One Point Student Details Verification Device

Abstract: ABSTRACT ONE POINT STUDENT DETAILS VERIFICATION DEVICE Current invention is consist of document scanner, motion sensor, display unit, controller unit, external power supply, L.E.D, audio device ,digilocker through api, wifi device. Candidate has to put its registration no. and password in the display unit like we put code in atm. Then we put the documents in the scanner according to the demand of the device as the course is previously updated at the time of registration and documents are scan with the previous data and then with digilocker through API. If the documents are authentic, green light will start blinking and we will get audio confirmation through audio device through wifi and device information will be transferred to cloud. But if data is not correct or any issue is faced then the red light blink, we can also confirmed it by audio. We can also verify our biometric here. This also links with our personal mobile phones.Automatic document verification device (A.D.V.D). Devices which are connected to cloud server through Wi-Fi network. After connecting A.D.V.D Devices with cloud server we can view all the details of the student of all A.D.V.D devices through Web Dashboard on a single screen and transfer if it to the Administration office.

Background of the Invention
US9716698B2: A method and system for securely enrolling personal identity credentials into personal identification devices. The system of the invention comprises the manufacturer of the device and an enrollment authority. The manufacturer is responsible for recording serial numbers or another unique identifier for each device that it produces, along with a self-generated public key for each device. The enrollment authority is recognized by the manufacturer or another suitable institution as capable of validating an individual before enrolling him into the device. The enrollment authority maintains and operates the appropriate equipment for enrollment, and provides its approval of the enrollment. Upon authentication, personal information regarding the verified identity of the user is retrieved from a source database which is used to verify the identity of the user, via user interaction. Upon successful verification and authentication, biometric data regarding the user is electronically collected.

None of the prior art indicate above either alone or in combination with one another disclose what the present invention has disclosed. Present invention is related to the advanced detail verification device which can verify the details of the candidate and also cross check it with an authorised application digilocker of the candidate for authentication. In normal details verification candidate has to run in between many offices which could be problematic for him/her but A.D.V.D. can easily solve this problem and could make this whole process hustle free. This helps us tu save the time and also very beneficial. This technique provides us a different way.

Figure 1 shows the Automatic document verification device (A.D.V.D). Devices which are connected to cloud server through Wi-Fi network. After connecting A.D.V.D Devices with cloud server we can view all the details of the student of all A.D.V.D devices through Web Dashboard on a single screen and transfer if it to the Administration office.
