The following specification particularly describes the nature of this invention and the manner in which it is to be performed.
Field of Invention:
The proposed invention relates to an apparel cleaning system. In particular the proposed invention relates to a cleaning system for apparel such as lingerie to reduce eliminate harmful germs like bacteria/virus etc.
Background of Invention:
Apparel cleaning is very essential from the hygiene perspective. In particular hygiene level of lingerie is very important due to the sensitive body areas where they are worn. When lingerie or garments are manufactured in factories using various manufacturing process they are exposed various odors, bacteria and other germs impurities which remain in Lingerie/garment which may result in various types' infection and allergic reactions. Thus, it is very important to render the lingerie/garment bacteria free before wearing them again. To avoid this problem many people prefer washing their garments thoroughly before wearing them but this not always possible in different types of garments since aggressive washing can take away the softness of the cloth and other artwork that is stitched on the lingerie/garment.
Furthermore, water cleaning is laborious and hazardous to the environment due to the use of water and chemicals. Further, water washing may rumple or rip the lingerie/garment.
Thus, there is a need to come up with an invention, which would solve the above mentioned problems and insure that readymade Lingerie /garment are free from bacteria/virus and other types of germs.
Objects of Invention:
The main object of the invention is to provide an apparel cleaning system especially apparel like lingerie to render them bacteria/virus free and thus hygiene.
Another, object of the invention is to provide an apparel cleaning system especially apparel like lingerie without rumpling the lingerie.
Another, object of the invention is to provide an apparel cleaning system especially apparel like lingerie without ripping the lingerie.
Detail description of Invention:
An apparel cleaning system for apparels such as lingerie to render them bacteria/virus free cleans and disinfects the apparels by treating them in a confined ozone environment.
Ozone or tri oxygen is an inorganic molecule with the chemical formula 03. it is a pale blue gas with a distinctively pungent smell. It's is allotrope of oxygen
That is much less stable than the stable diatomic allotrope oxygen or 02.
Ozone/03 has a very oxidizing potential which means that it quickly oxidizes the bacteria/virus/germs etc with extra oxygen atom to return to it stable form of oxygen02.
The proposed apparel cleaning system mainly comprises of: a disinfection cabinet for keeping apparels to be cleaned, means for ozone supply and means for ozone circulation in every part of the cabinet. In the proposed invention, the said apparels are kept in the disinfection cabinet and flow of ozone having three molecules from the air is supplied to the apparels via means for ozone supply and the means for ozone circulation facilitates the proper cleaning of apparels in each part of apparels rendering the apparels bacteria/virus free. .
Further, the proposed apparel cleaning system facilitates cleaning without rumpling or ripping the lingerie.
The cabinet further comprises a means for stopping ozone supply and a means for ozone controller.
The flow of ozone supply from means for ozone supply to the disinfection cabinet is stopped by means for stopping ozone supply as per requirement.
The concentration of the ozone in the disinfection cabinet is measured and controlled by means of controller.
The present apparel cleaning system is provided with operating button for turning ON and OFF the system and to further resume the entire system.
After cleaning, apparels can be taken out.
The present apparel cleaning system is easy to clean and easy to operate.
The present apparel cleaning system thus provides an apparel cleaning system especially apparel like lingerie to render them bacteria/ bacteria/virus free and thus hygiene.
The present apparel cleaning system thus provides an apparel cleaning system especially apparel like lingerie without rumpling the lingerie.
The present apparel cleaning system thus provides an apparel cleaning system especially apparel like lingerie without ripping the lingerie.
Working of the Invention:
Apparels in particularly, lingerie to be cleaned are kept in the disinfection cabinet. The present apparel cleaning system is then turned ON. The means for ozone supply then starts supplying flow of ozone having three molecules from the air to the apparels inside the disinfection cabinet. The means for ozone circulation facilitates the proper cleaning of apparels in each part of apparels rendering the apparels bacteria free. The means for ozone controller keeps measuring and controlling the concentration of the ozone inside the disinfection cabinet as per requirement and the means for stopping ozone supply stops the flow of the ozone from means for ozone supply to the disinfection cabinet as per requirement. On cleaning of all apparels kept inside the disinfection cabinet the present system is turned OFF. After cleaning apparels are taken out and such apparels are now bacteriaA/irus free.
CLAIMS:
1. An apparel cleaning system mainly comprises of: a disinfection cabinet for keeping apparels to be cleaned, a means for ozone supply for supplying flow of ozone having three molecules from the air to the disinfection cabinet and a means for ozone circulation in every part of the cabinet for providing proper cleaning of apparels in each part of apparels rendering the apparels bacteria free.
2. An apparel cleaning system as claimed in claim 1, whereby cabinet further comprises a means for stopping ozone supply and a means for ozone controller.
3: An apparel cleaning system as claimed in claims 1 and 2, whereby the means for stopping ozone supply stops the flow of ozone supply from means for ozone supply to the disinfection cabinet as per requirement.
4. An apparel cleaning system as claimed in claims 1 and 2, whereby the means of controller measures and controls the concentration of the ozone in the disinfection cabinet as per requirement.
5. An apparel cleaning system as claimed in claim 1, is provided with operating button for turning ON and OFF the system and to further resume the entire system.
