Field of the Invention
This invention relates to a paddy grain harvester and in particular, this
invention relates to a paddy grain harvester which can separate grains and husk
(also the remains part of crops) in different tanks during harvesting of crops
into the fields. More particularly, this present invention relates to the paddy
grain harvester in which after cutting crops having griped with fan and chain
coming into the conveyer belt and the crops reached into the mouth of
thresher. Furthermore, this invention also relates to a paddy grain harvester
which provides a more pleasant life, convenience, and stability. This invention
also relates to a paddy grain harvester which has the beneficial effects of
having high efficiency, saving manpower cost, reducing labor intensity, and
having safety and reliability in production.
Background of the invention and the related Prior Art
It is already known, in combine harvesters in which the operator's station is adjacent a
wall of the combine's grain tank, to provide a flap or door hinged along its top edge,
permitting the operator to reach into the grain tank to obtain a sample of grain. However,
this arrangement permits sampling only when the level of grain in the tank is at or above
levels reachable by the operator. In addition, use of a simple access flap of this type
requires that it be open for a significant length of time which, when used with operator
enclosure atmosphere conditioning equipment involving pressurizing of the enclosure,
results in an undesirable loss of air and pressure and the possibility of dust and debris
entering the enclosure.
The patent document US4663978 states that in a self-propelled combine harvester, a
grain sampling device is inserted in an opening in the common wall structure shared by
the rear of the operator enclosure and the front of the grain tank. In the opening, a prism
shaped receiving cup rocks about its bottom edge between a closed position in which the
cup extends into the tank and the wall opening is sealed; an intermediate position in
which grain is collected in the cup; and a third position in which the opening is again
sealed and the cup extends into the operator enclosure, permitting extraction of the grain
sample from the cup. A chute diverts a portion of the delivery of grain from the clean
grain elevator to the sampling cup so that grain may be sampled at all states of filling of
the grain tank.
The other document US2014080554 discloses a combine harvester comprises a
transverse threshing unit arranged to receive and thresh a crop stream. Separating
apparatus are located downstream and rearward of the threshing unit and arranged to
receive the threshed crop stream and convey in a rearward direction. Both the threshing
unit and separating apparatus comprise respective grates for allowing grain and chaff to
fall under gravity onto an underlying thresher pan and separator pan respectively. The
thresher pan is driven in an oscillating manner to convey a primary grain/chaff stream
rearwardly to a rear edge from where the primary grain/chaff stream fails under gravity
into a cleaning unit. The separator pan is also driven in an oscillating manner to convey a
secondary grain/chaff stream forward Iy to a front edge from where the secondary
grain/chaff stream falls under gravity to combine with the primary grain/chaff stream.
The cleaning unit comprising a fan for generating a cleaning airstream which is directed
through the falling grain/chaff stream. The separator pan front edge is disposed forward ly
of the thresher pan rear edge by an overlap distance such that the secondary grain/chaff
stream falls onto the thresher pan and stratifies before falling off the rear edge thereof
The other document US2014066145 states that a combine harvester comprises an
oscillating thresher pan for conveying a chaff/grain stream rearwardly to a rear edge from
where the grain/chaff stream falls under gravity into a cleaning unit. The cleaning unit, or
shoe, includes at least one vibrating pan onto which the grain/chaff stream falls. The
cleaning unit comprising a fan for generating a cleaning airstream which is directed
through the failing grain/chaff stream. The cleaning pan, when in use. is provided with a
damping surface to damp bounce of kernels falling thereupon. In one example, the
damping surface is provided by a sheet of rubber
The invention in the document US2009137295 describes a combine harvester for corn is
adjusted so that the threshing system maintains the grain and cobs together and there is
provided a first sieve to separate the grain and cobs from residue material which is
discharged from a rear of the first sieve and a second sieve to separate the grain which
passes through the second sieve from the cobs which are discharged from a rear end of
the second sieve. The grain is transferred to a clean grain tank and the cobs are conveyed
to a tank on a towed cart.
The other document US20083 18650 intended a grain cleaning system for a combine
harvester, comprises a frame supporting a grain pan and a sieve. The grain pan receives
grain and chaff separated from the crop by a threshing mechanism and is reciprocable
relative to the frame in order to separate the grain from the chaff and to propel the grain
and chaff towards the sieve. The sieve is reciprocable relative to the frame and is
connected to the frame by front and rear support arms and that are pivotably secured to
the frame and to the sieve. In the invention, the front support arms have different
geometries from the rear support arms such that when the sieve is reciprocated relative to
the frame, the vertical component of oscillation is greater at the front end than at the rear
end of the sieve.
