Abstract: The present invention relates to pharmaceutical composition for oral administration comprising sertraline or pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof, having a particle size of d90 ranging from about 20 um to about 40 um and d50 ranging from about 5 um to about 15 um, wherein the comosition is bioequivalent to a reference composition ; and process for preparation thereof.
