, Description:Field of Invention:
Present invention relates to a device for cancelling noise in surrounding area. More particularly, the invention relates to a device for cancelling noise which can be placed outdoors.

Background of the invention:
There are various noise cancelling devices, but mostly works for small enclosed areas and within a close range of 40 CMS and this for 400 Hertz sound.
Portable Low-Frequency Noise Reduction Device for Both Small Open and Closed Spaces by Chao Wang, Haiyang Gao, Liyao Yu, TiantianYu,WenhuiYan,and QiumengXue, Shock and Vibration, Volume 2016, Article ID 6241935, 11 pages discloses portable low-frequency noise reduction device we developed in this research can provide an effective way for solving low-frequency noise pollution problem in the small space. This work describes the design principle and the prototype structures for two versions of V1.5 and V2.0 and builds the noise test systems for small spaces, respectively. These devices, installed on the outer surface of the small spaces, can automatically identify the noise spectrum and implement noise reduction by means of the active noise control (ANC) technology. The testing results indicate that the noise can be reduced 12?dB in the range of 250?Hz~400?Hz for the small closed space while, for the small open space, the best effect of 5.88?dB occurs in the optimal frequency of 450?Hz. These effects will be weakened with the increasing distance away from the source and show the obvious axisymmetric distribution in the inverted cone space.First one is for small area that is open or closed small area of having distance of 40 centimeter that allow to reduce the sound of 400 Hertz.

Frequency-Lowering Devices for Managing High-Frequency Hearing Loss, by Andrea Simpson, is for purpose of providing high-frequency information to those with severe high-frequency hearing loss—addresses a clinical need most conventional hearing devices are still unable to provide. However, this a hypothetical system, which defines that this hypothetical system is the combination of the processing parameters that having some complexity with desired frequency parameters.
Thus, there arises a need to develop a noise cancelling device which covers large area and is less harmful due to its less vibrational frequency. This system can be installed on poles and outdoors which will help to reduce noise frequency for a large area.

Detailed description of Invention:
The device of this invention is capable of detecting high frequency (loud) sound by high frequency reader (or loudness reader, thereby informing aclipper that activates the device.
The functioning of the device is based on the concept of converting a high frequency sound into a low frequency sound, by sensing a sound reaching to a threshold frequency.

Table 1 shows permissible range and exposure time for frequency

So according to above table 40 dB is the normal sound that can annoy people if they are in contact with it form a normal time period.
So, for the above two tables it can be easily understood that at 40 dB the sound is annoying and at the range of 40 dB to 70 dB if sound can be heard for a continuous time period, then it may cause some hearing damage or permanent hearing loss. So, for this noise cancellation device the clipper is set to 40 dB which is will a threshold frequency for the activation of noise cancellation device circuit.
