DESC:[001] The present subject matter relates to a multitoned sound generator in electric vehicle and method of manufacturing thereof.
[002] Sound generated by the electric vehicles during driving is very less and this can cause for accident as public not aware vehicle presence in their surroundings. Some vehicles having noise generator, but this is too irritants to the people.
[003] Hence there is a need of pleasant sound system to alert the surrounding people and object about passing of electric vehicle.
[004] The present subject matter solves the aforementioned and other problems by providing a pleasant sound system for electric vehicle is having its intensity changes with vehicle speed and gives control to the driver for ON/OFF.
[005] In one embodiment, the present subject matter discloses a multitoned sound generator in electric vehicle comprising vehicle management unit of electric vehicle takes vehicle speed input and synchronize this with intensity of generated sound. Driver has option to make it ON/OFF and avoid limitation of existing system of irritant sound and having no ON/OFF control to the driver.
[006] The multitoned sound generator in electric vehicle provides a pleasant sound system for electric vehicle is having its intensity changes with vehicle speed and gives control to the driver for ON/OFF. In other words, the multitoned sound generator in electric vehicle is having a melodious multitoned sound system with ON/OFF control feature to the driver, wherein sound intensity changes with respect to vehicle speed.
[007] The vehicle management unit of electric vehicle takes vehicle speed input and synchronize this with intensity of generated sound. Driver has option to make it ON/OFF and avoid limitation of existing system of irritant sound and having no ON/OFF control to the driver.
[008] The system of present invention provides a melodious sound system having ON/OFF control feature to the driver, wherein sound intensity changes with respect to vehicle speed. Further it has multitoned sound system.
[009] The advantages of present invention are intensity control to give better alert with having ON/OFF control to save vehicle power and having melodious & pleasant sound alarming system.

3) The multitoned sound generator in electric vehicle as claimed in Claim 1, wherein said system provides a melodious multitoned sound system having ON/OFF control feature to the driver, wherein sound intensity changes with respect to vehicle speed.
