Abstract: The present invention relates to a negative electrode for a lithium secondary battery and to a lithium secondary battery comprising same. More specifically, a lithium foil included in the negative electrode contains LiNO3, wherein LiNO3 is uniformly contained in the inside and surface of the lithium foil, so that the lifespan of the lithium secondary battery can be improved.
