Description:
TECHNICAL FIELD
A therapeutic eco friendly textiles comprising an 100% Organic cotton, silk and wool fabric whose dye and coated with natural colour and impregnated with micron-size bubbles in the form of fragile capsules within the interstices between the strands inside the body of the fabric by spraying the capsules in combination with a liquid binder and then putting the fabric through a set of rollers, the invention being that the micron-size bubbles are so bonded completely within the interior of the fabric that when rubbed, certain of the bubbles break and release the fragrance from the broken capsules, none of the capsules being on the outside of the fabric surface fragrance of natural essential oil which have selective therapeutic property for the prevention and treatment of Mood related problems and give relaxation and reduces the anxiety
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTiON
The novelty of the present invention is impregnating fabric with microcapsules, the core of each of which is a blend of essential oil suitable to function as therapeutic agent. The essence is encapsulated in impervious waterproof polymer container of micron-size, wherein the container wall is beutifuly designed for the sustain release of fragrance of the encapsulated core.
It is an essential part of the invention that this encapsulated essential oil substance be not spread as a coating on the surface of some material porous or otherwise. But on the contrary, the encapsulated micron-sized bubbles are imbedded completely within the interstices between the strands of the fabric so that they remain within the fabric and are practically invisible on the surface of the fabric and do not vary the appearance or feel of the fabric surface.

The capsules are sprayed into the fabric or saturated in a solution of binder and the fabric then rolled between two heated rollers with equal pressure and temperature to insure deep and uniform penetration.

Neroli oil is an essential oil that is derived from the flowers of a Citrus aurantium var. amara plant. Neroli oil can be beneficially used as to prevent and alleviate depression. It has been shown to effectively repel a wide variety of odors while being non-toxic to mammals. In addition, neem oil may be beneficial in cleansing skin and hair. It has also been shown to fight germs/infections, fight various diseases and skin conditions, as well as being therapeutic. In bubble preparation that is impregnated in fabric. Neroli oil oil has experimentally been shown to be most effective when included in the range of about 25 percent by weight to about 50 percent by weight. However, other embodiments may include oil in higher or lower percentages by weight.
lavender oil:- lavender oil reduce depression, especially when they are related to stress. Improves sleep quality. Promotes relaxation. Lifts mood in people suffering from sleep disorders. Gently calms the nerves and helps reduce trapped gas. Reduces stress headaches when rubbed on the temples, or sniffed like smelling salts. The lavender oil helps stabilize the mixture of the other products in the bubble preparation impregnated in the fabric. In experiments, lavender oil was used in the range of about 15 percent by weight to about 25 percent by weight.
St John's Wort:-
An analysis of twenty-nine clinical trials with more than five thousand patients was conducted by Cochrane Collaboration. The review concluded that extracts of St. John's wort were superior to placebo in patients with major depression. St. John's wort had similar efficacy to standard antidepressants. The rate of side effects was twice lower than for newer SSR1 antidepressants and five times lower than for older tricyclic antidepressants. However, this review also noted that studies more favourably supporting the effects of St. John's wort as an antidepressant, were predominantly from German-speaking countries. The authors could not rule out the possibility that some smaller studies from those countries were flawed and reported overoptimistic results. National Center for Complementary and Alternative Medicine (NCCAM) and other NIH-affiliated organizations hold that St John's wort has minimal or no effects beyond placebo in the treatment of major depression. This conclusion is based primarily on only one trial of 340 volunteers, with negative outcome conducted by NCCAM.[9] The authors of the study themselves, as well as several others, pointed out the low assay sensitivity of this study, and how only limited conclusions can be drawn from its results.[10][11] The same study also indicated that sertraline (Zoloft) has no positive effects vs. the same placebo.

