Navigation Assistance For Vehicles

Abstract: NAVIGATION ASSISTANCE FOR VEHICLES A vehicle (100) includes a navigation assistance device (102). The navigation assistance device (102) includes a sensor array (104) being couplable to one or more 5 components of the vehicle (100) and having a plurality of sensors (A1-A3,B1-B3,C1-C3,908). The sensors (A1-A3,B1-B3,C1-C3,908) are activatable in a plurality of patterns (400-800,900-1400) to enable navigation of the vehicle (100) The navigation assistance device (102) is in electronic communication with one or more control units (106,114) that are to receive, from a user, an input corresponding to a destination 10 location. A manoeuvring action to be performed by the vehicle (100) en route the destination location is determined. The sensors (A1-A3,B1-B3,C1-C3,908) are activated in the plurality of pattern (400-800,900-1400) based on the manoeuvring action to be performed by the user. The activation of the sensors (A1-A3,B1-B3,C1-C3,908) is to facilitate navigation assistance to the user to navigate the vehicle (100) 15 to the destination location. << To be published with Fig. 1>>
