Abstract: This optical distance measurement device (101) comprises: an optical path length calculation unit (15) which calculates a first optical path length from a light-emitting surface of a first optical system to a reflection surface of an object (107) to be measured, on the basis of reference light branched off by a branching unit (3) and first reflected light received by the first optical system (6), and calculates a second optical path length from a light-emitting surface of a second optical system (7) to a reflection surface of a reflection unit (8), on the basis of reference light branched off by the branching unit (3) and second reflected light received by the second optical system (7) from the reflection unit (8); and a distance calculation unit (16) which calculates the refractive index of a space (108) on the basis of the second optical path length measured by the optical path length calculation unit (15), and calculates the distance from the light-emitting surface of the first optical system (6) to the reflection surface of the object (107) to be measured, on the basis of said refractive index and the first optical path length measured by the optical path length calculation unit (15).