St. John's wort has not been found to be effective for patients suffering from dysthymia, a
less severe and more chronic variety of depression. St. John's wort is being studied for
effectiveness in the treatment of certain somatoform disorders. Results from the initial
studies are mixed and still inconclusive; some research has found no effectiveness, other
research has found a slight lightening of symptoms. Further study is needed and is being
performed.
A constituent chemical, hyperforin, may be useful for treatment of alcoholism, although
dosage, safety and efficacy have not been studied. Hyperforin has also been found to
have antibacterial properties against gram-negative bacteria, although dosage, safety and
efficacy has not been studied.
A randomized controlled trial of St. John's wort found no significant difference between
it and placebo in the management of ADHD symptoms over eight weeks. However, the
St. John's Wort extract used in the study, originally confirmed to contain 0.3% hypericin.
was allowed to degrade to levels of 0.13% hypericin and 0.14% hyperforin. Given that
the level of hyperforin was not ascertained at the beginning of the study, and levels of
both hyperforin and hypericin were well below that used in other studies, little can be
determined based on this study alone. [15]
A research team from the Universidad Complutense de Madrid (UCM) published a study
entitled. "Hypericum perforatum. Possible option against Parkinson's disease", which
suggests that this plant with antidepressant properties has antioxidant active ingredients
that could help reduce the neuronal degeneration caused by the disease.
Recent evidence suggests that daily treatment with St. Johns wort may improve the most
common physical and behavioural symptoms associated with premenstrual syndrome.
In experiments. ST. JOHNS WORT oil was used in the range of about 5 percent by weight to about 7 percent by weight.
ROSE OIL:- Rose has a profoundly positive effect on the emotions. It stimulates the production of dopamine, the happy hormone', and strengthens the parasympathetic nervous system, instilling a relaxed feeling of well-being. In this way, rose oil is beneficial for treating anxiety and depression. Rose oil is believed to be one of the most complex essential oils, with many active ingredients yet to be characterized. The method of extraction has an important influence on the chemical composition of the final oil.
In experiments. ROSE OIL was used in the range of about 5 percent by weight to about 7 percent by weight.

We used high pressure grinder and high presser homogenizer for the preparation of bubble the outer material for bubble preparation was propyal metyal cellulose. Prepared fabric of the present invention was treated with the blend of the essential oils before weaving. The blend of essential oils was mixed with the propyl glycol and coated at nano size scale. The bubbles of the essential oils are confined in the interstices 4 around the strands of the fabric. On account of the extremely and relatively small size of the bubbles, the general texture and feel of the fabric is not altered. The outer surfaces of the fabric are smooth.
The bubbles of essential oil liberated the sufficient amount of desired fragrance according to its infusibility index. The release of fragrance is rhythmic. The wearer will feel fresh after every interval of release of fragrance.
The fabric of the present invention was treated with the blend of the essential oils before weaving. The blend of essential oils was encapsulated in propyal metyal cellulose and coated at nano size scale onto the fabric by Air-suspension coating . The bubbles of the essential oils are confined in the interstices 4 around the strands of the fabric. On account of the extremely and relatively small size of the bubbles, the general texture and feel of the fabric is not altered. The outer surfaces of the fabric have skin-soothing properties.
(FormulaRemoved)
The therapeutic fabric may be then manufactured into any shape or size as necessary, for instance, as into fabric handled in the usual manner and which can be sewed into medical supplies, coats, jackets, ties, handbags, pillows, cushions, stuffed toys, decorations and the like, and the therapeutic fragrance remains concealed within the fabric unnoticeably.
It is important that the encapsulated fragrant substance is in such minute bubbles as to be of substantially dust consistency in bulk. These micro bubbles are impregnated in the cotton fabrics and, wool by micro-binding process and agents.
Important advantages of the herein described fabric are: lasting quality of fragrance. The bleed of essential used for fragrance and therapeutic application have property to diffuse the smell without any appreciable loss of weight. The one micro gram of essential oil bubble will distinctly scent millions of cubic feet of air without any appreciable loss of weight, and its scent is not only more penetrating but more persistent than that of any other known substance. In addition to its odoriferous principle, it contains ammonia, cholesterol, fatty matter, a bitter resinous substance, and other plant principles.
All the bubble is firmly positioned in the fabric it can stand laundering as I have verified bv test.
Some embodiments of the invention have been described above, and in addition, some specific details are shown for purposes of illustrating the inventive principles. However, numerous other arrangements may be devised in accordance with the inventive principles of this patent disclosure. Further, well known processes have not been described in detail in order not to obscure the invention.
