BACKGROUND
[0002] Many women like to wear nail polish on their nails and more particularly finger nails for aesthetic reasons. In nail art, a layer of liquid gel or nail polish is applied on nails to decorate the nails with different colors, or attach decoration pieces on the nails to show different styles of the nail art. [0003] However, it takes a long time for the nail polish to dry in the air naturally. Therefore, a woman has to waste considerable time waiting for the nail polish on her nails to dry. To avoid such waste of time, some nail dryers have been devised to expedite drying of the nail polish on nails.
[0004] Sometimes, women dry nail polish on their nails with a hair dryer. Use
of the hair dryer to dry the nail polish requires some skills. If the hair dryer is positioned too far from the nail polish, a small portion of hot air sent from the hair dryer can contribute to the drying of the nail polish. If the hair dryer is positioned too close to the nail polish, the nail polish will be wrinkled by strong air sent from the hair dryer. Also, the hot air makes the users feel uncomfortable and dull the lustre of nail paint.
[0005] The conventional UV solidifying device for nail art generally has a rectangular base, a UV light source of which is arranged in such a way that the UV light irradiates the nails in parallel with or perpendicular to the fingers. Furthermore, at the time of drying nails, the UV light of the conventional nail drying devices escaping from the devices may irradiate eyes and skin of the user that will make the users feel uncomfortable,
[0006] Various known devices exist for drying nails including tabletop units but they are large in size, which unable the user to carry the devices everywhere, therefore, these devices are used by professionals only in salon and parlor. Also, these devices are not disclosing space to store nail paints within the device.
Therefore, such devices failed to provide a complete comprehensive solution of a handheld apparatus for drying freshly polished nails at any place, such as in vehicle, restaurant, college, and the likes.
[0007] An air freshener is used to provide a pleasant scent surrounding. Various air fresheners provide a constant emission of a fragrance to an internal atmosphere, regardless of whether person is inside the office, home or travelling somewhere. Such constant emission of the fragrance may irate passengers and drivers, thereby essentially rendering the air freshener useless. Further, in some instances, temperatures within the internal atmosphere of the vehicle may be extreme leading to the freshener that is either too powerful or not noticeable to the passengers of the vehicle, also, handheld air fresheners are not available. [0008] There is, therefore, a need in the art to provide a device to mitigate the above- mentioned problems, provides an elegant easy to carry multi-functional device to women that would like to paint and dry their fingernails on the way to their destination as well as to make the surrounding more pleasant.
