Abstract: An object of the present disclosure is to provide a piperazine compound or the salt thereof that controls pests. The present disclosure provides a piperazine compound represented by Formula (I), or a salt thereof, wherein R1 represents a hydrogen atom, or the like. R2 represents a hydrogen atom, or the like. R3 represents a hydrogen atom, or the like. R4, R5, R6, R7, R8, R9, R10 and R11 independently represent a hydrogen group, or the like. R4 and R10, or R6 and R8 may be taken together to form a substituted or unsubstituted C1-C3 alkylene group. Ar represents a substituted or unsubstituted aryl group, or the like. X represents an oxygen atom, or the like. R15 represents a hydrogen atom, or the like. Q represents an oxygen atom, or a sulfur atom. m represents an integer of 0 to 5; when m is 2 or more, R3 may be the same or different. n represents the number of CH2 and represents an integer of 0 to 1.
