Abstract:
FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention is a three-wheeled vehicle with a music system assembly which is water-proof and minimizes theft due to the difficulty of access to strangers.
BACKGROUND
Music system of three-wheeled vehicles which is assembled in dashboard or windshield top side is neither secured from theft nor is it waterproof. Also, the present location of the music system does not allow easy access to the switch cluster and USB holder while driving.
DISCUSSION OF THE PRIOR ART
US2006061457A1 titled “In-Vehicle Rear Seat Entertainment System” describes an in-vehicle entertainment system. The system is placed on the ceiling of the vehicle and due to its placement faces the rear seat. To receive left and right screen, housing is received, and in the middle, a switcher is placed. Various inputs are there for the switches like DVD, music DVD or movie DVD. In combination to the screens, the audio is received in speakers and headphones. An auxiliary screen can be placed in the vehicle, at any place. The switcher may have a vehicle radio connected, to play through the switcher audio system.
US2010268400A1 titled “In-vehicle Equipment System” describes front mounted in-vehicle equipment that is arranged in the vehicle’s internal space at the front part, rear mounted in-vehicle equipment that is arranged in the vehicle’s internal space at the rear part, and a connection that is adapted and connects the front mounted and the rear mounted in-vehicle equipment. The front-mounted in-vehicle equipment is controlled by the rear mounted in-vehicle equipment through a keyboard or a game controller, allowing passengers to control the front mounted in-vehicle equipment from the rear mounted in-vehicle equipment, in place of the driver operating the front mounted in-vehicle equipment. In the front mounted in-
vehicle equipment, the access can be denied for the rear mounted in-vehicle equipment to overwrite the information related to the music data.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
In this invention, music system assembly is assembled below dashboard in a cowl assembly. This location is waterproof and difficult to find or access the music system. Hence, it is theft proof also. Switch cluster and USB holder are located in an idol stand LH cover which makes them easily accessible. This invention applies to three-wheeled vehicles.
This invention is a three-wheeled vehicle with a music system assembly, said three-wheeled vehicle comprising, a cowl assembly, an idol stand cover LH, a switch cluster, and a dashboard. The cowl assembly is configured to receive said music system assembly on at least a portion of a rear surface of said cowl assembly. The music system assembly is mounted to said rear surface of said cowl assembly using a bracket. The music system assembly is disposed at proximity to at least one of a right side headlamp and a left side headlamp. The bracket is configured to extend across a bottom surface of said music system assembly. The idol stand cover LH is mounted on the cowl assembly. Slots are provided for a USB holder, and switch cluster in the idol stand cover LH.
The music system assembly is mounted in the cowl assembly below the dashboard using a bracket. An idol stand cover LH is mounted on the cowl assembly. There are slots provided for the USB holder and switch cluster in the idol stand cover LH. The music system assembly being mounted in the cowl assembly is protected from water entering into the system. Also, the access to the music system becomes difficult to strangers and is theft proof. The position of the switch cluster and USB holder in idol stand LH cover provides easy access at the time of driving.
BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS
Figure 1 illustrates the music system assembly of the present invention.
Figure 2 illustrates the USB holder and switch cluster assembly.
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE ACCOMPANYING EMBODIMENTS
Figure 1 illustrates the music system assembly (101) according to the present invention which is mounted in the cowl assembly (102) below the dashboard using a bracket (103). An idol stand cover LH (104) is mounted on the cowl assembly (102). There are slots provided for the USB holder (105), and the switch cluster (106) in the idol stand cover LH (104). The music system assembly (101) is in particular mounted on to a rear surface (102Rs) of the cowl assembly (102). The bracket (103) extends across a bottom surface (101b) of the music system assembly (101), such that the music system assembly is supported completely and a vibration-free mounting for a stable free operation of the music system assembly (101) is achieved. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the music system assembly (101) is disposed at proximity to any one of a right side headlamp (107) and a left side headlamp (108) of the vehicle. So that, such a disposing at proximity to the headlamp (107, 108) facilitates easier and quicker serviceability whenever required by the user.
Figure 2 shows the location of the USB holder (105) and switch cluster (106). The music system assembly (101) being mounted in the cowl assembly (102) provides protection against water entering into the system. Also, access to the music system becomes difficult to strangers and is theft proof. The position of the switch cluster (106) and USB holder (105) in the idol stand LH cover makes them easily accessible during driving. This invention applies to three-wheeled vehicles.
