Abstract: The present invention relates to novel solvate forms of cabazitaxel and preparation thereof. The invention further relates to tertiary-butyl alcohol solvate form of Cabazitaxel, and process of preparation thereof, and pharmaceutical compositions comprising of the novel solvate form of cabazitaxel.
