2. Description of the Related Art
[0002]
Conventionally, in a group management control system of the elevator, there is provided a control panel (hereinbelow, referred to as an elevator-hall destination floor registration device) to reserve (register) a destination floor in front of an elevator hall or in the elevator hall of each floor of a building. A user may reserve (register) the destination floor by the elevator-hall destination floor registration device before getting on the elevator. [0003]
Further, the user is normally assumed as one person at a time when reserving (registering) the destination
floor by the elevator-hall destination floor registration
device.
[0004]
However, in a group management control system of the elevator of the related art, even in a case where the user reserves (registers) the destination floor by the elevator-hall destination floor registration device, the user may wait a long time in cases if all the elevators are full, and user's dissatisfaction with convenience is increased. [0005]
As a background art of such technical field, JP 2016-5988 A is disclosed. In this publication, there are provided an elevator group management control device which includes an allocation car select unit which selects an allocation car with respect to a new destination call among all cars determined not to perform the destination call restriction by a destination call restriction determination unit, or cars determined to perform the destination call restriction by the destination call restriction determination unit and selected as allocation candidate cars by an allocation candidate car select unit, and a traffic situation determination unit which determines a traffic situation depending on time zones of a plurality of cars. In a case where the traffic situation determination unit determines a full state that the car passes by, a
destination call time restriction operation determination unit determines that a destination call time restriction is not performed in order to relieve user's dissatisfaction because of a long waiting time (see Abstract).
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
[0007]
JP 2016-5988 A discloses an elevator group management control device which allocates a car which responds first so as to relieve the user's dissatisfaction caused by a long waiting time. However, the elevator group management control device disclosed in JP 2016-5988 A fails to take into consideration of a time before the user gets on the elevator and until reserving (inputting) the destination floor by the elevator-hall destination floor registration device. Further, there is no consideration of a device that, in a case where all the elevators heading for the reserved (input) destination floor are full, the fact is informed to the user.
[0008]
In such an elevator group management control device, for example, many users line up in the elevator-hall destination floor registration device in order to reserve
(input) the destination floor in time zones when there are many users such as a time of attending offices and a lunch
time. However, in a case where all the elevators heading for the reserved (input) destination floor become full, a user's waiting time is likely to be long, and dissatisfaction may be increased. [0009]
Therefore, an operation situation display system and an operation situation display method of the invention is to display the fact that all the elevators heading for the destination floor input by the user are full before the user inputs the destination floor or before the elevator arrives at the destination floor.
[0010]
In order to solve the problem, an operation situation display system of the invention includes a group management control device which receives inputs of information from a plurality of elevator control devices to control a plurality of elevators, and outputs information to each of the plurality of elevator control devices, an elevator-hall destination floor registration device which receives a destination floor input by a user in an elevator hall, an elevator-hall display device which displays an elevator allocated to the user, and an input/output control unit which inputs the destination floor input by the elevator-hall destination floor registration device to the
group management control device, and outputs an elevator output from the group management control device to the elevator-hall display device. In a case where it is determined that all elevators heading for the destination floor input by the elevator-hall destination floor registration device are full, the group management control device outputs a fact that all the elevators are full to the elevator-hall display device through the input/output control unit. [0011]
In addition, an operation situation display method of the invention includes inputting a destination floor which is input by a user using a destination floor registration processing unit, and displaying an elevator allocated to the user by a data output processing unit. In a case where it is determined that all the elevators heading for the input destination floor are full, the fact that all the elevators are full is output.
[0012]
According to the invention, it is possible to provide an operation situation display system and an operation situation display method which displays the fact that all the elevators heading for the destination floor input by the user are full before the user inputs the
destination floor or before the elevator arrives at the
destination floor.

DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS
[0015]
Hereinafter, embodiments of the invention will be described using the drawings. Further, the same configuration will be attached with the same symbol, and the redundant description may be omitted.
