Abstract: A multipurpose platform for buyer, sellers and other stakeholders comprises a multipurpose block (1). Adapted to be coupled with at least one or more network servers (3) is provided on a cloud computing environment (4). The multipurpose block (1) having a seller section (5). A buyer section (6) and other stakeholders section (7) is provided such that to be accessed online using a communication device (8), directly, in order to provide information about the product, services, and inventory and / or any other works and also to know about the information available with the multipurpose platform.

Specification

This invention relates to a multipurpose platform for buyers, sellers and other
stakeholders. Particularly this invention relates to a platform for use by the buyers,
sellers and other stakeholders for buying and selling the items and also to know
about the availability of the stock and similar other purposes.
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
Goods, for example, house hold items including grocery, cloths and electronic items
are usually sold and purchased in the shops and stores in person. Also, now a days,
people use e-commerce platforms, for example, Big Basket, Amazon, Flipkart, etc.,
for selling and purchasing the above mentioned items by enabling e-commerce
transactions to happen via online stores. These online stores are stand-alone stores
run by individual companies or via marketplaces which provides a hosting platform
for various sellers to post their products while providing services such as bringing
in traffic on the site, payment gateway services, check out carts and backend
support services such as invoicing, inventory management, shipping management
and logistics services. The purchasers or buyers visit these e-commerce platforms,
select the items and purchase it by following the steps, as directed on the ecommerce platforms, and pay money either in advance or against delivery of the
items. However, in the conventional E-Commerce system the seller and buyer do
not interact with each other, directly.
US patent no. (US7590567B2), teaches about a method of operating an online
shopping system that permits a customer to submit online orders for items and / or
services from a store that serves both walk-in customers and online customers, the
method comprising: presenting identifications of items on a web page for selection

by a customer, presenting an online display acknowledging the customer's
selection of selected items; presenting an online display of an order cutoff time and
an associated delivery window selected by the customer; presenting an online
display permitting the customer to submit a purchase order for the selected items;
receiving a submission of a purchase order for the selected items from the
customer; comparing a time of submission of the purchase order to the order cutoff
time associated with the delivery window selected by the customer; presenting an
online display accepting the customer's submission of the purchase order for the
selected items in response to the time of submission being before the order cutoff
time; thereafter, picking the selected items for delivery; thereafter, pricing the
purchase order for the selected items; thereafter, settling the purchase order for the
selected items with a credit supplier; and then, delivering the selected items to the
customer.
US patent no. (US8635113B2), teaches about a computer-implemented method for
an online store to assist customers in ordering products online via a plurality of
systems coupled together, the plurality of systems of the online store including a
customer interface system and an order fulfillment system, and the method
comprising: providing, via the customer interface system using at least one
computing device, at least two delivery windows for a customer to select, each
delivery window indicating a different duration of time for receiving delivery of order,
to assist the customer to place an order; receiving, via the customer interface
system, a customer order associated with the customer, the customer order
including a plurality of products of the online store, wherein the customer order
includes information regarding one of the provided delivery windows selected by

the customer to receive delivery of the customer order; receiving, via the customer
interface system, a modification request from the customer for the customer order,
subsequent to the online store receiving the customer order and reserving certain
capacity in view of the customer order, but prior to delivery of the customer order;
determining whether the customer order is eligible to be modified in view of the
modification request; modifying the customer order in accordance with the
modification request if the determining determines that the customer order is
permitted to be modified, but denying modification of the customer order if the
determining determines that the customer order is not permitted to be modified;
fulfilling the customer order or the modified customer order via the order fulfillment
system using at least one computing device; and arranging for delivery of the
fulfilled customer order.
PCT patent application published under no. WO2006049718A2A, teaches about an
on-line shopping system for connecting shoppers with a plurality of member stores
wherein each such member store has a physical location at which shoppers can
purchase and take away products and / or arrange for services, a computerized
inventory accounting system in which inventory data of products and / or services
is maintained in an inventory database, and business data including the address of
at least one physical location comprising; a searchable database that is accessible
to shoppers via the Internet into which said business data of each said member
store has been entered and is stored; an internet link between the inventory
database of the computerized inventory accounting system of each member store
and said searchable database whereby inventory data from the inventory database
of said member stores are entered int and stored in said searchable database;

