FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention generally relates to the field of fractal torsional-field
waves. The invention, particularly relates toa device for generating optical biophotonic
fractal torsional-field waves. The
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
Torsion fields are generated by the classical spin, or by the spin angular
momentum density (on a macroscopic level) of any object. The spinning of an
object sets up polarization in two spatial cones, corresponding to a left torsion
field and a right torsion field. At an atomic level, nuclear spin as well as full
atomic movements may be the source of torsion fields. This means that all
objects in nature, live or dead, generate their own torsion field. Unlike
electromagnetic and gravitation fields that have central symmetry, torsion fields
have axial symmetry. Torsion fields are also different from electromagnetic
fields in that torsion fields having an opposite spin repel each other. Torsion
fields may also propagate through physical media without interacting with the
media. Thus, torsion fields may not be shielded by most materials. However, a
propagating torsion field alters the spin state of the media it propagates through.
Since all substances have their own stereochemistry which determines not only
the location of atoms in molecules, but also determines their mutual spin
orientation, then the superposition of the torsion fields generated by the atomic
and nuclear spins of each molecule determines the intensity of the torsion field
in the space surrounding each molecule. The superposition of all these torsion
fields determines the intensity and spatial configuration of the characteristic
torsion field for that substance. Thus, each physical object, whether living or
non-living, possesses its own characteristic torsion field. Torsion fields may
also be generated by other methods in addition to the classical spin of particles.
A wide spectrum of geometric forms of substances and objects are a natural
source of torsion fields. Objects with a certain surface geometry will
simultaneously generate left and right torsion fields of a certain configuration

depending on the geometry of the object. Examples include pyramids, cones,
tridents, cylinders, and flat triangles.
As computer technology has advanced, so has the technology related to sensors.
Sensors provide the input for the computers to use in signal processing. Just as
computers are used in every aspect of our daily life, computers are also used in
evaluating structures to determine if the structures are safe, or if the structures
have defects that may impair their safety. One of the problems in evaluating
structures using sensors and computers is that not all parts of the structure are
available for inspection to determine defects. For example, a bridge may have
cables or beams that are inaccessible. Another example may be a containment
vessel at a nuclear power plant where major portions of is the vessel are buried
underground and inaccessible. A further example may be pipes buried
underground that are inaccessible. Optical and electronic mechanisms have
been developed to generate, detect, observe, track, characterize, process,
manipulate, present, and otherwise manage characteristic signals representative
of materials, properties, systems, and the like. In the world of engineering,
many principles of physics operate predictably, repeatably, and in accordance
with the plans and schemes of those harnessing those laws of physics and
engineering. Accordingly, over time, the mathematics of analysis or prediction
of the performance and behavior of physical systems has been developed to a
fine art and a reliable science. The application of mechanical and electronic
apparatus, as well as optical systems, radiation (e.g. radar, light, etc.), and sound
(e.g. ultrasonic scanning, sonar, etc.) have proven useful in monitoring many
types of systems. In the biological sciences, instrumentation has proven
extremely helpful in both diagnostics and treatments. Likewise, the field of
chemistry has benefitted from technology including much instrumentation,
including such devices as chromatographs, spectral analysis, and the like.
A number of different types of devices and method for fractal torsion-field
waves means are available in prior art. For example, the following patents are

provided for their supportive teachings and are all incorporated by reference:
Prior art document, US6548752 discloses a device for generating a torsion field
having a salt solution disposed in a first chamber, a torsion field generator for
producing a right torsion field, and a magnetic element. The magnetic element
rotates in response to a change in magnetic polarity. The torsion field generator
is operably associated with the magnetic element. However, this prior art
document does not appear to disclose optical bio-photonic fractal torsion-field
waves.
Another prior art document, US20110228640 discloses a level measurement
system suitable for use in a high temperature and pressure environment to
measure the level of coolant fluid within the environment, the system including
a volume of coolant fluid located in a coolant region of the high temperature
and pressure environment and having a level therein; an ultrasonic waveguide
blade that is positioned within the desired coolant region of the high
temperature and pressure environment; a magnetostrictive electrical assembly
located within the high temperature and pressure environment and configured to
operate in the environment and cooperate with the waveguide blade. However,
this prior art document does not appear to disclose optical bio-photonic fractal
torsion-field waves.
Yet another prior art document, US7821258 discloses method and system for
generating and receiving torsional guided waves in a structure. A method is
shown for magnetostrictive testing of structures using magnetostrictive
techniques. A torsional guided wave is generated in the structure either directly,
or through a magnetostrictive strip dry coupled or bonded to the structure. A
permanent magnetic field is created by either permanent magnets or DC current
for a permanent bias in a bias direction in the magnetostrictive strip and/or
structure. However, this prior art document does not appear to disclose optical
bio-photonic fractal torsion-field waves.

