g. 12V DC wiper motor pumps, etc) and other water control methods used to control the water supply to the nozzles (9) (12) as and when required. Multiple water containers (10) being connected to water flow control unit (8) to receive water and supply the same as and when required and multiple water container (10) have multiple sensors (15) to sense the water lever in the container (10). A heater (11) bring provided to heat water and supply the same to nozzles (9) (12) provided to supply water for cleaning purposes. A mechanical linkage (13) being provided to connect a motor to control the linkage (13) provided to connect to the nozzle (9) (12). The nozzle (9) (12) are capable to rotate at 360° to clean the dishwasher. A soap dispenser being provided to dispense soap to the nozzles. A drainage pump being provided to drain out the water from the appratus.
During the vegetable cleaning process, the nozzle (9) receives the water from the water flow control unit (8), a steamer (16) is attached to the water supply pipe to heat the water which is passed through the water control unit (8) to the nozzle (9). The nozzle (9) is used to spray temperature-controlled water/steam to clean fruits and vegetables.
During the utensils cleaning process, the water present in the water container (10) is passed through a water flow control unit (8) with the help of a water pump (17), a water heater / steamer (11) is present in the pipe to heat / steam the water. The water is connected to multiple nozzle rows comprises of multiple nozzles (12) adapted to be rotated on its access via mechanical linkage or any rotating mechanicism (13) provided on top and bottom of the apparatus to spray water on uncleaned utensils, the mechanical linkage (13) is a slider crank mechanism and the slider crank mechanism is connected to one single motor to move the mechanism. The rotating nozzles are independent of each other and can rotate at 360 degree, the user can specify the sector/section in the dishwashing area. Once the initial cleaning of the utensils is done the water passes through the filters (18) eg. stainless mesh, plastic mesh or any other material which is supplied to the water cleaning water flow control unit to recycle the water. Now the soap, soap could be in the solid-state, liquid sate and semi-solid state, is transferred from the soap container (not shown in fig) with the help of the pump in the main washing cycle. The washing cycle in the dishwasher continues for a defined period of time with the soap added. After the cleaning with the soapy water, freshwater with or without heating with the help of the heater is supplied to the dishwasher to clean the utensils again to remove any stains in the utensils and to sterilize the dish. A drainage pump (not shown in fig) is provided to drain water out of the device as and when required.
The multipurpose apparatus has a water inlet port, a water outlet port, and power socket. Racks are designed in such a way that all types of Utensils like Kadhai, cooker etc. can be accommodated in it. The racks can also be used as a storage unit for its user-friendly design (No need to take out dishes and dry them).
The multipurpose apparatus has provisions to make use of soap of the user’s choice including homemade soap and thus avoid the use of expensive soaps.
In one embodiment, the multipurpose apparatus can be connected via WIFI and Bluetooth to perform sector specific cleaning and therefore only dirty dishes placed in a particular sector can be washed. This features enables the consumer to monitor the device wirelessly and switch the device on / off. A pressurized rotating nozzle spray system is used to clean every corner of the machine. The user can also detect how much dirty the dishes are cleaned and can automatically stop once dishes are cleaned.
Certain features of the invention have been described with reference to the exemplary embodiments. However, the description is not intended to be construed in a limiting sense. Various modifications of the exemplary embodiments as well as other embodiments of the invention, which are apparent to the persons skilled in the art to which the invention pertains, are deemed to lie within the spirit and scope of the invention.

We Claim:

1. A multipurpose kitchen apparatus (1) comprising an electronic control unit (2) provided at one corner of outer casing (3) of the apparatus such that to control functioning of the apparatus, a inlet port (4) to allow the entry of the water into a water filter (5) being provided to filter the water, a water container (6) to store the filtered water, a sensor (7) being provided in the water container to sense level of water contained therein, a water flow control unit (8) being provided to supply water to nozzles (9), multiple water containers (10) being connected to water flow control unit (8) to receive water and supply the same as and when required, a heater (11) bring provided to heat water and supply the same to nozzles (9) (12) provided to supply water for cleaning purposes, mechanical linkage (13) being provided to connect a motor to control the linkage (13) provided to connect to the nozzle, a soap dispenser being provided to dispense soap to the nozzles, a drainage pump being provided to drain out the water from the apparatus.
2. The multipurpose kitchen apparatus as claimed in claim 1 , wherein the electronic control unit (2) comprises LCD panel / LED panel, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and multiple microprocessors and microcontrollers so as to control the functioning of the apparatus.
3. The multipurpose kitchen apparatus as claimed in claim 1, wherein the water filter (5) comprises reverse osmosis (RO), ultraviolet (UV), charcoal / carbon filter and other filters so as to filter water.
4. The multipurpose kitchen apparatus as claimed in claim 1, wherein a water outlet (14) being provided to dispense filtered water.
5. The multipurpose kitchen apparatus as claimed in claim 1, wherein nozzles (9) and (12) are connected to the mechanical linkages (13) and the heater (11) so as to supply hot water as and when required.
6. The multipurpose kitchen apparatus as claimed in claim 1, wherein the water flow control unit (8) comprises solenoids valves used to control the water supply as and when required.
7. The multipurpose kitchen apparatus as claimed in claim 1, wherein the nozzles (9) (12) are capable of rotating at 360°.
8. The multipurpose kitchen apparatus as claimed in claim 1, wherein the mechanical linkage (13) comprise a slider crank mechanism or any or rotating mechanism.
9. The multipurpose kitchen apparatus as claimed in claim 1, wherein the mechanical linkage (13) being connected to multiple nozzle row comprising multiple nozzles.