means linking the inventory data of each said member store in said searchable
database with that member store's business information in said database.
Indian patent application no. (3600/CHE/2015), teaches about a system for ecommerce management for omni-channel retailers, the system comprising: an
inventory management module; an order management module, wherein the order
management module is configured to track orders and fulfillment across all retail
channels; and one or more processing modules configured for dynamic pricing
management, competitor monitoring, dynamic stock re-ordering and reporting.
Indian patent application no. 201841012902, teaches about a multi-layered and
multi-faced e-commerce solutions with micro stores and service desk / asset
management application to manage and service assets linked to marketplace
platform. The invention pertains to a new multi-tiered online market place structure,
which allows replication of offline sales and distribution networks and structures
online. The marketplace allows end to end visibility across the product supply chain
including manufacturers, their salesmen and distributors, social media tools to allow
for interactions across the network spectrum, curation, organization and
management on a user's online activity, transactional tools such as e-tenders, order
to shipping management, payment, escrow services and analytics.
In the US patent no. US7124098B2, a method of providing customer service by one
or more customer service representatives for an online shopping system that
permits a customer to submit online orders from a store that serves both walk-in
customers and online customers, the method comprising: placing an order for an
item or service; presenting in a computer connectable to an internet, an online

display permitting a customer to submit one or more online service requests relating
to changes to a previously submitted online order or chances to customer
information; receiving via the internet, the online service requests; prior to an online
service request being serviced by any customer service representative, assigning
by a computer, the online service requests relating to changes to online orders
previously submitted by customers to first service tickets, only one of the first
service tickets being maintained for each online order previously submitted by a
customer; prior to an online service request being serviced by any customer service
representative, assigning by a computer, the online service requests relating to
changes to customer information to other service tickets, only one of the other
service tickets being maintained for each customer; thereafter, presenting via a
computer in response to an input from a customer service representative, a display
of the first service tickets and the other service tickets; selecting by the customer
service representative via a computer, one of the first service tickets and the other
service tickets, which requires a change; and thereafter, assigning by the customer
service representative via a computer, a service actions to the one of the first
service tickets and the other service tickets, all of the online service requests
requiring changes being serviced by one or more customer service representatives
and only customer service representatives have a capability of working with said
first service tickets and said other service tickets, thereby providing a high level of
integrity of data being presented.
Taiwan patent no. TW519595B discloses an integration method and transaction
platform for transaction model of e-commerce using establishment of buyer / seller
transaction market and transaction mechanism of tender announcement / bidding

can integrate B2B, B2C, C2B and C2C transaction models on the same transaction
platform and can proceed one-to-many or many-to-many compound transaction.
The method at least contains the following procedures: classify request initiation,
integrate transaction data, build up transaction market, set up transaction items, set
up transaction mechanism, set up transaction principles, set up transaction client
number and set up deal price principle and so on. The transaction platform after
integration allows buyer and seller to select favorable transaction model in terms of
actual market supply and demand condition to achieve completely free competitive
market economics, making original transaction / supply chain more simplified and
transaction information more open and fair to enhance its transaction efficiency and
further lower its transaction cost.
The US patent no. US7865413B2, discloses a method for processing transactions
between buying companies and selling companies by a third party using a central
database accessible via a communications network, the method comprising:
receiving, at one or more computer systems of the third party that communicate
with the central database, one or more purchase orders associated with at least
one buying company; storing, in the central database using the one or more
computer systems of the third party, information representing one or more purchase
order line items of the one or more purchase orders; receiving, at the one or more
computer systems of the third party that communicate with the central database,
one or more invoices associated with at least one selling company; storing, in the
central database using the one or more computer systems of the third party,
information representing one or more invoice line items of the one or more invoices;
matching, with one or more processors associated with the one or more computer