Yet another prior art document, US7365839 discloses a method, apparatus, and
set of compositions are disclosed for calibrating a bio-photonic scanner. The
scanner detects selected molecular structures of tissues, nondestructively, in
vivo. The apparatus may include a computer, including processor and memory
connecting to the scanner, including an illuminator to direct light
nondestructively onto tissue in vivo, a detector to detect an intensity of a radiant
response of the tissue to the light, and a probe to direct light onto the subject
and receive a radiant response back into the detector.
Yet another non-patent literature prior art document discusses cold fusion, tesla,
scalar wave, torsion field, "free energy", zeropoint energy extraction. The
research article to reviews the technology data generally described as
"pathological science", or "controversial" by comparing mainstream version of
data, and "discredited" version of data. With this process, each person's unique
judgement is applied to decide and formulate own opinion, independently from
what is found by author of this report or other researchers of "mainstream or
fringe" orientation (see:

Yet another non-patent literature prior art document discusses attempts to detect
the torsion field nature of scalar wave generated by dual tesla coil system.
Scalar wave was found and used at first by Nikola Tesla in his wireless energy
transmission experiment. Prof. K. Meyl extended the Maxwell equation and
found the lost scalar wave part. The scalar wave theory proposed by Prof. K.
Meyl indicates that the torsion field is the nature of scalar wave. This research
article attempts to detect the torsion field nature of scalar wave generated by the
dual Tesla coil system, using the torsion balance consisting of a wooden frame.
The result is positive and two kinds of torsion field including left-handed and
right-handed are detected in dual Tesla coil system (see:

However, above mentioned references and many other similar references has
one or more of the following shortcomings: (a) Only discloses a generation of
torsion field; (b) artificial devices; (c) harmful electromagnetic radiations are
involve in detecting or treating the human beings; and (d) physical contacts are
require.
The present application addresses the above mentioned concerns and short
comings with regard to providinga device for generating optical bio-photonic
fractal torsional-field waves.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
In the view of the foregoing disadvantages inherent in the known devices and
method for fractal torsion-field waves now present in the prior art, the present
invention provides a novel device for generating optical bio-photonic fractal
torsional-field waves. As such, the general purpose of the present invention,
which will be described subsequently in greater detail, is to provide a new and
improved device for generating optical bio-photonic fractal torsional-field
waves and method thereof which has all the advantages of the prior art and none
of the disadvantages.
An object of the invention is to provide a device for generating optical biophotonic
fractal torsional-field waves.
It is another object of the invention is to provide the device, wherein said
optical bio-photonic fractal torsion-field waves fractal & spherical-longitudinal
in nature.

