INNOVATIVE DESIGN FEATURES INCORPORATED ON ALL MODELS OF SPEED FRAME & RING FRAME TOP ROLLERS INCLUSIVE OF COMPAQ SPINNING AREA ALSO.

SALIENT FEATURES OF PL-SIGN:

1.By introducing Needle Bearing concept on Boss assembly, the pressure between Top Roller (designed by us) and Bottom Roller will be uniform on long lasting basis due to wider surface contact Thus maintains the quality of the Yarn to optimum level with consistency, which cannot be achieved for longer duration on Ball Bearing concept due to
single line contact.

2. Since the Boss assembly is made to be detachable from the Shell, the preventive maintenance schedule can be fixed to maintain the performance of the Top Roller precisely in protecting the quality of the Yarn to the optimum level

ADVANTAGES IN DESIGN FEATURES INCORPORATED ON ALL MODELS OF SPEED FRAME & RING FRAME TOP ROLLERS OF "KESHAV" MAKE

1. The above said product comes under direct load factor as well plays a vital role in extracting qualitative Yarn in Spinning Mills.

2. The application of load in between fop Roller and Bottom Roller is happened to be at wider surface area.

3. The distribution of load to be uniform throughout the length of the Boss to extract the Yarn with superior quality having consistency for long years to go.

4. Such is the goal to achieve the Bearing /one should have the anti- friction bearings which gives the scope to take care of above said load factor, covering maximum surface contact in between Boss, Shell and anti-friction Bearing element.

5. Under this type of load factors as well based on moderate speed factor covered at relative motion in between Top Roller and Bottom Roller, the right choice in choosing the bearing element to be Needle Cage Bearing rather than Radial Ball Bearing.

6. Boss assembly is detachable one. By this, periodical preventive maintenance schedule can be fixed to ensure that the working performance of Top Roller is up to the mark by virtue of its good impact on Yarn quality.

7. Since, Boss assembly is detachable one, fresh lubricant can be fed to the bearing zone after removing the old lubricant.


"KESHAV" BRAND TOP ROLLER FOR RING & SPEED FRAME ASSEMBLY PROCEDURE
a. Boss Assembly.

1. Components shown in the sketch to be checked for its geometrical accuracies as per the specification of Drawing.

2. Components to be cleaned with low viscous Paraffin Oil.

3. Catch Ring (4) and Pressure Pad (5) to ne inserted in the Boss (2) as per the direction shown in the sketch. .

4. Catch Ring and Pressure Pad to be retained in the Boss with the help of Internal Circlip (6).

b. Boss fitment on the Shell (1):

Duly cleaned and checked Shell (1) and Needle Cage Bearing (3) to be assembled with sliding fit. The set is to be placed on the resting pad of the Fixture as per the sketch. Then, the Boss assembly is to be driven on the Shell to see that the Catch Ring (4) takes a seat on the grooved portion of the Shell.

C. End Cap (7) to be fixed to Boss.

d. Lubricant (Grease) to be fed through End Cap to ensure that Boss assembly on the Shell should have smooth running on the shell.

DISMANTLING PROCEDURE

Remove the End Cap (7) from the Boss assembly.

Boss dismantling from the Shell

a. Place the Top Roller on the Resting Pad against the Boss face as shown in the sketch.

b. Apply the force on the Shell face by Driving Screw towards down ward direction.

c. Once the Catch Ring gets released from the grooved portion of Shell, the Driving Screw can be un-screwed to pull out the Boss assembly from the Shell.

Patent Claims

• Keshav 'Needle Cage Bearing' concept takes better load factor as well seating area is made to be widened due to coverage of long bearing grade needle.

• The boss usually will be not detachable and replaceable in other models, however Keshav' Needle Cage Bearing' engineering designed in such a way that boss can be detachable and replaceable if any wear and tear so that the whole unit is not necessary to scrap.

• The concentration of the load on the bearing gets distributed to the wider area uniformly on the needle cage bearing during running condition thus the wear and tear of the needle cage bearing as well as shell does not have any scope for wear and tear. Therefore the component is highly durable.

• Based on the above facts the boss assembly will maintain consistence yarn quality to the optimum level for a longer period of time.

• It is necessary to highlight that Keshav 'Needle Cage Bearing' concept with detachable boss tailing have an option to lubricate from Greece and when necessary by replacing the used lubricant which is not the criteria with other
product. This enhance the desired quality output of the product ( yarn).

• The possibility of re-conditioning of the top roller is possible, where as the other is not possible.