systems of the third party, one or more line items in preselected purchase order line
items associated with the at least one buying company with one or more line items
in preselected invoice line items associated with the at least one selling company
to determine one or more matching line items; generating, with the one or more
processors associated with the one or more computer systems of the third party,
information providing for the remittance of an amount due to the at least one selling
company from the at least one buying company based on the one or more matching
line items according to predetermined criteria related to the one or more matching
line items; issuing, with the one or more processors associated with the one or more
computer systems of the third party, a payment automatically to the at least one
selling company based on the information providing for remittance of an amount
due to the at least one selling company from the at least one buying company; and
forwarding, using the one or more computer systems of the third party, information
notifying the at least one buying company of the automatic payment.
There are disadvantages associated with the conventional systems and the
platforms and the processes disclosed in the above patent literature. One of the
disadvantages is that different / separate platforms are used for different purpose,
for example, sale, purchase, billing and account.
Another disadvantage associated with the conventional systems is that
conventional platform / system does not allow user to act as a seller and buyer with
a same log-in i.e., if a customer logs-in as a buyer in any of the above platforms,
the customer can only buy and will not be able to sell and if a customer is registered
as a seller, then he/she has to log-in as a seller and then post the items/goods on

the platform that is intended to be sold. Therefore, at least two different processes
has to be followed by by a customer while performing selling and buying.
Yet another disadvantage associated with the conventional systems is that
conventional platform / system does not allow interaction between the seller and
buyer.
Still another disadvantage associated with the conventional systems is that
conventional platform / system does not show the availability of the stock or
inventory.
A further disadvantage associated with the conventional systems is that the
conventional platform / systems are required to be integrated with various other
systems to perform various jobs, for example, sale, purchase, billing, and
accounting.
Another disadvantage associated with the conventional systems is that
conventional platform / system has single server connectivity or one channel is used
to connect the buyer to the platform and information about buyer’s produce and
other related information do not pass to the seller.
Yet another disadvantage associated with the conventional systems is that same
systems / platform is not capable for use for products and services.
Still another disadvantage associated with the conventional systems is that
conventional systems are not capable to connect delivery channel partners
therewith and thus causes delay and inconvenience.

Therefore, there is need to invent a system/platform, which is capable of executing
multiple processes/jobs in the same system / platform so as to cater different
requirements of different users at different places on a real time basis.
OBJECTS OF THE INVENTION
Therefore, an object of the present invention is to provide a multipurpose platform
for buyers, sellers and other stakeholders which obviates the disadvantages
associated with the prior art.
Another object of the present invention is to provide a multipurpose platform for
buyers, sellers and other stakeholders capable to handle entire e-commerce
functions, for example, online, offline, offline to online, online to offline, B2B
(business to business), B2C (business to client), auction, bidding, tendering, B2G
(business to government), etc.
Yet another object of the present invention is to provide a multipurpose platform
capable to be linked with the server using, for example, multimerger APIs
(application programmable interface) or bridge platform at the back-end.
Still another object of the present invention is to provide a multipurpose platform
having detailed information about the product identification.
A further object of the present invention is to provide a multipurpose platform
capable of providing information to the client on any types of products like, food
products, fruits & vegetables, grains, FMCG products, garments, cosmetic, herbal,
jewelry, electronic items, and any other types of products.

Another object of the present invention is to provide a multipurpose platform
capable to provide real time category wise inventory of the stock available in the
store, batch wise product availability, location of the store, distance of the store from
the purchaser, inventory information to the client.
Yet another object of the present invention is to provide a multipurpose platform
capable to help the client to take right decision to purchase the best quality and
required quantity of products at the right price.
Still another object of the present invention is to provide a multipurpose platform
capable to provide information about old and used products and also services
based on the info provided by the seller.
A further object of the present invention is to provide a multipurpose platform
capable to facilitate bidding, tendering, auction and buying facilities by the user.
Another object of the present invention is to provide a multipurpose platform for
buyer, sellers and other stakeholders which is capable to help delivery channel
partners to plan their activities as per their convenience.
Yet another object of the present invention is to provide a multipurpose platform for
buyer, sellers and other stakeholders which is capable to perform buying, selling,
billing and other similar functions, simultaneously.
Still another object of the present invention is to provide a multipurpose platform for
buyers, sellers and other stakeholders which is capable to take order through text,
audio and video inputs.