[First Embodiment]
[0016]
Fig. 1 is an explanatory diagram for describing a configuration of an elevator group management control system according to an embodiment. [0017]
The elevator group management control system 1 described in this embodiment includes cars (3 to 3n) of a plurality of elevators (hereinbelow, simply referred to as "elevator" in the description), a plurality of elevator control devices (4 to 4n) which control the plurality of elevators (3 to 3n), elevator-hall destination floor registration devices (5 to 5k) to input a destination floor at an elevator hall by a user ("passenger" who uses the elevator in this embodiment), elevator-hall display devices (6 to 6k) which display the elevators (3 to 3n) allocated to the user, a group management control device (2) which receives information (for example, position information of the elevators (3 to 3n), opening/closing information of the doors of the elevators (3 to 3n), getting-on/off information of users of each floor, etc.) from the elevator control devices (4 to 4n) to control the elevators (3 to 3n), outputs information (the position information of the elevators (3 to 3n), the opening/closing information of the doors of the elevators (3 to 3n), etc.) to the elevator control devices (4 to 4n) to control the elevators (3 to 3n), and allocates the elevators (3 to 3n) which responds
to the destination floors input by the elevator-hall destination floor registration devices (5 to 5k), and an input/output control unit (13) which inputs the destination floors input by the elevator-hall destination floor registration devices (5 to 5k) to the group management control device (2) and outputs the elevators (3 to 3n) output from the group management control device (2) to the elevator-hall display devices (6 to 6k).
[0018]
Then, an operation situation display system described in this embodiment includes the elevator-hall destination floor registration devices (5 to 5k) to which the user inputs the destination floor, the elevator-hall display devices (6 to 6k) which display the elevators (3 to 3n) allocated to the users, the group management control device (2) which receives inputs of information from the elevator control devices (4 to 4n) to control the elevators
(3 to 3n), outputs information to the elevator control devices (4 to 4n) to control the elevators (3 to 3n), and allocates the elevators (3 to 3n) which responds to the destination floor input by the elevator-hall destination floor registration devices (5 to 5k), and the input/output control unit (13) which inputs the destination floors input by the elevator-hall destination floor registration devices
(5 to 5k) to the group management control device (2) and
outputs the elevators (3 to 3n) output from the group management control device (2) to the elevator-hall display devices (6 to 6k).
[0019]
In addition, the group management control device (2) described in this embodiment outputs the fact that all the elevators (3 to 3n) are full to the elevator-hall display devices (6 to 6k) through the input/output control unit
(13) in a case where it is determined that all the elevators (3 to 3n) heading for the destination floor input by the user are full.
[0020]
Further, in this embodiment, all the elevators (3 to 3n) indicate all the elevators in a direction heading from an elevator hall (the floor where the user inputs the destination floor) to a target floor (the destination floor input by the user). For example, if the user heads from the elevator hall of the 2nd floor to the 3rd target floor, all the elevators mean those ascending. In this case, for example, an elevator descending from the 4th floor to the 3rd floor does not belong to the elevators.
[0021]
Herein, n indicates the number of elevators (the number of cars), and k indicates the floors in the
building. For example, in the case of a 7-story building, k is "7".
[0022]
In addition, the elevator-hall destination floor registration devices (5 to 5k) each may be installed in each floor, or a plurality of devices may be installed. Also the elevator-hall display devices (6 to 6k) each may be installed in each floor, or a plurality of devices may be installed.
[0023]
Further, the elevators (3 to 3n) allocated to the user are displayed in the elevator-hall display devices (6 to 6k) . In a case where it is determined that all the elevators (3 to 3n) heading for the input destination floor are full, the fact that all the elevators (3 to 3n) are full may be displayed also.
[0024]
In addition, the elevators (3 to 3n) allocated to the user is displayed in the elevator-hall display devices
(6 to 6k). In a case where it is determined that all the elevators (3 to 3n) heading for the input destination floor are full, the fact that all the elevators (3 to 3n) are full may be displayed in a second display device separately from the elevator-hall display devices (6 to 6k) which display the elevators (3 to 3n) allocated to the user.
[0025]
In other words, the elevators (3 to 3n) allocated to the user are displayed in the elevator-hall display devices (6 to 6k) as first display devices. Further, for example, the second display device is installed in front of an elevator hall of each floor of the building, in the elevator, or in the upper portion of the entrance of the elevator. In a case where it is determined that all the elevators (3 to 3n) heading for the input destination floor are full, all the elevators (3 to 3n) may be displayed such that a passenger can recognize the fact that all the elevators (3 to 3n) are full even from a place away. [0026]
In addition, in a case where it is determined that the elevators (3 to 3n) allocated to the user and all the elevators (3 to 3n) heading for the input destination floor are full, the fact that all the elevators (3 to 3n) are full may be displayed in the elevator-hall destination floor registration devices (5 to 5k) . In other words, the elevator-hall destination floor registration devices (5 to 5k) and the elevator-hall display devices (6 to 6k) may be integrally formed. [0027]
In addition, in a case where the elevators (3 to 3n) allocated to the user are displayed in the elevator-hall
destination floor registration devices (5 to 5k), and in a case where it is determined that all the elevators (3 to 3n) heading for the input destination floor are full, the fact that all the elevators (3 to 3n) may be displayed in the elevator-hall display devices (6 to 6k). [0028]
Then, the group management control device (2) described in this embodiment outputs the fact that all the elevators (3 to 3n) are full to the elevator-hall display devices (6 to 6k) through the input/output control unit (13) in a case where the elevators (3 to 3n) responding to the destination floor input by the elevator-hall destination floor registration devices (5 to 5k) are allocated, and it is determined that all the elevators (3 to 3n) heading for the input destination floor are full. [0029]
In other words, the group management control device (2) outputs the fact that all the elevators (3 to 3n) are full to the elevator-hall display devices (6 to 6k) in a case where it is determined that all the elevators (3 to 3n) heading for the input destination floor are full. In a case where it is not determined that all the elevators (3 to 3n) heading for the destination floor input by the elevator-hall destination floor registration devices (5 to
5k), the elevators (3 to 3n) responding to the input
destination floor are allocated.
