FIELD OF THE INVENTION The present invention provides an ophthalmic pham1aceutical composition comprising a combination of t1uoroquinolone antibacterial agent and an anti-inflammatory agent along with a cornplexing agent and water, wherein the cornposition preferably having a pH between 10 4 and 8. Further, the present invention also relates to the methods of making an ophthalmic pharmaceutical composition as described herein and using the same. 15 The present invention also provides a method of treating and/or preventing an ophthalmic condition in a patient.