A further object of the present invention is to provide a multipurpose platform for
buyers, sellers and other stakeholders which is capable to connects the multiple
stores in one place.
Another object of the present invention is to provide a multipurpose platform for
buyers, sellers and other stakeholders which is capable to provide visibility of the
multiple stores for a single products and multiple products in a single store.
Yet another object of the present invention is to provide a multipurpose platform for
buyers, sellers and other stakeholders which is capable to search a product as per
their nearest store or location and to search the location of available products.
Still another object of the present invention is to provide a multipurpose platform
capable to provide the information as per the client demand, if the client wants to
order in small quantity, the system can connect the client with their nearest store
and if the client wants to order in large quantity, the system can connect the client
directly with the manufacturers and distributors
A further object of the present invention is to provide a multipurpose platform
capable of connecting the client to two or more stores for a single product as per
the availability, price comparison and distance.
Another object of the present invention is to provide a multipurpose platform
capable to provide facility of cart comparison, batch number information and facility
of placing order across stores.
Yet another object of the present invention is to provide a multipurpose platform for
buyers, sellers and other stakeholders which is capable to include even delivery

channel partners so that the delivery partners receive transaction information in
real-time and thus enabling the items / goods to be delivered by decreasing the time
expended in seller informing the delivery partners after receiving the sale orders
from the buyers.
STATEMENT OF THE INVENTION
According to this invention there is provided a multipurpose platform for buyers,
sellers and other stakeholders comprising a novel technology using a multipurpose
block (1), adapted to be connected with at least two or more network servers (3)
being provided on a cloud computing environment (4), the multipurpose block (1)
having a seller section (5), a buyer section (6) and other stakeholders section (7),
being provided such that to be accessed online using a communication device (8),
directly, in order to provide information about the product, services and / or any
other works and also to know about the information available with the multipurpose
platform.
Further, according to this invention there is provided a process to connect buyer
with seller with a unique feature of stock visibility to the buyer comprising accessing
a multipurpose technology platform by an online user using a computer (8) and / or
smart mobile phone (9), entering his / her personal and business information, tax
information, location, source, facility available with him / her, entering information
about products (new and old) available for sale, price, source, discounts and
promotion schemes for the sale, listing price options, conducting searches for
available stores and products available in a store, selecting goods to be purchased,
searching to trace origin, quality and authenticity of the products and selecting
products to be purchased, selecting price and entering address for delivery of

purchased products, generating bill automatically having total amount to be paid,
selecting option of payment, returning goods in case defective goods, generating
order of return and delivering fresh goods at the same address.

preferred embodiment of the present invention, is herein described and illustrated

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
A multipurpose platform for buyer, sellers and other stakeholders, is herein
described with numerous specific details so as to provide a complete understanding
of the invention. However these specific details are exemplary details and should
not be treated as the limitation to the scope of the invention. Throughout this
specification the word “comprise” or variations such as “comprises or comprising”,
will be understood to imply the inclusions of a stated element, integer or step, or

group of elements, integers or steps, but not the exclusions of any other element,
integer or step or group of elements, integers or steps.
Referring to the drawings, figure 1, block diagram of a multipurpose platform for
buyers, sellers and other stakeholders is shown. The multipurpose platform
according a preferred embodiment of this invention comprises a novel technology
based multipurpose block (1), adapted to connected with at least one or a plurality
of network servers (2) and (3), respectively in communication therewith. The
servers (2) and (3) are provided / running on a cloud computing environment (4).
The multipurpose block (1) comprises a seller section (5), a buyer section (6) and
a other stakeholders section (7). The novel technology based multipurpose block
(1) and / or servers (2) and (3) are accessible online using a communication device,
for example, a computer (8) and / or a smart phone (9), directly or through API
(application programmable interface), in order to provide information about the
product, services and / or any other relevant information. The multipurpose block
(1) is also accessible to obtain the information about the product, services and / or
any other relevant works by the sellers, buyers and other stakeholders as and when
required for selling the product / services, buying the products / services and / or to
comply with the requirements of the other works. The novel technology based
multipurpose block (1) is connected with multiple network servers (2) and (3) and
act as a virtual multipurpose system, for use by the consumer / users (seller, buyer
and / or other stakeholders), to sell the goods / items and / or services, purchase
the goods / items and / or services and by other stakeholders for different purposes,
for example, delivery of the items / goods, preparation of the bills, management of
the accounts, procure information about the farmer, seller, buyer, stock, account,