[0030]
Further, the expression "the elevators responding to the input destination floor are allocated" means a state that the elevator heading for the destination floor input in the elevator hall by the user who gets thereon is not full and allows other users to get on (to be allocated). [0031]
On the other hand, the expression "a case where it is determined that all the elevators heading for the input destination floor are full" means a state that the elevator heading for the destination floor input in the elevator hall by the user who gets on is full. In other words, in this case, the elevator is not allocated to the input destination floor. [0032]
In addition, the group management control device (2) described in this embodiment includes a destination floor input reception processing unit (7) which receives the input destination floor, a destination floor registration processing unit (8) which registers (inputs) the received destination floor, a destination floor collection processing unit (9) which collects the registered (input) destination floor, a full state determination unit (11)
which determines whether all the elevators (3 to 3n) are full on the basis of the collected destination floors, an allocation car select processing unit (10) which allocates the elevators (3 to 3n) on the basis of a determination result that all the elevators (3 to 3n) are not full and the collected destination floor, and a data output processing unit (12). [0033]
Further, the determination on whether all the elevators (3 to 3n) in the full state determination unit (11) are full is performed before the elevator heading for the destination floor input by the user arrives at the elevator hall of the user. [0034]
Further, the data output processing unit (12) outputs the allocated elevators (3 to 3n) . In a case where it is determined that all the elevators (3 to 3n) heading for the destination floor are full as a result of the determination on whether the elevators are full, the fact that all the elevators (3 to 3n) are full is output. [0035]
In addition, herein, the allocation of the elevators (3 to 3n) means that the destination floors collected by the destination floor collection processing unit (9) (that
is, the elevators where some users go), and the users are
allocated to the elevators (3 to 3n).
[0036]
In this way, according to this embodiment, the fact that all the elevators (3 to 3n) heading for the destination floor input by the user are full is displayed before the user inputs the destination floor or before the elevator arrives at the destination floor so as to resolve user's dissatisfaction. [0037]
Then, in a case where all the elevators heading for the reserved (input) destination floor are full before the user reserves (inputs) the destination floor by an elevator-hall destination floor registration device (6), and when the destination floor is reserved (input) by the elevator-hall destination floor registration device (6), the user is informed of that fact. With this configuration, the user can consider other options to go to the destination floor. The user's dissatisfaction may be resolved without forcing the user to wait long, so that it is possible to improve a degree of user's satisfaction. [0038]
Fig. 2 is a flowchart for describing an operation situation display method according to this embodiment. [0039]
Further, the operation situation display method described in this embodiment is processed by the group management control device 2. [0040]
If the user reserves (inputs) the destination floor by the elevator-hall destination floor registration devices (5 to 5k), the group management control device 2 determines whether the destination floor is acquired (destination floor acquisition determination: 101). [0041]
In a case where the destination floor is not acquired (NO), the process is looping until the destination floor is acquired. [0042]
On the other hand, in a case where the destination floor is acquired (YES), a car allocation process (102) is performed to allocate the elevators (3 to 3n). [0043]
In the car allocation process (102), the following process is performed. [0044]
The destination floor input reception processing unit (7) performs a destination floor input receiving process (103) to receive the input destination floor. [0045]
The destination floor registration processing unit (8) performs a destination floor registration process (104) to input (register) the received destination floor. [0046]
The destination floor collection processing unit (9) performs a destination floor collection process (105) to collect the input destination floor. [0047]
At this time, the full state determination unit (11) determines whether all the elevators (3 to 3n) are full on the basis of the destination floor collected by the destination floor collection processing unit (9) and the elevators (3 to 3n) allocated by the allocation car select processing unit (10) (elevator full-state determination: 108) . [0048]
In a case where all the elevators (3 to 3n) are not full as a result of the determination on whether all the elevators (3 to 3n) are full (NO), the allocation car select processing unit (10) performs an allocation car select process (106) to allocate the elevators (3 to 3n) on the basis of the collected destination floor. [0049]
Then, the data output processing unit (12) performs the elevator allocation process (102) . The allocated
elevators (3 to 3n) are displayed in the elevator-hall destination floor registration devices (5 to 5n)
(allocation car display process: 107) . The user waits for the arrival of the elevators (3 to 3n) in front of the displayed elevators (3 to 3n).
