Abstract: The present invention addresses the problem of providing a nonwoven fabric having an excellent moist feel, and a sanitary material including the nonwoven fabric. A nonwoven fabric according to the present invention contains amino-modified silicone having a nitrogen mass fraction of not less than 2000 (µg/g). In a nonwoven fabric according to the present invention, the ratio µs/µk, which is the ratio of the inter-fiber static friction coefficient (µs) to the inter-fiber dynamic friction coefficient (µk), is not more than 1.20, and the inter-fiber static friction coefficient is not more than 0.40.
Technical Field
[0001] The present invention relates to a nonwoven fabric and a sanitary material.
Background Art
[0002] In recent years, nonwoven fabrics have been widely used for various purposes because of
their excellent air permeability and flexibility. Typical uses of the nonwoven fabrics include
absorbent articles such as paper diapers, sanitary napkins and incontinence pads, sanitary masks,
medical gauze, base fabrics for poultices, and the like.
[0003] For example, Nonwoven fabrics used in absorbent articles are required to have softness,
feeling of use such as touch feeling, strength such as resistance to breakage, and the like. As a
method for manufacturing a nonwoven fabric that is less likely to cause a decrease in the breaking
strength of the nonwoven fabric and that can manufacture the nonwoven fabric stably comfortable
to the touch feeling, the method for manufacturing a nonwoven fabric has been proposed, which
includes a step of applying a softening agent to a spunbond nonwoven fabric or a layered
nonwoven fabric of a spunbond layer and a meltblown layer, and a step of subjecting each of
multiple locations on the nonwoven fabric to partial stretching at a temperature of 50°C or less
(see, for example, Patent Document 1).

<3> The nonwoven fabric according to <2>, wherein the content rate of the amino-modified
silicone is 5.00% by mass or less with respect to the total of the nonwoven fabric.
<4> The nonwoven fabric, having a ratio μs/μk of a static friction coefficient between fibers
(μs) and a dynamic friction coefficient between fibers (μk) of 1.20 or less, and the static friction
coefficient between fibers of 0.40 or less.
<5> The nonwoven fabric according to any one of <1> to <4>, comprising a fiber including an
olefin-based polymer.
<6> The nonwoven fabric according to <5>, wherein the olefin-based polymer includes at least
one selected from the group consisting of propylene-based polymers and ethylene-based polymers.
<7> The nonwoven fabric according to <6>, wherein the olefin-based polymer includes the
propylene-based polymer, and the propylene-based polymer includes at least one selected from the
group consisting of propylene homopolymers and propylene/α-olefin copolymers.
<8> The nonwoven fabric according to any one of <1> to <7>, comprising a long fiber
nonwoven fabric with a fineness of 0.5 denier to 3.0 denier.
<9> The nonwoven fabric according to any one of <1> to <8>, comprising an amide
compound.
<10> The nonwoven fabric according to any one of <1> to <9>, comprising a crimped fiber.
<11> A sanitary material comprising the nonwoven fabric according to any one of <1> to <10>.
Advantageous Effects of Invention
[0007] According to the present disclosure, a nonwoven fabric excellent in moist feeling and a

sanitary material including the nonwoven fabric can be provided.
DESCRIPTION OF EMBODIMENTS
[0008] Hereinafter, the content of the present invention will be explained.
Although the description of the components described below may be made based on
representative embodiments of the present invention, the present disclosure is not limited to such
embodiments.
[0009] In the present disclosure, the "process" refers not only to a process that is independent
from the other processes, but also to a process that cannot be clearly distinguished from the other
processes as long as the aim of the process is achieved.
In the present disclosure, when there are more than one kind of substances corresponding
to a component of a composition, a content amount of each component in the composition refers to
a total amount of the plural substances present in the composition, unless otherwise stated.
[0010] In the present disclosure, the numerical range represented by "A to B" includes A and B as
a minimum value and a maximum value, respectively.
In the present disclosure, when numerical ranges are described in a stepwise manner, the
upper limit value or the lower limit value of a numerical range may be replaced with the upper
limit value or the lower limit value of other numerical range. In a numerical range described in the
present disclosure, the upper limit or the lower limit of the numerical range may be replaced with a
relevant value indicated in any of Examples.
In the present disclosure, a combination of two or more preferred aspects is a more
preferred aspect.