etc. The multipurpose system is also useful even to trace the origin of the product
and quality of the product, for example, whether an agricultural produce is grown
using organic or inorganic processes.
Referring to figure (2), the seller section (5) comprises a column (10) to include
complete information about the seller, business, tax, location, facility available with
the seller. The seller section (5) also comprises a column (11) to include complete
information about stores present in an area, products (old / new products) available
in the stores, catalog management, inventory registration, discount and promotion
schemes, confirmation of order, delivery, billing and accounting reports. Further, a
column (12) is provided within the seller section (5) to include complete information
about price (fix price and price settled by auction or tender). The information
depicted in columns 10, 11, and 12 are stored in a database and the database is
updated at regular intervals of time or when a new information is available or the
existing information is modified. Though, the information representation is referred
to as columns 10, 11, and 12 here for convenience, in an actual implementation
these columns refer to searchable and modifiable databases and these database
can be queried using techniques such as SQL database query language. The seller
section (5) facilitates the sellers to register their products on the multipurpose
platform and also inform the public / purchasers about availability of stores in a
defined area, product available in the stores, discounts and promotion schemes
available with the sellers.
Referring to figure (3), the buyer section (6) comprises a column (13) to contain
information about the buyer and his / her location. The buyer section (6) also
comprises a column (14) to contain info about searching facility, location wise, store

wise, and products wise. Further, the buyer section (6) comprises a column (15) to
include information about products, selection of the products, selection of the price,
fix price or tender to negotiate price and book order to purchase particular products.
A column (16) is provided within the buyer section (6) to contain information about
the bill amount and payment either made in advance or opt to pay cash on delivery
of the purchased products. The information depicted in columns 13, 14, 15, and 16
are stored in a database and the database is updated at regular intervals of time or
when a new information is available or the existing information is modified. Though,
the information representation is referred to as columns 13, 14, 15, and 16 here for
convenience, in an actual implementation these columns refer to searchable and
modifiable databases and these database can be queried using techniques such
as SQL database query language.
According to an embodiment, the multipurpose platform is capable to take order
through text, audio and video inputs. Also, the multipurpose platform is adapted to
be used for any types of auction, bidding, tendering and online market place
platform. Also, the multipurpose platform is capable to connect and make visible
multiple stores at one place, multiple products in a store and allow a person to
search for required products as per their nearest store and vice versa. The
multipurpose platform thus provide the information as per the client demand. If the
user wants to book order for small quantity then the multipurpose platform connects
the user to the nearest store and if the user wants to book order for large quantity
then the multipurpose platform connects the user directly to the manufacturer or a
distributor. Also, the multipurpose platform connects the user with two or more store
for a single product as per the availability, provides analytics such as price

comparison and distance from the location of the user. In one embodiment, the
multipurpose platform connects the manufacturer / factory to a consumer and a
consumer to the manufacturer / factory.
Referring to figure (4A), the other stakeholder section (7), for example, delivery
agency, comprises a column (17) to include information about the order to be
delivered along with the name of the delivery agent and address at which purchased
items are to be delivered. The other stakeholder section (7) also comprises a
column (18) to contain information about the payment (pre-paid or cash on
delivery). Also, the other stakeholder section (7) comprises a column (19) to include
information about the delivery, refusal, return of the items and / or payment
received.
Referring to figure (4B), the other stakeholder section (7), for example, Government
agency, comprises a column (20) to contain information about Information about
farmer’s data, for example, state wise data, district wise data, area wise data,
farmer wise data and also land details. The other stakeholder section (7) also
comprises a column (21) to contain information about Information about crop data,
for example, crop wise data, yield wise data and area wise data. Also, the
stakeholder section (7) comprises a column (22) to contain information about the
sale data, for example, crop wise sale data and farmer wise sale data. Similarly, the
stakeholder section (7) comprises a column (23) to contain information about farmer
wise beneficiary data. Beneficiary means the farmers who are entitled to avail
benefits from different Govt. scheme meant to help farmers. The information
depicted in columns 17 to 23 are stored in a database and the database is updated
at regular intervals of time or when a new information is available or the existing