[0050]
In other words, in a case where it is determined that even one of the elevators (3 to 3n) as a group management control target is not full (NO), the process returns to the destination floor acquisition determination
(101) to be on standby for the reservation (input) of the destination floor of next user.
[0051]
On the other hand, in a case where it is determined that all the elevators (3 to 3n) are full as a result of the determination on whether all the elevators (3 to 3n) are full (YES), that is, a case where it is determined that all the elevators (3 to 3n) of the group management control target are full, a display content select process (109) is displayed to select the content to be displayed in the elevator-hall display devices (6 to 6k).
[0052]
In the display content select process (109), the following process is performed.
[0053]
In a case where the full state determination unit
(11) determines that all the elevators (3 to 3n) of the group management control target are full, a content to be displayed in the elevator-hall display devices (6 to 6k) is selected.
[0054]
First, the data output processing unit (12) determines whether there is a user who gets off in a middle floor (the middle floor will be referred to as the destination floor). At this time, it is determined whether there is a user who gets off in the middle floor on the basis of the destination floor collected by the destination floor collection process (105) (elevator full-state release determination: 110).
[0055]
In a case where there is no user who gets off in the middle floor (NO), the user who waits in the middle floor is not able to get on the elevators (3 to 3n). Therefore, the elevator-hall display devices (6 to 6k) display the fact that all the elevators (3 to 3n) are full (elevator full-state display process: 112).
[0056]
On the other hand, in a case where there is a user who gets off in the middle floor (YES), the user who waits in the middle floor is able to get on the elevators (3 to
3n) . Therefore, a section where the user is able to get on is determined. At this time, in the destination floor collection process (105), the section where the user is able to get on is determined on the basis of the collected destination floor. Then, a content to be displayed in the elevator-hall display devices (6 to 6k) of the middle floor is determined (middle floor elevator-hall displaying content process: 111). [0057]
Then, in this case, the elevator-hall display devices (6 to 6k) display the fact that all the elevators (3 to 3n) are full, and display the middle floor where the user is able to get on (elevator full-state display process: 112). [0058]
Further, the description in this embodiment is given about a case where the fact that all the elevators (3 to 3n) are full is also displayed in the elevator-hall display devices (6 to 6k) in a case where it is determined that the elevators (3 to 3n) allocated to the user and all the elevators (3 to 3n) heading for the input destination floor are full. However, the displaying mode is not limited to this configuration. [0059]
Fig. 3 is an explanatory diagram for describing a position of the elevator in the elevator group management control system according to this embodiment. [0060]
In this embodiment, five users (four persons: 202(C), and one person: 203(A)) get on the elevator (3) in the elevator hall of the 1st floor. Then, it is determined that the elevator (3) is full. It is reserved (input) that the four users (202) go to the 7th floor as the destination floor, and the one user (203) goes to the 6th floor (middle floor) as the destination floor. [0061]
In this case, "UP DIRECTION FULL" is displayed in the elevator-hall display device (6) of the 1st floor to the elevator-hall display device (65) of the 5th floor. In other words, the user in the 1st floor is not able to get on the elevator (3), and the users who wait in the middle floors from the 2nd to 5th floors are not able to get on the elevator (3). Therefore, the fact that the elevator (3) is full is displayed in the elevator-hall display devices (6) to (65). [0062]
In other words, in a case where it is determined that the elevator (3) is full, an UP direction is also
displayed together with the fact that the elevator (3) is full.
[0063]
Further, the case where it is determined that the elevator is full is a case where it is determined that all the elevators moving in the UP (ascending) direction are full, and a case where it is determined that all the elevators are full before the elevators arrive at the middle floors (for example, the 2nd to 5th floors).
[0064]
In this case, a user (210) who waits on the 5th middle floor may be informed of that the elevator (3) is not available (the fact that the elevator (3) is full) before reserving (inputting) the destination floor, or when reserving (inputting) the destination floor. Therefore, a user (210(D)) can consider other options (to use stairs or an escalator), and does not forcibly wait for a long time.