It is another object of the invention is to provide the device, wherein said device
is used to deliver the optical bio-photonic fractal torsional-field waves either on
to a plurality of living organism or on to non-living things.
It is another objet of the invention is to provide a process of delivering optical
bio-photonic fractal torsional-field waves on to said plurality of living organism
or on to non-living things by using said device.
It is another object of the invention is to provide a system for generating and
delivering optical bio-photonic fractal torsional-field waves to a living organism
or non-living things.
It is another object of the invention is to provide the device, wherein said device
is used to deliver beneficial effects, such as anti-microbial, anti-pathogenic
effects, the cell health restoration, cell repair, cell regeneration, and pain relief
effects, on the living organism.
It is another object of the invention is to provide the device, wherein said device
uses Extreme Low Frequencies (ELF) modulation with Ultra High Frequencies
(UHF) for producing said optical bio-photonic fractal torsional-field waves.
It is another object of the invention is to provide a process of delivering optical
bio-photonic fractal torsional-field waves on to a living organism, said process
comprises the following steps: (a) generating optical bio-photonic fractal
torsional-field waves by a device; wherein said device is configured to use
Extreme Low Frequencies (ELF) modulation with Ultra High Frequencies
(UHF); and (b) making contacts of said living organism with the optical biophotonic
fractal torsional-field waves.
It is another object of the invention is to provide the process, wherein said
process is used to deliver beneficial effects, such as anti-microbial, anti8
pathogenic effects, the cell health restoration, cell repair, cell regeneration, and
pain relief effects, on the living organism.
It is another object of the invention is to provide the device, the system or the
process, wherein said living organism comprises animals, humans, and plants.
In this respect, before explaining at least one embodiment of the invention in
detail, it is to be understood that the invention is not limited in its application to
the details of construction and to the arrangements of the components set forth
in the following description or illustrated in the drawings. The invention is
capable of other embodiments and of being practiced and carried out in various
ways. Also, it is to be understood that the phraseology and terminology
employed herein are for the purpose of description and should not be regarded
as limiting.
These together with other objects of the invention, along with the various
features of novelty which characterize the invention, are pointed out with
particularity in the disclosure. For a better understanding of the invention, its
operating advantages and the specific objects attained by its uses, reference
should be had to the accompanying drawings and descriptive matter in which
there are illustrated preferred embodiments of the invention.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
In the following detailed description, reference is made to the accompanying
drawings which form a part hereof, and in which is shown by way of illustration
specific embodiments in which the invention may be practiced. These
embodiments are described in sufficient detail to enable those skilled in the art
to practice the invention, and it is to be understood that the embodiments may
be combined, or that other embodiments may be utilized and that structural and
logical changes may be made without departing from the spirit and scope of the
present invention. The following detailed description is, therefore, not to be
taken in a limiting sense, and the scope of the present invention is defined by
the appended claims and their equivalents.
The present day health and sanitation is a big challenge to the human society
due to the extensively high strata of pollution both organic and inorganic.
Sanitation on one side is a challenge while health resration and revival is also a
giant task to maintain on the other hand yet both these aspects for plants,
animals and human beings are inter-related and inter-dependent.
As we all know that microbial and pathogenic threats are taking on as high risk
strata for both living and non-living things in our day to day life both in
domestic and industrial levels. We need chemical based products for dealing
with this threat at domestic and industrial levels such as cleaning and sterilizing
our edible products and ourselves such as in food and medical institutions for
health and safety. These chemical based products no matter herbal based
organic or purely inorganic, both have their own side effects as they are in their
nature anti-microbial and anti-pathogenic. So these have their own limitations
and great side effects both short and long term on our health. For plants, the use

of insecticide and pesticides is a real devastating thing affecting human health
directly nowadays. Sanitation products chemical based are themselves highly
toxic in nature either for cleaning the articles and utensils or used for hands as
handwash. Handwash kills bacteria but same gets absorbed by hands and then
to food and penetrates our own system thereby creating a larger havoc to our
health.
The entire environment is so much chemicalized by pollution and then even
more chemicalized through other harmful chemicals which are now a real giant
invisible threat to life on our planet. Many bacteria and other types of pathogens
get easily resistant to various chemical methods which are used to eliminate
them.
The Use of Ultra-Violet ray(UV) based application is useful in not kiiling the
bacteria rather stunning it for only 48 hrs precisely wherein it can only be used
for non-living things for micro-sanitation and cleansing while UV cannot be
ever used for edible products both cooked and raw as it has its own side effect
of creating carsogenic effects which leads to cancer and other problems.
Specially for human and plants, UV is highly dangerous as it can cause direct
cancer wherever it is made to fall on the exposed area.
So either these existing methods for the above discussed problem are chemical
based or they are based on the extremely harmful ‘Electromagnetic’ systems
and both are highly dangerous for plant and human life.
Thus, there has to be an alternative and a very safe method which is nonchemical
or any other physical matter involved and also on the other hand
involves material science of physics and electronics to deliver a high end
technology but purely natural in its real nature and true essence just as the
cosmic nature of our universe and planet within it has on its own and free from
any side effects.