information is modified. Though, the information representation is referred to as
columns 17 to 23 here for convenience, in an actual implementation these columns
refer to searchable and modifiable databases and these database can be queried
using techniques such as SQL database query language.
Referring to figure (5), a process flow diagram for the seller section and buyer
section is shown. According to the process of this invention, in block (i), the user /
seller accesses the novel technology based multipurpose platform / block (1) online
using the computer (8) and / or smart mobile phone (9) and enters his / her personal
and business information, tax information, location, source, facility available with
him / her. In block (ii), the seller enters information about the products (new and
old) available for sale, price of the products, source of products, discounts and
promotion schemes for the sale of the products. In block (iii), Seller lists the option
for fixed price or to negotiate the price by auction, bid or tender. The buyer, in block
(iv), accesses the technology platform and enters his / her personal and business
information, tax information, location, source, facility available with the buyer. In
block (v), the buyer searches stores available in his / her area and selects the
stores. In block (vi), the buyer makes a search about the products / services
available in that store and select the goods / services to be purchased. In block (vii),
the buyer make a search to trace origin, quality and authenticity about each product
and stock available in that store. The buyer, in block (viii), selects the products to
be purchased and select either fixed price or negotiate the price by auction, bidding
or tender and enters the address for the delivery of the purchased products in order
to confirm the purchase. The novel technology based multipurpose block / platform
(1), in block (ix), generates bill automatically having details of the items purchased,

price of each item and finally total amount to be paid by the buyer. The buyer in
block (x), select the option of payment, either in advance online or offline on the
delivery of the purchased goods at his / her residence. The buyer, in block (xi),
returns the goods, in case defective goods are delivered by the channel partner /
delivery agency. In block (xii), the multipurpose platform generates an order of
return and fresh goods are delivered at the same address of the buyer. It is thus
observed that all kinds of transactions are made on the same technology platform.
Thus, the multipurpose platform comprises a novel technology based multipurpose
block (1) having the facility to connect the buyer and seller with unique stock
visibility capability to facilitate selling, buying, order taking, auction, bidding and
trading with automatically checking the stock availability in a particular marketplace
based on certain parameters whether it is online or offline with enhanced facility of
stock visibility to the buyer for different kinds of products or services. The product
may be old or new. The technology platform also comprises information and / or
columns about the area selection, stores selection, products / items and / or
services selection, order scheduler, delivery address, payment status, intimation,
shipment movement, product receipt, return management.
Also, the platform is capable of providing source tracing facility, but the system
works equally efficiently when limited or no source tracing is provided to the end
user or participants of supply chain. Thus, the multipurpose platform allows the
seller to sale its products, purchaser to buy the required products and accountant
to generate bill and maintain account and other stakeholders on the same platform,
that is, the invented system is usable by the seller, buyer and other stakeholders.

The stakeholders are, for example, Govt. officers, bidders, traders, channel
partners. etc.
Referring to figure (6), a process flow diagram for the other agency, for example,
delivery agency is shown. The delivery agent, in block (i), visits the multipurpose
platform and receives ordered goods / items, from the concerned store, to be
delivered to the buyer at the given address. In block (ii) the delivery agency delivers

goods / items, if found defective during receiving delivery of the goods / items by
the delivery agent. In block (iv) the delivery agency enters the info about the return
of the goods / items and the multipurpose platform generates order of return. The
delivery agency, in block (v) receives the goods from the stores again and delivers
the same to the buyer at the same address.
Referring to figure (7), a process flow diagram for the other agency, for example,
Government agency. The Govt. agency, in block (i), accesses the multipurpose
platform online using the computer (8) and / or smart mobile phone (9) in order to
obtain the required information about the farmers, crops, produce and / or sale of
the produce. In block (ii), the Govt. agency obtain farmers information, state wise,
district wise, area wise, farmers wise and even land details are obtained, if required.
In block (iii), the Govt. agency obtain crop data / information, crop wise, yield wise,
area wise. The Govt. agency, in block (iv), obtain sale data / information, crop wise
and farmer wise. The Govt. agency, in block (v), the Govt. agency obtain data /

