Overhead Cable Jointer

Abstract: Whenever consumer wants an electricity connection then a long stair is required for getting connection through pole which is not readily available. So the electrician form the electricity department takes connection from the cable which already connected to the main electricity cables and maximum connections are taken from that cable which causes load imbalance in transformers. This invention helps in solving this problem. This invention includes a main gear which is body of the invention and rotates around the cable, a cable holding stud which holds the wire for making the joint and the place for handle which helps to customize height according to requirement. It runs on four 12 volts motors and is connected with a battery. It rotates around the cable and tightens the wire to the cable which makes a proper connection from the cables of the pole of electricity to the house. When it is switched on it makes a turn around the cable and stop to make it easier to take out after work is over. Electricians have to bind the wire first to the cable holding stud according to the requirement of the rounds he want to make on the main cable. So he can take connection form R, Y, B any phase. This will help in reducing the load imbalance on the transformer.

Claims:I CLAIM:
1. A mechanism which helps in making connection on overhead electricity cables, WHEREIN the same consists of:
- Plurality of main gear box with 4 D.C. motors and 4 side gear;
- Plurality of cable holding stud, limit switch present on the main gear which rotates to make connection on the overhead cable;
- All components works on DC supply,
and WHEREIN the same is used to make connection on the overhead electricity cables.
2. The system as claimed in claim 1 WHEREIN in normally OFF condition:
- A main gear which is body of the invention and rotates around the cable, a cable holding stud which holds the wire for making the joint and the place for handle which helps to customize height according to requirement. It runs on four 12 volts motors and is connected with a battery.
3. The system as claimed in claim 1 WHEREIN the mechanism of use consists of following steps:
- It rotates around the cable and tightens the wire to the cable which makes a proper connection from the cables of the pole of electricity to the house;
- When it is switched on it makes a turn around the cable and stop to make it easier to take out after work is over;
- Electricians have to bind the wire first to the cable holding stud according to the requirement of the rounds he want to make on the main cable;
- So he can take connection form R, Y, B any phase. This will help in reducing the load imbalance on the transformer.

Description:FIELD OF INVENTION
The present invention relates to the field of electricity and maintenance. More specifically the present invention is directed towards making the electricity connection to main cable easier and safer for electricians.
BACKGROUND OF INVENTION
Transmission and distribution refers to the different stages of carrying electricity over poles and wires from generators to a home or a business. The primary distinction between the two is the voltage level at which electricity moves in each stage. After electricity has been generated, a system of electrical wires carries the electricity from the source of generation to our homes and businesses. These lines can be found overhead or sometimes in the ground, and, combined, transmission and distribution lines make up what is commonly called “the grid.” Transmission and distribution are two separate stages or systems on the grid. Transmission is the “interstate highway” of electricity delivery. It refers to the part of electricity delivery that moves bulk electricity from the generation sites over long distances to substations closer to areas of demand for electricity. Consumers may recognize transmission lines as the larger, taller poles/towers carrying many wires over longer distances. Transmission lines move large amounts of power at a high voltage level – a level that is too much to be delivered directly to a home or business. Transmission lines, transformers, substations and other equipment have voltages of 100 kV (100,000 volts) and above.
In most cases, the power moving through the transmission system must be reduced to lower voltage levels by electricity distributors before it can be delivered to a residence or business. Power, specifically the voltage level, sent through transmission lines is reduced, or ”stepped down,” via transformers and sent through distribution lines, which are then connected to homes and businesses. If transmission is the interstate highway of the grid, distribution is the city street. It is the last leg of the delivery of electrical power from generation to the consumer. Power travels on the distribution system at a voltage level that can be delivered directly to a home or business. Distribution lines are the lines many people see along streets. Distribution is the power that turns on and runs the appliances we use every day to keep our food fresh, our clothes clean and our homes either cool or warm. The voltage of distribution lines – the lines many people see in their neighborhoods – is approximately 13 kV (13,000 volts); a typical household runs on 110 volts.
When anybody need electricity connection so the electricity department sends electrician which makes the connection of electricity from pole to house but the problem is that the main cable of electricity are at pretty good height so the electrician need a stair to make connection but stairs are not readily available so the electrician takes connection from the old point which was used for another house which is a working solution but this can make load imbalance in transformer, also this is the reason for most of the short circuit cause in the ma cables or transformer burning.

INNOVATIVE SOLUTION PROPOSED BY INVENTOR
The present invention is developed to make the electricity connection easier and portable for electricians. An effective and simple method and mechanism is use in this invention and it is also very cost effective. This invention includes a main gear which is body of the invention and rotates around the cable, a cable holding stud which holds the wire for making the joint and the place for handle which helps to customize height according to requirement. It runs on 4 12 volts motors and is connected with a battery. It rotates around the cable and tightens the wire to the cable which makes a proper connection from the cables of the pole of electricity to the house. When it is switched on it makes a turn around the cable and stop to make it easier to take out after work is over. Electricians have to bind the wire first to the cable holding stud according to the requirement of the rounds he want to make on the main cable. So he can take connection form R, Y, B any phase. OBJECTS OF THE PRESENT INVENTION
1. The primary objective of the invention is to make the electricity connection easier and portable for electricians
2. Another objective of the invention is reduce the load imbalance caused in transformer due to many connections from one point.

It runs on 4 12 volts motors and is connected with a battery. It rotates around the cable and tighten the wire to the cable which makes a proper connection from the cables of the pole of electricity to the house. PROBLEMS TO BE SOLVED BY INVENTION

DESCRPTION OF THE DRAWINGS
Figure 1 refers to the circuit diagram of the invention which includes a Big gear, 4 motor, small gears 4 side and cut for wire which helps to rotate around the overhead cables.
Figure 2 refers to the parts and use of invention it shows how machine will rotate around the overhead cable and make a joint for new electricity connection and it also shows where to bind there wire on the machine and it has a limit switch which stops the rotator after every round so that it is easier to take machine out after the connection is established.
Figure 3 refers to the main gear of the machine it includes cable holding stud to which a wire is to be bind and which than rotates around the cable it unbind the wire from the stud and bind it over the cable. It has a limit switch which stops the rotator after every round so that it is easier to take machine out after the connection is established.
Figure 4 refers to the side look of the invention demonstrating the use of the cable holding stud which rotates around the cable and make connection. It also shows how the main gear is working on the cable.
Figure 5 refers to the demonstration of the use of machine by an electrician as it shows electrician holding the machine with a stick and inserting in the overhead cable which helps him to make connection without the use of any stairs. The machine allows him to make connection from any R, Y, and B phase of the overhead cable.