The present invention is relates to provide a device for generating optical biophotonic
fractal torsional-field waves. Further, a system for generating and
delivering optical bio-photonic fractal torsional-field waves to a living organism
or non-living things is also disclosed. Sun rays are an explicit example of such
kind which has no chemical base or any electromagnetic side effect. Rather the
Sun rays are purley natural, non-electromagnetic, without any physical mass or
matter, Bio-Photonic in their pattern of existence and specially Fractal
Torsional-Field waves in real nature of their own existence and propagation.
They get absorbed by biological cells both in plants and other living organisms
and leave an absolute anti-microbial and anti-pathogenic effect along with the
repair, rejenuvation and regeneration of the biological cells till the DNA level.
Such a unique system is required now as the need of the time in the present day
scenario for health and sanitation in our lives both for domestic as well as
industrial purpose and use.
Example 1:
Fig.1 depicts a system for generating and delivering optical bio-photonic
fractal torsional-field waves to a living organism or non-living things
according to one of the preferred embodiment of the present invention. The
system 100 of the present invention comprises a device 101 for generating and
delivering optical bio-photonic fractal torsional-field waves. The device 101
uses Extreme Low Frequencies (ELF) modulation with Ultra High
Frequencies (UHF) for producing said optical bio-photonic fractal torsionalfield
waves. The generated optical bio-photonic fractal torsional-field waves
are coming in contact with the living organisms 102A, 102B and/or non-living
things 102C. The optical bio-photonic fractal torsional-field waves are used to
deliver beneficial effects, such as anti-microbial, anti-pathogenic effects, the
cell health restoration, cell repair, cell regeneration, and pain relief effects, on
the living organism.

A process of delivering optical bio-photonic fractal torsional-field waves on to
a living organism, said process comprises the following steps: (a) generating
optical bio-photonic fractal torsional-field waves by a device101; wherein said
device is configured to use Extreme Low Frequencies (ELF) modulation with
Ultra High Frequencies (UHF); and (b) making contacts of said living
organism102A, 102B with the optical bio-photonic fractal torsional-field
waves.This process is very simple. The device has to be plugged in to the
electric current and it starts generating optical bio-photonic fractal torsionalfield
waves.
Application of the “optical bio-photonic fractal torsional-field waves” for antimicrobial,
anti-pathogenic effects with cell health restoration (both in plants &
humans) and pain relief effects in human body. The application of above
mentioned waves has an anti-microbial & anti-pathogenic effect along with a
deep, both short & long term high intensity impact and effects on the
biological cell health restoration, repair & rejuvenation till DNA levels in
various cases.
Hence delivering an absolutely reviving effect for all living organisms like
plants, animals and as well as humans thereby having its vast area of
application from household to industrial, home, kitchen, toilets, edible
products like fruits, vegetables along with other food items cooked as well as
raw, basic house hold and industrial sanitation, body sanitation without any
side effects, wound sanitation, and many other various aspects pertaining to

Non-Toxic & Non-Electromagnetic (as of its output quality), hence purely

Further that the researches have shown in past that the Bio-Photons are the
quanta of luminescence or light emitted by the living cells from plants,
animals and humans. This is also illustrated vastly and very well in the ancient
Vedas and other Sanskrit literature of India wherein Yoga and Tantra schools
of thought and philosophy has been using this ‘Bio-Photonic Emission’
concept practically in the form of the ‘Chakras’ and ‘Nadis or Meridians’ as in
the ‘Aura’ of Humans and in general ‘Aura’ of plants and animals too, for
thousands of years since the dawn of Vedic Civilization in India.
Since the living cells in all living beings like plants, animals and humans, emit
bio-photons which are receptive to the fractal torsional-field waves themselves
and also that the DNA in humans is also itself a bio-photonic fractal torsionalfield
wave resonator which uses extreme low frequencies (ELF) modulation
with ultra high frequencies (UHF), hence the application of my process which
incorporates the ‘optical bio-photonic fractal torsional-field waves’ is the best
process which can in-tune to the living biological cells in plants, animals and
humans for anti-microbial, anti pathogenic effects as well as the cell health
restoration, repair, regeneration & pain relief effects.
Infact all living biological cells are receptive to all kind of waves like
electromagnetic, electrical, magnetic and gravitational wherein
electromagnetic waves are extremely harmful while the waves mentioned in
the process of this patent application .i.e. ‘The Optical Bio-Photonic Fractal
Torsional-Field Waves’ are absolutely safe for the living biological cells for
the very reason that these waves are purely natural in their real nature and true
essence and these also are intue and correspond to the same kind of waves
emitted by the living biological cells in nature.

