Abstract: A system and method thereof for integrating online live chat features on the website is disclosed. The live chat feature can be integrated in the website where the customers can interact with the artificial intelligence system. The artificial intelligence system sends the exact link to the customer, which can be accessed by the customers. A series of pre-set questions are fed into artificial intelligence system that questions the customers to understand the issue experienced by the customer and provide various alternative solutions through which the query can be resolved the customer would have to select the exact option which are provided by the artificial intelligence system which and lead them to gain access to the specified product or service.

Claims:We Claim:
1. The system for accessing online live chat feature on the website, comprising:
a. a website, which offers various products and services to the customers;
b. an artificial intelligence system, which provides assistance to the customers to solve their queries;
c. the user interface with live chat feature, which uses artificial intelligence system to assist the customers; and
d. an electronic device with and active internet connection, through which website can be accessed;
wherein, the website can be accessed by the customers in their electronic device with the help of internet connection and all the services which are provided by the website can be viewed by the customer on the web page; and the customers can use online live chat feature to help navigate through the website to avail specific features which are required by the customer.
2. The system as claimed in claim 1 wherein, the artificial intelligence system sends the link to access a particular product or service to the customer directly in the online live chat which saves the time for customers.
3. The method involved in accessing the live chat feature, comprising:
a. accessing the website by the customer prove that electronic device;
b. navigating through the website to select the desired service;
c. accessing the online live chat feature by the customer, in case the customer could not find the link to access the desired product or service
d. providing the point wise directions to the customer by the artificial intelligence system via online live chat feature in a chat window;
e. selecting the desired service which the customer chooses to access, by answering series of preset questions in the chat window;
f. sending the access link to the customer via online live chat, for accessing the desired product or service;
g. accessing the link by the customer to avail the product or service; and
h. saving the customer interaction with the artificial intelligence system for machine learning purpose.
, Description:Technical field of the Invention
The present invention generally relates to communication systems and more particularly to online live chat feature, which can be accessed using a website.
Background of the Invention
Online live chat is an increasingly useful tool for website operators in communicating with their customers and resolving their issues. Live chat is a must have tool for businesses which bridges gap between the customer and the website where the customers can easily get their queries resolved before making a purchase.
Live chat is mostly seen in e-commerce websites where the customers, if have any query, can chat with a live chat assistant to know more about a product or a service. Providing phone support to all the customers without any delay requires large amount of time as well as large number of labour which can increase the cost for a company. But opting for live chat reduces this cost significantly which can be further invested in various endeavours. Live chat is a cheaper support feature compared to phone support.
A live chat feature can be seen in banking website where the customers who have any queries related to online banking can have the query sorted out but chatting with assistant via live chat feature. Search feature is not available in all the websites which provides more than one services and products to their customer where customer can have any queries related to navigation through a website. The Live chat feature can help in easing their effort in navigating through the website by reaching their destination in no time. However, online live chat feature is not seen in many websites where the consumer interaction with website operators is minimum in such cases the consumer tend to leave the website, if they are not satisfied with the experience and the can go for other websites which provides consumer interaction with greater efficiency.
Therefore, there is a need for a system where a live chat feature can be implemented in a website which offers various services including e-commerce job searching portal businesses email restaurants news articles and so forth.
Objects of the invention
The primary object of the present invention is to provide a system which offers live chat feature for providing immediate assistance to the customers.
Another object of the present invention is to provide a system with live chat feature that enables the customers to select their desired product or service in no time.
Yet another object of the present invention is to provide a system which can help the customers to navigate through the website to avail the desired service easily.
Summary of The invention
The present invention discloses a system and method thereof for integrating online live chat features on the website. According to the present invention and online live chat feature can be integrated in the website where the customers can interact with the website operators which can be an artificial intelligence system that provides the various options of the customers to choose with in order to resolve the query. Those queries which are not resolved by the artificial intelligence system in the online live chat feature can be resolved by the human website operators.
According to the present invention the customer who is accessing a website to choose any product or service and are stuck at some point but cannot reach the destination can seek help from the online live chat feature where the artificial intelligence system help the customer to exactly avail the service by navigating them through the website to the destination. The artificial intelligence system sends the exact link to the customer, which can be accessed by them.
The method involved in the present invention includes a series of pre-set questions which are fed into the artificial intelligence system that questions the customer to understand the issue experienced by the customer and provide various alternative solutions through which the query can be resolved the customer would have to select the exact option which are provided by the artificial intelligence system which and lead them to gain access to the specified product or service. Once the customer is provided with the answers they can easily navigate through the website to avail a particular product or service accordingly.

Detailed description of the Invention
The present invention discloses a system and method thereof for integrating online live chat features on the website. The components of the present invention includes a website, an artificial intelligence system, the user interface with live chat feature, an electronic device with and active internet connection, through which website can be accessed by the customers. Website can be accessed by the customers in their electronic device with the help of internet connection and all the services which are provided by the website can be viewed by the customer on the web page. Customers and navigate through the website to avail specific features which are required by the customer.
According to the present invention and online live chat feature can be integrated in the website where the customers can interact with the website operators which can be an artificial intelligence system that provides the various options of the customers to choose with in order to resolve the query.
According to the present invention the customer who is accessing to a website for availing various services and are stuck at some point, where they cannot move further to avail a product or service, can seek help from the online live chat feature where the artificial intelligence system helps the customer to exactly avail the service by navigating them through the website to the destination.
The method involved in the present invention is disclosed, which includes a series of pre-set questions which are fed into the artificial intelligence system that questions the customer to understand the issue experienced by the customer and provide where is alternative solutions through which the query can be resolved the customer would have to select the exact option which are provided by the artificial intelligence system which can lead them to uncover the answer to their unresolved query. Once the customer is provided with the answers they can easily navigate to the website to avail a particular service accordingly.
Accordingly present invention discloses a system and method for integrating online live chat feature on website. According to the present invention, live chat feature can be used as a customers to questions answered with the help of artificial intelligence system.
According to the present invention customer can access the website and search for specific features with their required and can get all the information related to the provided services from the website. If the instructions provided in the website are not clear enough, the customer can use the online live chat feature which is provided along with the website and can extract required information to get a job done. Customers can select options which are provided by the artificial intelligence system and the information related to the choice is provided to the customer by the artificial intelligence system via online live chat feature. Provided information can be used by the customer to navigate to the website and avail the necessary and required service from the website.
FIG 1 is the flow chart illustrating the working of use of online live chat feature. With reference to FIG 1, the method includes accessing the website by the customer prove that electronic device; navigating through the website to select the desired service; in case of any issue to the customer can I use online live chat feature which helps the customer to navigate through the web page by providing point wise instructions that can lead the customer to their desired destination. Once the customer is provided with the required information through the artificial intelligence system then they can avail the service from the website and the interaction of customer with the website operator through online live chat feature is saved for machine learning purpose.
According to the present invention, during the online life that session the system sends the link of the service required by the customer in the chat window show that the customer can be immediately navigated to their desired service.
The present invention uses online live chat feature to instantly communicate with customer through instant messaging. Chat window can be accessed by the customers which will be located on the web page and one the online like that feature is accept a chat window it's opened and the customer can chat with a website operator by typing into the live chat box.
There are several advantages of the present invention which can include faster processing time, reduced expenses is basically invested in phone operator, customer convenience, and faster problem solving time.
