Oxygen Generation Using Powerful Magnetic Fields Coupled With Zeolite Mixture

Abstract: In this invention ultra high quantities of oxygen can be produced from the air passed through special formulation of different zeolite mixtures. Initially zeolite mixture absorbs all other gases present in air including nitrogen, carbon dioxide, nitrous oxides etc before entering into a chamber which is placed under the influence of highly powerful rare earth magnets. This external alternating magnetic field will influence the para magnetic nature of oxygen molecules to separate from the trace impurities and produces the high purity concentrated oxygen. For higher yields of oxygen, the oxygen liberated through electrolysis of water will be used instead of air in the same method.

Summary:

In this method of invention, zeolite mixtures are used as molecular sieves to trap major constituents of air like nitrogen, carbon dioxide, molecular water as moisture before treating for concentration of oxygen obtained as yeild gas. In primary treatment, air is moderately washed by passing through sprinklers where particulate water solubles impurities can be seperated out and the resultant air is moderately heated between 45 to 50 degrees to remove the humidity before passing through series of various zeolite molecular seive chambers.

The uniqueness of proposed invention is the oxygen gas which is mixed with very low quantities of impure gases will be sent into a chamber, which is subjected to external magnetic field and pulsed electric field, which are placed perpendicular with each other. The chamber is provided with an outlet where super magnets made up of neodymium permanent magnets doped with rare earth elements nano particles like Samarium, lanthenium, Erbium etc due to the para magnetic nature of molecular oxygen which undergo severe stress in alternating magnetic and electrical fields induced outside the chambers, tends to get attracted towards super magnet, leaving aside other impure gases. By arranging highly sensitive oxygen concentration sensors in the flow of propelled oxygen, using a vaccum pump, oxygen will be seperated out into another chamber. Impurity gases remain un attracted or effected and can be isolated.

4. Description

Oxygen concentration from atmospheric air or electrolysis of water is a tedious method which is under practice. Usually the atmospheric air is passed through s mixture bed which tend to absorb only two air constituents, but not all the unwanted at a time. In such conditions, it is very difficult to eliminate out all the trace gasses other that oxygen. But in many applications like medicine, the presence of traces of non-oxygen gasses is un-affordable.

The present invention is a method which is addressing all the above problems to provide ultra-pure oxygen gas generation.

Background of invention

Oxygen Generators apply an optimized process for the separation of the oxygen in air from the other gases. An Oxygen Generator contains a series of modules of vessels which is filled with an appropriate zeolite molecular combination. Oxygen Generators are able to produce oxygen at very stable purities between 98.5 - 99% as compared to traditional systems that can produce oxygen upto 95 % only.
Atmospheric air contains 76% of nitrogen, 22% of oxygen, 1.2% of carbon-di-oxide, 0.4% of hydrogen and other impurities.
The first stage is a heating chamber that maintains atmospheric air at a temperature between 45 - 50 degrees to eliminate moisture.
The second stage of the vesel contains carbondioxide obsorbing zeolite.
The third stage contains the nitrogen absorbing zeolite.
The fourth stage contains moisture absorbing zeolite or silicagel which eliminates moisture completely.
The last stage contains Neodynamic magnets doped with samarium and lanthanum like rare earth elements, radio frequency. This stage eliminates carbonmonoxide and any other impurities and the output contains pure oxygen.

6. Brief Description of drawings:

1. Non return valve

2. Carbon dioxide absorbing zeolite cylinder

3. Nitrogen absorbing zeolite cylinder

4. Moisture absorbing zeolite cylinder

5. Neo-dynamic magnets doped with samarium and lanthanum

6. Carbon monoxide outlet

7. Other impurities outlet i