This present application has a deep routed and both long-term as well as shortterm
effects on the biological cells as in both plant cells and human cells. A
healthy human cell has an average cell-voltage of 70-90 milli Volts. Whenever
this cell voltage dropped below this average value then the following tissues
and organs fall to be diseased and prone to microbial and pathogenic attack
and infection. Cancer cells are of the range of 15 milli Volts.
The ‘optical bio-photonic fractal torsional-field waves’ (also which are like
sun rays in their nature and essence) have an explicit and deep routed effects
on microbes and pathogens whereby nullifying there influence and impact on
the biological cells both in plants and humans thereby resulting in an absolute
anti-microbial, anti-pathogenic effects. this also results in the enhancing and
increasing the cell voltage of the affected cells to the required optimum
healthy range of 70-90 milli volts thereby resulting and pertaining to the cell
health restoration (both in plants & humans).
In humans it also has a unique impact such as pain relief effects in human
body as they deliver an anti-inflamatory effect too. These effects and impacts
are due to the non-physical, non-electromagnetic, non-local(beyond relative
space-time framework or line of sight effect or faster than light effect
propagation), non-linear, fractal nature of the ‘optical bio-photonic torsionalfield
waves’ which exists beyond the relative space-time and does not travel in
a linear direction rather fills the environment it propagates into, wherein it
generates a unique effect of influencing the environment of its propagation
with the information it carries through the domain of time into space as it is
capable of carrying samples and sets of various information from source to the
target.
Also that these have super-luminary effects similar to neutrinos and these are

even capable of multiplying their power as they pass over with time. The
waves can even penetrate through the solid objects and are unobstructed by
faraday cage which any electromagnetic wave is absolutely incapable in doing
so.
This application has a splendid and explicit advantage over other systems in
such a way that it is absolutely and purely non-physical and non-invasive, nontoxic
& non-electromagnetic (as of its output quality), hence purely natural in
its real nature and true essence, for any biological application so far.
It is to be understood that the above description is intended to be illustrative,
and not restrictive. For example, the above-discussed embodiments may be used
in combination with each other. Many other embodiments will be apparent to
those of skill in the art upon reviewing the above description.
The benefits and advantages which may be provided by the present invention
have been described above with regard to specific embodiments. These benefits
and advantages, and any elements or limitations that may cause them to occur
or to become more pronounced are not to be construed as critical, required, or
essential features of any or all of the embodiments.
While the present invention has been described with reference to particular
embodiments, it should be understood that the embodiments are illustrative and
that the scope of the invention is not limited to these embodiments. Many
variations, modifications, additions and improvements to the embodiments
described above are possible. It is contemplated that these variations,
modifications, additions and improvements fall within the scope of the
invention.

CLAIMS
I claim:
1. A device for generating optical bio-photonic fractal torsional-field waves.
2. The device as claimed in claim 1, wherein said optical bio-photonic fractal
torsion-field waves fractal & spherical-longitudinal in nature.
3. The device as claimed in claim 1, wherein said device is used to deliver the
optical bio-photonic fractal torsional-field waves either on to a plurality of
living organism or on to non-living things.
4. A process of delivering optical bio-photonic fractal torsional-field waves on
to said plurality of living organism or on to non-living things by using said
device of claim 1.
5. The device as claimed in claim 1, wherein said device is used to deliver
beneficial effects, such as anti-microbial, anti-pathogenic effects, the cell
health restoration, cell repair, cell regeneration, and pain relief effects, on
the living organism.
6. The device as claimed in claim 1, wherein said device uses Extreme Low
Frequencies (ELF) modulation with Ultra High Frequencies (UHF) for
producing said optical bio-photonic fractal torsional-field waves.
7. A system for generating and delivering optical bio-photonic fractal
torsional-field waves to a living organism or non-living things.
8. A process of delivering optical bio-photonic fractal torsional-field waves on
to a living organism, said process comprises the following steps:

(i) Generating optical bio-photonic fractal torsional-field waves by a
device; wherein said device is configured to use Extreme Low
Frequencies (ELF) modulation with Ultra High Frequencies (UHF);
and
(ii) Making contacts of said living organism with the optical biophotonic
fractal torsional-field waves.
9. The process as claimed in claim 8, wherein said process is used to deliver
beneficial effects, such as anti-microbial, anti-pathogenic effects, the cell
health restoration, cell repair, cell regeneration, and pain relief effects, on
the living organism.
10. The device, system and process as claimed in any of the preceding claims,
wherein said living organism comprises animals, humans, and plants.
