3^ IDEA OR CIRCUMSTANCES THAT LED TO THIS INVENTION

• During the child hood, the Inventor had come across a quack doctor who patients by examining the pulse and prescribing herbal medicine which cured the diseases.

• The elders in the family used to apply mud on the body every week that kept the body very healthy and fit.

• Another experience - one day a patient was coughing intermittently when the quack doctor visited him. The doctor heard him coughing and even without seeing the patient he diagnosed the disease by mere cough sound and said the patient would die in next 12 hours. Eventually the patient died within 8 hours.

These three experiences have triggered zeal in the Inventor to explore this science of alternative medicine and motivated to carry out independent research in curing diseases without using medicines. This system of medical science has been given the name, 'Nadipathy' and is being practised with a great degree of success. Many personal interviews on case studies and success stories have been put up in the TV and internet media.

4) PRIOR ART

'Nadi'- the basic method of observing the pulse on the wrist - is a prominent feature in the medical field.
Normally, the method involves examining the Nadi to assess the pulse rate by holding the wrist of the right hand or left hand of the patient. However, this method of 'Nadipathy' is different in respect that, the Nadi can be examined anywhere in the body and not necessarily on the wrist alone, for example, ankle, femoral artery,popliteral artery on the back side of the leg joint,on the carotid artery ( neck ) and other areas on a human body. This Examination would disclose the root cause of the disease.

In ancient times, these methods were practised for examining the patient's pulse and cure diseases by respective therapies independently, and not all therapies were available under one roof. The present invention extends an integrated and holistic approach in diagnosing and curing the disease by deploying one or a combination of several therapies, all available under one roof.

The improvisation of this present method of treatment lies in

1. Finding Body tattvas (Nature of the Bodies) like Vatha, Pitta, Kapha by examining the pulse and

2. Finding 5 elements of the body and 12 organs.

5) DETAILED DESCRIPTION:

The present medicinal practices of diagnosis and prescriptions are painful processes becoming a burden on the patient towards undergoing the tests (for example, to diagnose flu fever, blood test is mandatory), surgeries and treatment followed by the misery of consuming countless number of tablets, capsules and syrups, which would only suppress the disease temporarily but not offer a permanent cure. Also there is scope for side effects.

In this situation, it is believed that there must be a way to treat a patient without using medicines.
There are as many as 100 therapies being followed for curing several of the ailments or diseases individually. Summing up all these 100 treatment methods / therapies, the Inventor has put forward an integrated and total solution - available under one roof-called 'Nadipathy'.

Using 'Nadipathy', patients are treated with multiple therapies that would completely remove the disease(s) altogether without administering any medicines.

6) TREATMENTS:

The several methods of treating the patient of different ailments are described in the following paragraphs with the help of figures:

1. Examinations Figl Pulse Examination-on Both Hands
This is the first stage of examining the patient's pulse.

Fig 2.Nails Examination This is the second stage of observation and examining the nails of the patient, its color, smoothness, ups and downs in forming the nails, formation stages, brittleness and other relevant aspects.

Fig 3.Eye Ball Examination This is the third stage of examining the eye ball which is a vital organ to diagnose. In this the patient disease can be found by observing the iridology of an eye

Fig 4 Auricular examination This is the fourth stage of examining the Ear, which is one of the interesting features. The ear symbols the kidney and the diagnose can be traced by observing the shape, color, inside curves, pain ,ear lobes, swelling on the ear and other aspects

Fig 5 Body Examination The diagnosis is based on the body movement, flexibility and sensation at different positions of by pressing with thumb. This would reveal the energy levels of the body to diagnose.

Fig 6 Tongue Examination The diagnosis is based on the color, dryness/wetness, taste, shape, surface, thickness, movement, marks, Fur, Edges and other related aspects.

Fig 7 Tooth Examination The diagnosis is based on the tooth examination where each tooth is connected to the related organ. Finding the color, decay, damage and other aspects can be considered to diagnose the present and future diseases.

2. Therapies

We claim,

2. The method of claim 1, wherein the essence of the system lies in finding the root cause of the disease and treating the related nerves that will completely cure the disease.

3. The method of claim 1, wherein the root cause of the disease would be treated with multiple therapies one after the other during the treatment; For example, a Diabetic patient, after examining the pulse, can be treated with Accupuncture, accupressure, Water-therapy and other suitable therapies simultaneously that would eradicate the disease in a few hours to few weeks time.

4. The method of claim 1, wherein the method of treatment is free from all medicines, Tablets, syrups or Surgeries; it is just stimulating the nerves that cures the disease without medicines.

5. The method of claim 1, wherein the chronic diseases may also be cured within a few hours to few weeks.

6. The method of claim 1, wherein the treatment is free from all side-effects.