[0065]
On the other hand, for example, "UP DIRECTION FULL, But 7th floor only possible to access." is displayed in the elevator-hall display device (66) in the 6th floor. In other words, in the 6th floor, a user (203) gets off from the elevator (3), and one person may get on the elevator
(3) between the 6th and 7th floors, so that the fact is displayed together.
[0066]
In other words, a floor (in this embodiment, the 6th floor) where the full state is released, and the number of persons (in this embodiment, one person) are determined with respect to the elevator (3). In a case where the destination floor (in this embodiment, the 7th floor) is input in the middle floor (in this embodiment, the 6th floor), is it determined whether there is the elevator (3) heading for the destination floor (in this embodiment, the 7th floor) input in the middle floor (in this embodiment, the 6th floor) on the basis of the floor (in this embodiment, the 6th floor) where the full state is released and the number of persons (in this embodiment, one person). [0067]
Then, in a case where the destination floor (in this embodiment, the 7th floor) is registered in the middle floor (in this embodiment, the 6th floor), that is, a case where it is determined that there is the elevator (3) responding to the destination floor (in this embodiment, the 7th floor) registered in the middle floor (in this embodiment, the 6th floor) on the basis of the floor (in this embodiment, the 6th floor) where the full state is released and the number of persons (in this embodiment, one person), an accessibility signal (but, the 7th floor only
possible to access) to the middle floor (in this embodiment, the 7th floor).
[0068]
In this case, a user (204(B)) who waits in the 6th middle floor may be informed of that the elevator (3) is accessible before the user reserves (inputs) the destination floor, and when the user reserves (inputs) the destination floor. Therefore, a user (204) can use the elevator without being forced to wait for a long time.
[0069]
In this way, the user (204) who is about to input the destination floor in the 6th middle floor may be know the fact that the elevator (3) is full from the elevator-hall display device (66) and the fact that the user may be able to go up to the 7th floor. Therefore, the user (204) can reserve (input) the destination floor through the elevator-hall destination floor registration device 56: not illustrated) of the 6th floor, and may use the elevator up the 7th floor after the user (203) gets off in the 6th floor.
[0070]
Further, the description in this embodiment has been given about the UP direction, but can be applied to the DOWN direction.
[0071]
In this way, the operation situation display system described in this embodiment includes the elevator-hall destination floor registration device which is installed in each elevator hall of each floor and includes a destination floor input device for the user to input the destination floor of the elevators (3 to 3n), and the elevator-hall display devices (6 to 6k) which display the fact in a case where it is determined that all the elevators (3 to 3n) are full. [0072]
Then, the destination floors input by the elevator-hall destination floor registration devices (5 to 5k) are input to the group management control device (2) which is installed in an elevator machine chamber (not illustrated) through the input/output control unit (13). [0073]
The destination floor reserved (input) by the elevator-hall destination floor registration devices (5 to 5k) is processed by the group management control device (2) . In other words, the elevators (3 to 3n) responding to the reserved (input) destination floor is allocated by performing the above processes in the group management control device (2). [0074]
Then, in a case where it is determined that all the elevators (3 to 3n) heading for the reserved (input) destination floor are full, the fact that all the elevators (3 to 3n) are full is displayed in the elevator-hall display devices (6 to 6k) through the input/output control unit (13). [0075]
In other words, the full state determination unit (11) determines whether all the elevators (3 to 3n) are full, and also determines the direction (the UP direction and the DOWN direction) that all the elevators head. Then, in a case where it is determined that all the elevators (3 to 3n) are full, the determined result is displayed. In a case where all the elevators (3 to 3n) are not full, the allocated elevators (3 to 3n) are displayed. [0076]
In this way, according to this embodiment, the fact that all the elevators heading for the destination floor input by the user are full is displayed before the user inputs the destination floor or before the elevator arrives at the destination floor. [0077]
For example, in this embodiment, a time taken until the user reserves (inputs) the destination floor by the elevator-hall destination floor registration device is
considered before the user gets on the elevator. In addition, in a case where all the elevators heading for the reserved (input) destination floor are full, the fact is informed to the user. Therefore, the user's
dissatisfaction may be resolved without forcing the user to wait long. [0078]
Further, the invention is not limited to the above embodiments, but various modifications may be contained. For example, the above-described embodiments of the invention have been described in detail in a clearly understandable way, and are not necessarily limited to those having all the described configurations. In addition, some of the configurations of a certain embodiment may be replaced with the configurations of the other embodiments, and the configurations of the other embodiments may also be added to the configurations of the subject embodiment.