Specifically, present invention provides a suitable multipurpose platform to enhance
the buying and selling facility by connecting seller, buyer, retailer, distributor,
wholesaler, mandi and farmers. The multipurpose platform of the present invention
enables a two-way mechanism which deals with all the aspects of B2B (Business
to Business), C2B (Consumer to Business) and B2C (Business to Consumers)
scenario. It allow rescheduling and repetition of the orders by the parties. The
multipurpose platform allow the purchaser to opt auto delivery option and such a
condition the goods are delivered to the buyer / purchaser at the given address. It
is a virtual platform connecting the entire chain beginning from the producer till the
consumer at a single place.
The system, in one embodiment, also allow the buyer to become the seller and vise
versa. Thus, the same system act as a platform for the seller and buyer, as well.
The system also allow seller, buyer,and other stakeholders for its use and generate
bills and maintain account as and when required. The multipurpose system is
accessible online and even offline.
Therefore the multipurpose platform of the present invention has the following
advantages.
1. It allows taking order, sell or buy products with convenience of all the parties,
producer, service provider and consumer.
2. It is a integrated multipurpose platform and allows billing, accounting,
inventory management for B2B and B2C functions services.
3. It allows traceability of products the consumers is provided with facility to
visualize the stock to determine the availability of their desired products.
Based upon availability and requirement, the production of particular product

with linking the farmer, manufacturer, trader, distributor, dealer, retailer or
mandi on the portal along with their inventory either through billing system,
accounting system, API linking or through network bridge.
5. It includes stock entering process either form billing, accounting, app, API,
bridge or any other method and transmitted the same to a network server or
servers.
6. It is a network platform through which the buyer and seller can interact.
7. It has a transaction system with the client through the server, confirming the
product availability and passing the delivery operation.
8. It allows visibility of product on order confirmation through the unique codes
that are hierarchically encrypted. The user visualizes a person, product or
networks. The persons may be farmers, manufacturers, traders, distributors,
dealers and retailers. The products may be category, characteristics, quality,
batch number, manufacturing, expiry date, processing involved, location etc.
In network category, client can visualize the producer, manufacturer,
storage, transaction, mandi etc.

and provides the transaction invoice, thus completing the remote sales

application. This helps the producer / seller to move towards the buyers

price, production location, batch, producer, expiry or any other relevant
detail. 3 D image or virtual product image or any other technological method
to display the product are used or integrated for better presentation of

We Claim:

1. A multipurpose platform for buyer, sellers and other stakeholders comprising
a multipurpose block (1), adapted to be coupled with at least one or more
network servers (3) being provided on a cloud computing environment (4),
the multipurpose block (1) having a seller section (5), a buyer section (6) and
other stakeholders section (7), being provided such that to be accessed
online using a communication device (8), directly, in order to provide
information about the product, services, and inventory and / or any other
works and also to know about the information available with the multipurpose
platform.
2. The multipurpose platform for buyers, sellers and other stakeholders as
claimed in claim 1, wherein the multipurpose block is adapted to be
connected to a plurality of network servers.
3. The multipurpose platform for buyers, sellers and other stakeholders as
claimed in claim 1, wherein the communicating device comprises a smart
phone and / or a computer.
4. The multipurpose platform for buyers, sellers and other stakeholders as
claimed in claim 1, wherein the technology platform is accessed through an
API (application programmable interface).
5. The multipurpose platform for buyers, sellers and other stakeholders as
claimed in claim 1, wherein other works comprises, for example, bidding,

6. A process of selling, buying and other works comprising accessing a
multipurpose technology platform by an user online using computer (8) and
/ or smart mobile phone (9), entering his / her personal and business
