Abstract: This optical distance measurement device (100, 100a) comprises: a splitting unit (103) that splits laser light to output the same as measurement light and reference light; a measurement light splitting unit (104) that splits the measurement light to output the same as first measurement light and second measurement light; a reference light splitting unit (105) that splits the reference light to output the same as first reference light and second reference light; a first optical system (131) that has a first Rayleigh length and is for irradiating a target (20) with the first measurement light; a second optical system (132) that has a second Rayleigh length different from the first Rayleigh length and is for irradiating the target 20 with the second measurement light; a first reception unit (141) that receives the first reference light and first reflected light, which is the first measurement light having been reflected by the target 20, and outputs a first reception signal representing the first reference light and the first reflected light; and a second reception unit (142) that receives the second reference light and second reflected light, which is the second measurement light having been reflected by the target 20, and outputs a second reception signal representing the second reference light and the second reflected light.
