Non Oriented Electromagnetic Steel Sheet, Method For Producing Same, And Hot Rolled Steel Sheet

Abstract: A non-oriented electromagnetic steel sheet which has a chemical composition that contains, in mass%, from 0.0010% to 0.0050% of C, 1.50% or less of Si, from 0.10% to 1.50% of Mn, from 0.010% to 0.040% of sol. Al, 0.0030% or less of Ti, 0.0030% or less of Nb, 0.0030% or less of V, 0.0030% or less of Zr, 0.0030% or less of N, 0.0040% or less of S, 0.0045% or less of B, with the balance being made up of Fe and impurities, while satisfying 0.0020 = Ti + Nb + V + Zr = 0.0120, 0.5 = B/N = 1.5, sol. B = 0.0005 and NAlN = 0.0005.
