Overhead Travelling Cleaning System

Abstract: An overhead traveling cleaning system for textile yarn (100) is disclosed. The system (100) includes an inlet pipe (102) comprising one or more adjustable inlet nozzles (104), which are positioned at different heights. The system (100) includes a movable duct unit (106) attached with the inlet pipe (102). The movable duct unit (106) includes a suction mechanism (108) configured to suck air through the one or more inlet nozzles (104) of the inlet pipe (102), wherein the sucked air comprises debris particles. The movable duct unit (106) also includes a filter mesh (110) detachably positioned between the suction mechanism (108) and the inlet pipe (102) at a predetermined angle. The filter mesh (110) includes a polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) coating layer and is configured to filter the debris particles from the sucked air. FIG. 3
