Non Oriented Electromagnetic Steel Sheet

Abstract: This non-oriented electromagnetic steel sheet satisfies the condition that, in a cross-section parallel to the surface of the steel sheet, the surface area ratio of crystal grains having a crystal-grain diameter of less than 200µm is 10% or less, when a boundary at which the crystal orientation difference is at least 2° but less than 15° is deemed to be the crystal grain boundary.
