“Oral Fast Disintegrating Tablet”

Abstract: By compression-molding a mixed powder of a useful bacterium, crystalline cellulose/light anhydrous silicic acid (an excipient that is produced by mixing crystalline cellulose and a small amount of light anhydrous silicic acid in the slurry form and then by spray-drying it) and a starch-containing saccharide (a starch powder, a granulated starch, a granulated mixture of starch and lactose) in the dry form to obtain a tablet with a tablet hardness of about 30N-EON, a moisture content of 3.2% by weight or less, an oral fast—disintegrating tablet of a useful bacterium such as a Bifidobacterium or a lactic acid bacterium having a high stability in tablet making and storage stability can be obtained.
